« We had a very pleasant stay at Oceana Portvillage Zamami and are grateful to the staff members for their hospitality and assistance. Good location, transfer to/from the port and the beaches, delicious breakfasts and scrupulous approach to cleanliness created a strong positive impression. We are especially grateful for helping us to find an alternative way of getting back to Naha port when the boat we had been planning to return with was cancelled. The staff found another option and booked it for us. We always felt their readiness to assist and make our stay comfortable. It was a great experience! »

The hotel manager went above and beyond in dealing with my booking agent to get me a refund when she could have just pointed to the no refund sign.
