We had an amazing stay at this resort positioned in a special location, close to the main entrance of the park and surranded by an amazing landscape. Perfect organization, excellent food, and flawless English-speaking staff. They arranged everything, from guides to daily needs. Lulu from the team was truly outstanding and unforgettable. I would come back tomorrow 😊

We have travelled over 40 countries all over the globe and the hospitality of this place was par excellence. From our welcome to our departure, everything was meticulously taken care of. We had a 24/7 butler available, Mr. Xiaoyun was so warm and friendly. The vibes of the place is amazing. We were picked up at airport and had transport facilities available for minimal charges. We celebrated our anniversary here and they surprised us by decorating the room with red roses and balloons, giving us one of the most tastiest cakes with accessories. They even prepared complimentary special pizza for our kids as we had some dietary requirements. They even offered us complimentary upgrade for our rooms which we couldn't avail as our kids were so happy with the decorated rooms. We missed our breakfast but Mr. Xiaoyun packed us our breakfast and brought to our rooms. The spa was just perfect with great therapist. I would suggest every one should book this place which is at a super convenient location amidst the mountains and near the national reserve Park and have great room options which should be booked well in advance. We have spent our best moments in this beautiful place and wish we could have booked much earlier. I would love to visit here again

5* - Doubtless the best accommodation in Zhangjiajie This turned out to be the best possible accommodation option for visiting the tourist sites around Zhangjiajie (itself one of the finest tourist destinations in China). It is extremely comfortable and well-kept. The rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious in a modern design, with a lot of warm, light-coloured, solid wood. In cold weather, the heating (including floor-heating) works very well and so, after a long day's tourism (potentially among the crowds), the Zishan resort is a sanctuary of peace for you to return to. It is in a quiet mountain environment with beautiful scenery. Lulu, who speaks very good English, looked after every possible detail of the stay - it was effortless for the guest. She organized cars (to and from the airport, to and from the tourist sites), as well as entrance tickets to the various attractions. Without her, life would have been much more complicated. All of the staff were most friendly and welcoming - nothing was too much trouble for them. A word regarding location: no hotel in the region can offer proximity to all of the tourist sites (National Park, Grand Canyon, Tianmen Mountain), because they are all some distance from each other. Therefore, wherever you stay, you will need to take some cars; but that is no problem, as they are readily available. However, Zishan resort also offers the advantage of being literally 10 minutes' walk from the south-east gate of the National Park, used by far fewer tourists than the main gate. Therefore, even if the resort is some distance from the city, this is a major advantage, coupled with the beautifully peaceful setting. Zishan resort also has a good restaurant which is open for most of the day. This tastefully created hotel made for a truly memorable stay (though I can imagine that it may not be easy to obtain a room during the main tourist season!).

We absolutely loved staying at the treehouse (with a film projector!)! Lu Lu (鹿鹿) was so helpful during our whole stay, always checking what we need without disrupting our privacy in any way. She organised a hot spring, massage, fruit delivery to our room, transport to the park gate, special food requests at the restaurant, etc. We are especially grateful for all her help with organising the delivery of our luggage to the train station when we visited Tianmen Mountain on our last day.
