Avis : Marcian Garden Hotel

This was not my expectation to this hotel. First thing the check in time was supposed to be at 2 pm. Unfortunately we were only allowed to enter the room at 3pm. Secondly, the cleanliness was also substandard. There were stains on the fridge and even the toilet. There were no hand towels and the housekeeper told us that it was still with the housekeeping. I suggest to train your housekeeping staff on thorough cleaning and also train frontdesk staff on how to handle such situations.

Found a cockroach in the room. But with limited choices of hotel properties in the region, this would suffice.

Bery nice accommodation and easy to transact

Very good and nice place. Friendly staffs and services are good. Nice restaurant food.

When we checked in, we found a plastic bag with Lanzones fruit peels in the shoe rack. Despite staying in the Executive Suites, there was no drinking water or toothpaste provided. We had to call reception to request them. On the other hand, the staff were very hospitable and attentive to our requests. I hope next time they will prepare the room and clean it properly!
