辦理入住前後四十分鐘，前台態度很不好，不解決問題，第二天也沒有打掃衞生，唯一的好處就是距離火車站近，不是很推薦

Concept très particulier , le ménage n est pas fait si vous réservez plusieurs nuits .....même les poubelles ne sont pas changées . A notre arrivée pas de shampoing et savon pour le corps . Odeur de fumée bien présente dans la chambre. Pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est mentionné. On peut laisser nos valises à l accueil. Hotel à 20 minutes à pied des attractions touristiques du centre ville. Notre chambre était calme . Une bouilloire dans la chambre.

We have stayed in many Premiere Inns but I would never stay in the York Blossom Street North/South again. We stayed in this hotel for one night, 29th December, never again. The room was okay, smelt of chlorine, pretty basic and worn. The breakfast was disgusting and when I spoke to the manager, she blamed the North Blossom street hotel for not sending the correct list detailing customers who had booked breakfast. Had to queue to get a table (approximately 15 minutes) then queued for over 30 minutes for breakfast with limited options (nothing there) and what was there was under cooked. It was disgusting. Even had to wait 10 minutes for a tea bag so I could make a cup of tea.

Stayed here for one night on the 25th April. Only half the lights in the room worked, and there was a full bottle filled with liquid on the window sill - clearly left from the night before. Staff who checked us in were lovely but said it was £14 parking for 24 hours ( we arrived just after 5pm) yet when we checked out at 12pm the next day (which is the check out time for the premier inn) we were charged for 2 nights and the lady on reception said this was due to it being past midday. This should have been communicated to us when we asked about parking the day before, but also not sure why you would have to pay on exit, yet be expected to leave before check out. Doesn’t quite make sense to me. Had we been told this when we asked specifically about parking, we wouldn’t have had to pay nearly £30 to stay for under 24 hours.

There was a lot of noise out of the window and the room was hot as hell with a broken AC and it was only march. And it stinks too. AND THERE WAS NO PIZZA LEFT! Not having pizza, the oven of a room and noise out the window is what killed it for me. ——————-

You stay in a Premier Inn because its trusted. The road noise kept us awake and the pub was dirty (walls covered in spills, chef dragged cloth over the tomatoes). Breakfast was short on everything (but they topped it up eventually). The air con was good and the room and bed were clean and comfy. The bar shuts at 9.45 (last orders) so its not rowdy residents! I'd stay if you don't mind the cars, busses and people noise from the street and if not eating.
