The First Line is Russia's first innovative prevent age resort, which embodies the international concept of preventive and personalized medicine. The resort is located on the shore of the Gulf of Finland, a 40-minute drive from St. Petersburg.
The guests of the "First Line" have at their disposal an eco—friendly space - 4.5 hectares of coniferous forest along the coast of the Gulf of Finland. The complex has more than 10 equipped areas for various types of activities: several quiet recreation areas, a complex of outdoor exercise equipment, a zone for breathing practices, a green parterre for meditation, a field for team games, hiking trails with access to a landscaped beach.
The uniqueness of the resort lies in the first practical implementation of the international approach of 4P medicine on the Russian market: personalized, preventive, predictive, participatory. The resort has several comprehensive prevent age programs, among which are "Cellular renewal", "European Detox", "Biohacking", "Mental Wellness"..
Guests stay in designer rooms in eco-minimalism style. When creating their interior, we wanted to get as close to the natural environment as possible – hence the panoramic terraces with stunning views of the bay, personal loggias, spacious rooms, high ceilings and natural eco-friendly materials.
