KKhoaI recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to China, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and friendliness of the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and a willingness to help in any way possible.
The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to public transportation and many popular tourist attractions.

IInvitéJ'ai choisi cet Holiday Inn d'une part en raison de l'assurance qualité de la marque de la chaîne, et d'autre part parce qu'il se trouve à côté de Wanda Plaza. L'avantage est que les installations et le matériel du nouvel hôtel sont très récents, et Wanda est juste en bas, ce qui est vraiment pratique. L'inconvénient matériel est que l'eau dans la pomme de douche de la salle de bain est chaude pendant deux secondes et froide pendant deux secondes, c'est comme verser une louche d'eau froide et une louche d'eau chaude en prenant un bain, ce qui est très inconfortable. Le défaut du logiciel est l'hygiène. Il y avait une légère odeur de cigarette en entrant dans la chambre. C'était encore pire quand je m'allongeais. J'ai trouvé que c'était l'odeur du lit. Je suppose que le noyau de la couette et le noyau de l'oreiller n'ont pas été changés. à l'heure. Quand je suis rentré à la maison, j'ai sorti mon pyjama et j'ai senti la fumée de cigarette.
Le plus désagréable est la réponse extrêmement peu sincère et évasive du personnel de l'hôtel aux clients. Il y avait des voix dans le couloir à 6h30 du matin, et à 8h30, ils ont commencé à crier à propos d'enveloppes rouges, etc. Je pensais que c'était un événement de team building, alors j'ai appelé la réception pour dire que c'était pour accueillir On ne peut pas avoir une aussi bonne isolation phonique pendant les vacances, alors vous pouvez imaginer à quel point c'était bruyant. Quand j'ai pris le petit-déjeuner, je suis retourné à la réception pour le signaler, et je suis devenu encore plus en colère lorsque je l'ai signalé. Les deux membres du personnel qui ont répondu à deux reprises n'ont été ”ni humbles ni autoritaires” tout au long du processus. Un instant, ils ont dit qu'ils ne savaient pas que la mariée s'enregistrait, et l'instant d'après, ils ont dit qu'ils le savaient. Ils trouvaient également des excuses en fonction de ce que disaient les invités. J'ai dit que si vous le savez, vous devriez faire attention lors de la réservation d'une chambre. L'autre partie a dit : « Oh, nous devrions faire attention et essayer d'éviter le 15ème étage. » a dit, pourquoi y a-t-il tant de gens qui restent au 15ème étage ? Le monsieur qui s'est enregistré avant moi C'était également prévu pour le 15ème étage, donc il n'était pas trop tard pour que j'arrive au magasin. L'autre personne a dit, oh oui, vous êtes arrivé en retard hier et vous avez dû faire la queue jusqu'au 15ème étage. J'étais sans voix. Je suis arrivé à l'hôtel à sept heures du soir. J'avais réservé une chambre à l'avance. Il y avait des invités derrière moi qui devaient s'enregistrer dans 6 chambres réservées. Il n'y a plus de place pour moi et la chambre à côté, où la mariée a été arrangée pour rester ? Ce n'est pas vous qui êtes arrivé hier soir, vous avez dit que je suis arrivé tard sans vérifier le système ? Bref, l’essentiel des deux personnes est que l’hôtel ne sait pas qu’il n’a pas tort. Plus tard, le responsable a appelé. Il était inutile d'en dire plus à ce moment-là. L'affaire en elle-même était mineure et ce fut un heureux événement. Que l'hôtel ait eu ou non des problèmes de service, le personnel de l'hôtel n'a pas réussi à les résoudre. sans sympathiser avec les invités du premier coup.La première opportunité, mais au contraire, essayer de prouver que vous avez raison avec diverses raisons intenables ne fera que rendre les gens encore plus en colère. Cela reflète que le service est très peu professionnel et peu sincère. Le personnel de service devrait vraiment être plus responsable.

房間面積不大，但是住的很温馨，智能設備，乾淨衞生，早餐也很豐盛，混沌的量很足，我都沒吃完，建議分量少點，不然浪費可惜了。門口停車相對也比較方便，洗漱用品建議直接放房間，顧客拿上去有點不好看，針對住宿還專門配送水果很到位，建議再加三兩個小零食更好。下次還會再來，真實評價，無虛假宣傳。

JJulie919上次住給升級了所以住的是新裝修的房間，這次住的是沒有裝修的房間，所以整個房間比較老舊，地毯和整體房間的年代感很強。而且第二天晚上回來整個洗手間一股下水道的味道，客房部過來給噴了除味劑……
如果衹能選擇普通沒有裝修的房間那麼不推薦了……
