Avis : York Pavilion Hotel, Sure Hotel Collection by Best Western

We stayed at the hotel for just one night, but it was exceptionally lovely. I loved the interiors, the rooms, and the location. It’s quiet, the neighbourhood is beautiful, and we’d be happy to recommend this place to others.

Parking for additional cost. Room was good, and had a kettle which makes all the difference

A map of york would have been helpful. And we had to use the body wash for hand washing. Otherwise perfect. All the staff were excellent. Friendly and smiley.

We stayed for a two night weekend and were in the apartments which are across the road from the main hotel. Didn’t rate the breakfast much self service continental which was out on tables but not covered Also available was a full English breakfast which was ok. Seating for breakfast was in the bar our a small side room which you just got for yourself. Would have been nice if you had been shown to a table set for the number of guests you had. Also there’s a £15 parking charge per night which I don’t remember seeing when booking

For the price we paid for 1 night the room could have been better very old fashioned and had a musty smell. Mirror in bathroom had a big crack down it And also they charge £15 for to park the car even though your staying in the hotel

Excellent location for a stroll into York, clean & comfortable room & friendly helpful staff at a great price. Food in the restaurant is lovely too.

Nice and quiet away from the hustle from the town

Place is nice, big garden. Room is clean and reasonable price. Parking is not include, need to pay seperate.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Good hotel well located , room could’ve done with a spruce up as was a bit dated. I would stay here again. Parking on the road outside was free but if you want to use the hotels car park there is a charge.

Lovely hotel cannot fault

Very expensive for a small room at the top of two flights of stairs. A standard double bed in a reasonable size room but the hotel is tired and in need of some real tlc.

Stayed 4th Dec, staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean we would definitely stay again
