位置在馬路旁，好找，附設停車場，有充電樁，寬敞地可以停六部車。店家是自家式管理，出了高速收費站直到店家，一路上的賓館或民宿都是挺有年代感，可估計這裏應該曾經風光過。所以這店算是目前，我在路途上所見建築年份最新，室內設計都如今時今日民宿基本要求。不過較為細緻的地方（陽台、泳池）是有的，但欠執整。我在三樓，窗外風光是果園，遠處唔見到淺灘一角。房間挺大，沒有電視，如廁、沐浴的聲音與就寢區互通，房門隔音一般。九點鐘早餐自取枱上，杯盤狼藉，幸好店家煮個齋麪及烚兩隻雞蛋+番薯給我們。旅遊點就是遊船河及去老鎮。
