The hotel rooms have no air conditioning, no mini fridge, no kettle/coffee machine, no iron or ironing board, only the stark bare minimum is provided. Even charging points are scarce. When we asked for a fan in the room, they provided one, but not before we were told that it may not be available. Ahmed at the front desk was kind and helpful, as was the staff at their breakfast cafe. The other person at the desk was very curt and not hospitable at all. Don’t come during the summer to stay here, unless you don’t mind sweating it out in your room

Nous avons été très aimables à faire un tour de la ville de Waterford, en Irlande. Mes amis qui n'avaient pas connu la culture autrichienne auparavant et les parcs de ski autrichiens ont été écrasés par notre séjour à St George. Nous sommes arrivés à environ 8 h et nous avons été rencontrés par la Danielle qui nous a fait entrer et nous faire tous sentir si bienvenus. Le petit déjeuner était un buffet européen typique et l'atmosphère de la salle de repas était toujours relaxée, cordiale et professionnelle. 😂 Proximité de la gondole la plus proche. Aller à la collina pendant 5 minutes ou aller à la gondole et obtenir le bus Schillerstraße bahn jusqu'à la gare moyenne. Suivez la rivière directement à l'autre côté de l'hôtel. Vous ne serez pas perdu. 😉 Cette hôtel a tout . Le restaurant est un hôtel de qualité, un super personnel, une piscine, une sauna, mais la plupart de cette famille savent comment faire des affaires et continuer à leur réussir. Oh et n'oubliez pas de dire bonjour à Karl au bar. Il ressemble à un wrestler WWE mais il est en fait un géant ami. Merci, les gars. J'espère que vous vous reverrez l'année prochaine.

Only stayed the one night but we made most welcome in this huge hotel. Reminds me of a small cruise ship with 220 rooms, so a total of around 500 guests. The dining room is large but the buffet for evening meal starter and breakfast can only be described as “obscene”. There is so much choice, it can take you half an hour just to walk around the huge array of food, I have never seen so much good quality food in one place. You would expect the evening meal not to be that good as they are catering for such a large amount of people but the food is well presented and you really can not fault it. We were given a lovely room, room 315 very modern with a comfortable bed, decent shower and lovely picture window and bed overlooking a beautiful view. The only bad thing was that we hit a hot spell and no air con, sleeping with the windows open let the odd fly and mozzie in at night which was a pain. We were on half board, lots of parking outside (for free) and inside garage (for a fee). We had free access to the huge swimming pool and spa complex and also their own hotel spa area and infinity pool which although so much smaller, we actually preferred. You are allowed access from 9am on the day of your arrival, we arrived at 11am thinking that we could use the facilities and get our room after 3. I think because they were quiet we were offered check in at 11am which was amazingly generous of them, check out is 11am the next day. As I said, the staff were lovely and although a huge hotel we were here in June so did not feel at all manic. Really nice experience but lacked a bit of sophistication if you are wanting something a little bit special. It was my birthday on the day we left and at breakfast they brought hubby and I a couple of glasses of champagne and a lovely chocolate cake with a sparkler on the top which really was a lovely touch (although s bit embarrassing) and actually very much appreciated.
