Première fois dans cet hôtel, les installations sont modernes, propres. Le traitement du personnel est excellent, tant à la réception qu'à l'étage, l'emplacement est à 300 mètres de la gare AVE Las Delicias, de nombreux moyens de transport en commun pour accéder à n'importe quel point de Saragosse, l'emplacement est imbattable. Les chambres ont un frigo, j'en avais une avec un parquet, excellent, la salle de bain est grande avec un bac à douche, ses serviettes sont en parfait état, des gels douche, la climatisation est bien pratique car il faisait chaud, le lit est confortable et l'éclairage est correct, il dispose également d'un coffre-fort. Le rapport qualité prix était vraiment positif et je l'ai prévu pour les prochaines visites que je fais dans la ville.

Nettoyage ok insonorisation ok éducation ok super.

Il n'y a rien à souligner. Le fait est que j'ai toujours été bien. Le meilleur emplacement.

哈哈哈説一個細節，衞生間很乾凈，味道特別好，這個細節真的很戳我！！店裡空間非常大，環境氛圍非常好，整個過程下來真的非常舒服又解鎖一家新店，根據評價選擇了這家，連吃帶喝都非常滿意，非常不錯

Todo muy correcto. Las habitaciones bien insonorizadas, y muy bien asignadas (no estaba lleno y eligieron alternas para no tener nadie al lado)

Habitation 413,nice el check 12 deje la maleta y me marché , llegue por la noche 21.30. Al entrar un olor terrible a tabaco . La televisión no funcionaba. Vale 2 veces para que me cambiarán, definitivamente me cambiaron habitación justo piso abajo. Mala suerte , llamé indicando que me faltaba una almohada, el baño sucio y con desperfectos, faltaba una mesilla , en el baño los botes apenas estaban llenos. Yo no los iba usar ya que tenía mis propios productos pero queda fatal. Adjunto fotos

Not easy to find! The instructions say that the hotel is just across the road from the railway station but we had to ask a friendly security guard to point us in the right direction. The hotel, clearly for business travellers, is underwhelming and is in need of renovation. It’s a long way from the city and you need to get a bus to get there. We couldn’t get in our room door upon arrival and, after trying to ram it a few times, had to ask the receptionist to help. She showed us the correct way (keycard in, out, quickly!) otherwise we would have been standing in the not-so-nice hallway all night. The room was basic but we hadn’t paid much for it and weren’t expecting luxury. It was nice enough and was clean. Only two power plugs (one of which wasn’t working), insufficient for today’s needs, and none by the bedside for powering up phones etc. The bathroom fan didn’t work. We wanted to use the safe in the room but couldn’t work out how to. There were no instructions. Another trip down to reception where we were told there were two types of safes, one with a numeric pad and others (like ours) that needed a special card. To get the special card, we’d need to leave a deposit of €20 and she’d have to call a colleague to set it up. No thanks! We went out for dinner clasping our wallets close to us. Two positives: the aircon worked well and the breakfast was good. Constantly replenished and, except for the orange juice, of good quality. Upon reflection, we should have gone for a hotel in town instead.

I do not give this hotel 5 stars for the reason that there are not many restaurants or markets near the area (I ordered food through Uber eats and it work fine). Out of that, all other aspects are well covered by this hotel. Low price, comfortable beds, good AC and hot water and location is near train station. You can take bus 603 (among others), near the hotel and get to the city center in 20 minutes for just 1.50 euros. No need of taxi. The breakfast is another positive point. Well presented and replenished. The waiters were very attentive and serviceable. Also, the front desk personnel were very attentive and courteous. Recommended 100%...

Las habitaciones no tienen buena insonorización. Nada de amenitíes en las habitaciones. El desayuno por 10 euros una decepción: -Zumo de naranja de tetrabrik. -Tomate triturado en envase, no son capaces de triturarlo siendo un país pioneros en tomate natural. -Bollería escasa. -Nada de huevos ruvueltos o fritos, una tortilla de patatas te ponen. -El café deja mucho que desear. -Fruta, poca variedad y una pinta horrorosa. En fin, una estafa a la que no volver.

Hotel normal . Le falta mejor desayuno. Las habitaciones modernas pero sosas, dentro de la normalidad de una cadena estándard. La recepción pequeña y nada más. Cerca estación ave y nada más , lejos del centro . Para negocios y algo por la si a .
