Trip.com Group Country Retreats (Zhang Jiajie Manson Joint Resort）

The pictures and reviews do not lie. The location is peaceful and quiet, rooms are very new and clean. The service and hospitality I received also exceeded that of a 5-star hotel. The staff gave me a very personalized experience at Manson and did not behave like robots like other hotel staff. I give my deepest appreciation to the butler assigned to me, 豆豆, who always ensured my safety (as a foreign solo traveler) and ensured that my needs were met. He was also an expert of the area and gave very good local recommendations that staff from other hotels often fail to provide. From the whole pick-up service to check-out process, it was seamless and I never encountered any obstacles. If there is a chance, I will come back here again. One of the best hotels we have stayed at. We stayed during the winter season and the scenery at the farm was still quite beautiful. The rooms and amenities were as good if not better than the descriptions and photos. Everything is new and there is a note of some work going on but we did not notice any noise or dusk pollution. It was very quiet and relaxing throughout the stay. The set food offered was enough for two and was prepared very well. We opted for the western entrees as we wanted a break from Chinese food and they tasted great and surpassed our expectations. Service was excellent as our table and food were prepared promptly. The staff here are extremely helpful - from arranging itineraries to helping with transportations. They made the overall experience exceptional. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return.

The scenery is amazing, we had to upgrade our room though to see the mountains but is was worth it. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Location is awesome, 10 min from the middle entrance to Forest park and they can take you there & pick you up for free!

Very clean, very beautiful place, services are 11/10, clerks and butlers are very kind and supportive. Pan Pan was our butler, and he was very helpful from the beginning of our stay and during our check-out. Very recommended food was good, accommodation was clean and beautiful, place was really really amazing!

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of magnificent. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the highest level of customer service. The service here is exceptional and truly client-oriented. The location is perfect for relaxing, enjoying nature and meditating. The staff is extremely friendly and always ready to help. If you are choosing where to stay, look no further! It's very close to the national park and is the ideal place to escape the city hustle. Highly recommended!
