Très bon service et personnel sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était superbe et nous avons pu faire des gaufres en utilisant leur gaufrier dans leur salle à manger ! Excellent emplacement près de la gare aussi. Aussi très près des murs si vous souhaitez grimper =)

We had a pleasant stay at Hampton by Hilton York. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. The breakfast offered a good variety, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

You were disappointed with the parking arrangement! It uses NCP. You can't drive out for charging once you get in and stamp your ticket with the Hotel discount (you may ignore it). Small room size.

This hotel is close to the train station (just a few minutes' walk) and not far from York’s main attractions like York Minster, The Shambles, and the Jorvik Viking Centre. Guests appreciate the friendly staff, who are welcoming and helpful. One of the highlights of staying here is the complimentary breakfast, which includes a good selection of hot and cold items. A special touch is the make-your-own waffle station, which many guests enjoy. The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay.

Great hotel perfect for a couple of nights in York. Very convenient for the main rail Station and the town.

Great location. It's very new and clean. There is a round the clock bar with snacks and hot drinks which is a plus. The breakfast was better than most hotels of this category. It has got a gym as well. It's great. Staff are very friendly and helpful as well.

The hotel's hygiene is too poor. The bed sheets and duvet covers in the room are very dirty and feel like they haven't been replaced. There is even hair on the bed that I don't know whose hair it is. The air conditioning in the room is very dry, and the cabinet at the head of the bed is too small. Although there are windows, they cannot be opened.

Hotel room was quite roomy, probably because we got the handicap-friendly room. Cleanliness is good, service staff were helpful. However there were no dental kits and bedroom slippers given.

My Sister and I had an excellent stay, a nice room spotlessly clean, good food, very helpful staff and the hotel well situated. This is our second visit to the Hampton by Hilton and if we visit York again we will definitely be back.

With the exception of the check in process that was swift and check in agent was proactive , other services were a disappointment , room towels were not replaced properly and when I requested for an ice bucket for a nose bleed, I had to go to the lobby myself as the receptionist told me over the phone that I have to head to the lobby myself as the counter would be unmanned despite knowing of my nosebleed. Quite a disappointment for a brand such as Hilton

The room is clean and big. Breakfast with good quality food. A self-served waffle is available at breakfast too. Overall, the staff are friendly and attentive.
