我們一行五人 ，訂了2間房間富士和高砂，2間房間空間很大，每一間房間都有私人風侶，酒店還設有多個風侶，半露天，家庭 ，只要在門口牌子寫著空，你就可以進去，我和另一朋友走訪了三個池，也沒有人使用中， 早餐和晚餐（有和牛）安排了私人包箱給我們，早上在酒店可以免費拿牛奶，大堂有免費雞蛋和番薯隨時拿，晚上8點後可以玩爆米花，酒店地圖也很有心思，酒店有接駁車往返湯布院站。一定要去車站旁的Mabushi-心（站前店）很好吃。 因為前一天另一酒店出現問題，酒店網的職員錯誤給了這間酒店的電話號碼，令我們非常抱歉。

地方很大，非常舒適 很適合一家人來居住 距離大街的地方很近 房內有很大的溫泉，絕對是最高分的地方 很推薦💖🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻

결혼기념일 여행으로 다녀왔습니다. 친절하신 분들과 좋은 온천으로 아주 행복한 여행이었습니다.

傳統日式建築，只有11間房，在由布院山上，行10分鐘去到金磷湖，服務照顧周全，員工有禮，懂英語，環境好靚，一泊兩食，食物精緻，房間內半露天私人溫泉十分舒適

酒店坐落於美麗的金鱗湖旁，地理位置優越，輕鬆步行即可抵達溫泉街。從前台的友好、專業和高效服務，到入住過程的每一細節，皆顯示出酒店對賓客的深思熟慮。 在餐飲上，酒店特色的溫泉蛋和烤蕃薯豐富了客人的味蕾，而晚餐後的爆米花創作活動則增添了不少歡樂氛圍。便利的穿梭巴士服務往返於車站，為客人的出行提供了極大的方便。 酒店環境安靜，是放鬆身心的絕佳場所，不受外界打擾。大浴場擁有傳統日式溫泉的外觀與感受，而客房內的私人溫泉則讓客人能夠在不受干擾的私密空間中享受泉水。

服務絕對一流，環境優美，房間也夠大。餐食的話個人感覺還行。

전체적인 분위기와 온천은 너무 좋았지만 온풍기 안틀면 너무 춥고, 방음이 좋지 않아 아쉬웠습니다 ㅠ 조식은 맛있었고, 아침 온천도 좋았습니다!

地點優越，服務到位， 地靈人傑

The price was ard yen74k for a one night stay at a Japanese public holiday long weekend night in Sep 2023. The room type was Hotei-no-ma room. The stay was unpleasant due to the loads of ants and insects on our bed, which was possibly come from the dried **** roof top! We have asked the staff to try wipe it off our bed linen and mattress but was in vain. We couldn’t sleep for whole night. The other Japanese futon stored in the wardrobe was also come with tennant’s hair and seen dirt. We don’t think it worth the price even though there is nice outdoor onsen just in our room. The insects have terrified us both! Not value for money. We would have found other nice place to stay at Yufuin at this price level. It should have been a relaxing stay at Yufuin but unfortunately not.

餐廳員工服務很好，有接駁車送你都由布院車站，但係我哋去嗰程唔記得預訂，行咗好遠，房間張床好好瞓，但係是不是會有簷蛇，壁虎同埋蟲仔，無啦啦跳去你身上，嚇**，但係因為係大自然環境，無可避免，但係瞓覺間房有蚊，好辛苦 Very nice staffs with exceptional services especially the staffs who served us in the restaurant. Dinner and breakfast are great. The hotel is a bit far from the main yufuin station. There are bugs and house snake and mosquitoes in the room, which shocked me from time to time, the air conditioning is noisy. But the bed is good and comfortable to sleep on.

很特別的温泉旅館，會再次入住

다음 유후인 여행도 당연히 호테이야이며, 소중한 사람들을 데리고 오고싶다는 생각이 들었다. 모든 직원분들은 친절함은 기본, 유후인 자체의 인상이 좋아질 정도였다.

Love Yufuin Onsen area and we got a big room w/outdoor Onsen tub. Food was good n we each had private room in dining area. Like the 1hr privatising of the public pool. Shuttle to take us back n forth
