Good location. Good services and facilities. The hotel is new and user friendly. I will recommend to my friend to book this hotel. The food at the restaurant is delicious and not expensive.

Like the overall vibe of the hotel room and it is near to the bus station. Walkable to most of the attraction and halal friendly hotel.

Cosy, boutique -style hotel decorated with whimsical touches. Friendly staff, free and fast Wi-Fi, good water pressure and a small basement gym. Limited, though adequate breakfast buffet selection. My room's mattress showed its age as it was sagging to one side. Staff were prompt in retrieving lost property and posting to my next destination. As Zagreb is a compact city, the hotel is within easy walking distance to all major attractions, with convenience stores at the doorstep and the central train station 2 blocks away.

Staff were very friendly, the location is great to explore the city, tram stop right outside, also very close to bus station if travelling around Croatia. .

Location is good for a 15 mins walk to old town, or tram if you do not prefer to walk. Walking distance to the coach station where it connect to airport which cost Euro 4/pax, you can also choose to take a tram than change to bus direct to airport that cost less than 1 Euro. Convenient store is just next block open until 10pm. Overall GOOD.

Good location , tram line just outside the hotel .  Approx 20 mins walk to the main square.  Clean hotel , nice and friendly staff. Comfy beds. There are restaurants and a grocery store close by.  We had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Staff at the reception are friendly and happy to help. Location is good, only within 10-25 minutes easy walk to different sight seeing places, lower and upper Zagreb, and museums. Train station is around 10 minutes from the hotel. Room is big and have enough spaces for your luggages, and work. However, room temperature could not be adjusted, always at 25-26 degree C, which makes the room quite hot and stuffy. This hotel is a good choice in Zagreb.

I love this hotel, it exceeded all my expectations facility and service wise, breakfast was excellent. However, it's a little distance from the city center, about 15-20 minutes' walk to the main square, nearby there's very little selection restaurant wise. But that did not bother us, comparing to Dalmatia coast, there's isn't much to see or do in Zagreb anyway.

Hotel is old but only few minutes walk from bus station.

Lovely hotel with a wonderful restaurant and bar. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was great. Generally, the food in the hotel is excellent, we had dinner too because all recommended restaurants were fully occupied. Just a charming place! Definitely, we will come again!

Nice location and hotel.

Alright location with tram just outside the hotel. Front desk was a bit weird when we asked for a late checkout, said he’d get back to be in two hours. After two hours he called me and said they are unable to provide the late checkout. But when I asked a different person at reception it was provided instantly on the spot.
