第一次評論，首先必須五星好評。“洳院”如其名開啟了我們如願之旅。房間超五星的乾淨、設備齊全，老闆特別用心的在每間房陽台、露台種滿賞心悦目的植物，咖啡和茶會是這家店的點睛之筆。老闆細心的介紹張家界國家森林公園，賓至如歸的體驗。感謝攜程的推薦，感恩老闆精心照顧！

超預期驚喜！張家界這家精品民宿體驗感拉滿！

細節控、智能舒適、服務貼心、早餐豐盛
1️⃣細節之處見真章：這家民宿對細節的把控令人印象深刻！無論是房間內所有杯子都配有防塵杯蓋，還是淋浴間貼心的防滑踩腳墊，甚至酒水櫃裏還準備了備用枕頭（決明子枕和乳膠枕），處處都能感受到經營者的用心。這種對住客舒適度的極致追求，實在難得。
2️⃣智能設施，品質在線：房間設施絕對是一流水準，大大提升了入住體驗。標配的戴森吹風機（還配有捲髮、直髮吹筒）讓人驚喜，智能閨蜜機更是宅在房間的絕佳伴侶（感覺可以一整天不出門！）。智能馬桶（貝朗潔具），全屋智能控制系統（如小愛同學）也讓操作更便捷。整體硬件配置，完全超越了普通民宿，甚至媲美高端酒店。
3️⃣空間寬敞，環境優美： 入住的房型，普遍空間感十足，房間寬敞，衞生間超大，床也很大。民宿周邊環境清幽優美，360度河景、山景。
4️⃣服務温暖如家：老闆的服務是另一大亮點！態度親切貼心，服務細緻入微。還能專車接送非常方便，解決了出行煩惱。（我們是自駕的，老闆超暖心還把我的車車開去充滿電開回來）老闆準備要裝個充電樁。民宿門口有停車位，菜鳥司機也沒關係，老闆、店長能搞定。
洗衣房、乾衣機、烘乾機、洗衣液配齊，最重要還服務到衹要交待店長，衣服第二天就給送到房間。遊玩累了完全不擔心臭衣服問題。
5️⃣早餐供應時間延長至10點簡直太人性化了！大堂還有免費現磨咖啡可供享用，細節服務到位。
6️⃣早餐精緻可口： 早餐絕不是敷衍了事。提供精緻的套餐，選擇豐富且味道超讚！
7️⃣特別推薦牛腩米粉，非常好吃。還有原盅燉湯，營養又美味。蒸水蛋、高湯餛飩等選項也體現了用心。豐盛可口的早餐為一天的遊玩提供了滿滿能量。
8️⃣衞生潔凈，安心入住： 這點對於住客來説至關重要。
9️⃣老闆還能規劃遊玩路線。自由行完全不擔心。
總之：這次入住體驗堪稱完美，遠超我對民宿的期待。從硬件設施的高品質與智能化，到服務的貼心與人性化，再到對細節的極致追求和精緻可口的早餐，每一環節都讓人感到物超所值。來張家界，這裏一定是首選！帶娃自駕的我們給💯

感謝老闆和老闆娘讓我們母女出門在外有家裡的感覺，車接車送，豐富的早餐，可心的下午茶，提前把空調打開，時不時的關心，我們都很受用，非常感謝🙏。酒店附近有小溪可以玩耍，附近有夜市很熱鬧。大家可以放心來體驗。大寶説“祝老闆和老闆娘生意興隆，財源滾滾！”

民宿有設計感,空間不大卻佈置得當,温馨舒適。設施都用的品牌，熱水和空調都很給力。服務熱情周到,老闆和員工都態度親切，令人感到賓至如歸！早餐和下午茶的安排也很貼心。到店天氣很熱，老闆還做了冰咖啡還有檸檬茶送給我們，景區遊玩也是一路關心，真的很感動！下次來還會入住

房間乾淨，服務非常貼心，住了三晚，前台都會仔細告知應該怎麼走。前台除了細緻交代，還會給地圖。我們的景點門票、演出門票都是他家幫忙訂的，比自己訂還便宜。早餐也是很豐盛，。房間的設施非常高級，洗漱用品，化粧鏡也和別的民宿不一樣，超大的洗手枱和鏡子是我的最愛，房間的視野簡直無敵

非常滿意，服務態度好，酒店門口就是溪，風景優美，比較驚喜的是早餐，本來對名宿的早餐不期待，結果品種豐富，乾淨衞生，南瓜特別軟糯好吃，還有咖啡，對咖啡星人特別友好，點外賣也方便，每天有一份下午茶送，很貼心，房間裏面看景超棒，遠眺峽谷風光非常愜意，老闆在房前屋後種上了各種不知名的花花，是一位非常熱愛生活的人，房間陽台上面的綠植也是生機盎然，超值五星！！！

有一説一這是我在國內外住過最好的酒店了,服務熱情到位,跟回家一樣。設施都是高標準的,床很舒服,一秒入睡!設施:客房內很棒,還有閨蜜機可以看電影!免費的洗衣服務,都把我們衣服都洗好了!衞生:沒得説!到處都很乾凈服務:早餐非常棒,不知道怎麼誇了!阿姨做的牛腩米粉一絕！第二天早上到了立刻就能享用美食推薦米粉!非常好吃,微辣對我來説剛剛好。湯也很鮮美~酒店位置環境也非常不錯，出門就是街區，購物出行非常方便
