White Olive Premium Laganas

Worst All Inclusive I’ve ever had! Food was absolutely disgusting and pretty much inedible. Tasteless, repulsive and quite frankly I would avoid eating there at all!! All inclusive drinks are watered down but paid for cocktails are lovely. It’s not all bad. The beds are super comfortable and shower/bathroom also nice. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels changed. Pool is lovely (two separate areas) - we were at the superior room side) Plenty of beds and really comfortable loungers. Staff are really nice but my advice is to avoid eating there.

The hotel staff was very helpful, the rooms are cleaned everyday, there are 4 pools and plenty of sun loungers, although guests keep on reserving them with towels and other stuff - but it's not the hotel's fault. The pools and cleaned everyday. The best entertainment - animations with Kacper (Sławek i Kaja pozdrawiają :) A few things that overall could be improved: variety of foods, espiecially lunch/dinner meals - for example meat dishes. The restaurant staff - they are taking the plates way too fast from people, sometimes we had to take next plate to eat something else, because it was taken away from us :) while checking-in it would be great if someone would show the new guests where everything is - the bar, all four pools :) Overall - very good hotel and best vacation ever for us :)

kacper was amazing for entertainment and getting everyone involved he is very funny and friendly. such a good person and was able to have good chats with him. can’t fault him at all and he was great. on the whole it’s a very good hotel. although the food is good it does lack a variety and isn’t much on offer. beds are comfy and good night sleep.

Kacper the entertainer was absolutely brilliant at getting everyone involved and was super great with being funny and all round amazing with his entertaining skills. Absolutely amazing and can’t fault him at all. Food was good although wasn’t much variety and wasn’t much things on offer each day. But on the whole this is a very good hotel. I recommend.

I have only put one circle/star as I cannot put any lower. Lets start with a positive. The staff at reception were helpful and kind. Cleaning staff do their best. On arrival the hotel looks lovely from the outside and after reading previous awful reviews I thought is was going to be ok......I was here for 11 nights. I had emailed previously as my husband uses a mobilty scooter so requested a ground floor room. I asked again at reception and she said she would try and find a suitable room. After half an hour we were shown to the room on the second floor. (Up in the lift we went with the scooter) room looked ok. However having to wait for the lift every time we went out of our room or wanted to go back to it and dealing with guests that were rude about my husband using a mobility scooter, I requested a ground floor room the day after. we were taken to another room at the back of the hotel where the old stuff from the hotel is kept. The room was ok but when i pulled the curtains back there was a massive hole in the glass door. Another room was found in same area (it felt like staff quarters) When I had a shower the whole bathroom flooded, there was water coming out of the wall. I used all the bath towels up to soak water. reported it to reception 24 hours later the maintenance still had not been completed, only discovered this when we showered again (so dangerous with a disabled husband) Reported to reception again. There was a bad smell of drains in the room. Then we had no hot water for a shower and we had been to the beach, i again reported it to reception, maintenance came out and said it would be fixed, however we were still waiting 6 hours later, went to reception who said it had been completed, but i informed them water was still cold, (I had a cold shower to wash salt out of my hair) Eventually I complained to Love Holidays and lo and behold the next day we were moved again. Room was lovely but really needed detailed cleaning, however bathroom still flooded but not so bad. Now for the food. Restaurant on first floor. Only 12 containers of cooked food, I deliberately haven't used the word hot because it was consistently luke warm or cold. Complained several times to reception but it never got better. The manager, when asked said they have difficulty in keeping food hot when it comes out of the oven. Well it would help if the Bain Marie was hot. Not a lot of choice if you do not like your food in a sauce. Even the peas were in a tomato sauce. Breakfast was pretty awful as well, cardboard cornflakes and cheerios and muesli that was just oats and left over cereal. Salads were basic, very little choice as were the desserts. I have been a Chef/Catering manager for over 30 years and I have stayed in some horrible hotels but this just about trumped the lot. We spent all of our holiday money on eating out and I had wanted to do some of the trips but couldn't afford too. I looked for flights every day from day 2 but the were out of my price

My daughter and I stayed at the White olive premium for 10 days. We had the most amazing holiday here, mostly due to the fantastic animation /entertainment team. They made our holiday! So attentive to every guest. They had everyone dancing and joining in with aqua aerobics/Zumba. So a special thank you to Aleksander and Kacper! You are both incredible! Opa Opa! The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious and modern. Overall happy apart from the odd cockroach! The all inclusive food was average. Sometimes cold. And also repetitive. We ate out quite a lot as the local restaurants are so good! But on the plus side all inclusive, drinks were good. ..tip. ask for a double of any cocktail or spirit and it will be a normal measure🤷‍♀️ Enjoy your holiday. Yamas🥂
