Parfait pour un transit

La chambre est très propre et hygiénique, l'environnement est magnifique, le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et elle est très proche de la montagne Tianmen, de la gare de Zhangjiajie Ouest et de l'aéroport, à seulement dix minutes. L'air est bon et l'environnement est bon. La prochaine fois que j'irai à Zhangjiajie, je réserverai à nouveau ici.

Les sanitaires sont très propres, la literie est très confortable, l'environnement est très bon, le plafond de service est très bon, la nourriture est très délicieuse et propre, et la vue panoramique sur la montagne Tianmen est intuitive. , donne des plans, etc... Je le recommande pour se sentir comme au paradis, les chambres sont toutes Très pratiques et cour séparée au premier étage !

Hébergement : Sans compter qu'il y a des insectes et des moustiques dans la maison, sans parler des cadavres d'insectes. Parlons-en. Il n'y a qu'une seule fenêtre de moins de 10cm de large dans l'immense pièce, et l'air ne circule sérieusement pas ! Parce que les fenêtres de la pièce ne fonctionnaient pas et qu'il y avait une lucarne au sommet, je ne pouvais rien voir aussi et c'était éblouissant quand je dormais pendant la journée ! Manger : J'ai rangé la table n°7 mais elle n'a pas été débarrassée. Le petit déjeuner était horrible Je ne parlerai pas de la vaisselle grasse je ne parlerai que d'un point clé : le meuble de désinfection n'était pas allumé ou allumé ! Les commandes répétées de sécurité alimentaire ne sont absolument pas autorisées ! ! ! OK : j'ai pris rendez-vous au check-in pour une navette gratuite jusqu'à la gare à 11h le lendemain, mais quand je suis parti à 11h, il n'y avait personne à la réception j'ai demandé à la réception. bureau du restaurant pour aider à trouver quelqu'un, et j'ai passé 5 appels Il était presque 11 heures et quart. Je pars, hehehe ! Si quelqu'un peut expliquer, il sera clair si des points seront ajoutés ou déduits sur cette base !

L'environnement de la villa est très bon, l'hygiène est très propre, la literie est très bonne, la femme de ménage la nettoiera tous les jours, et l'attitude de service est également très bonne. Si vous avez des problèmes, le petit frère le fera activement. résolvez-le pour vous. C'est aussi une carte vivante de Zhangjiajie. La villa a son propre restaurant. Délicieux mais un peu épicé [sourire] délicieux

We had an overall wonderful experience traveling in China — until we stayed at this property. 1. Bait-and-switch on our prepaid room: Upon arrival, we were told the water heater in our reserved room had not been turned on. Instead of fixing the issue, the manager assigned us to a different room — significantly smaller, older, and clearly a downgrade from what we prepaid. When we raised the issue with Trip.com, the property refused to offer any resolution or compensation. Trip.com however offered compensation from their side. 2. Poor room conditions, nothing like the photos: The room was in disrepair. Faucets were loose and poorly mounted. There was no shower divider between toilet and bath (causing water to flood the entire bathroom), and to top that off the area around the toilet had no drainage. The caulking was visibly sloppy or missing altogether. Water pressure was weak, and it was nearly impossible to regulate the shower temperature. The space felt like it was maintained by an unqualified handyman, not a professional property team. Bed also had broken plank. 3. Cleanliness was unacceptable: There was leftover trash from previous guests in our room — a basic hygiene failure. Also a slipper below bed from previous guest. 4. Misleading location perks: While the hotel is near the airport, it is not within walking distance. You still need to book a taxi, so you get all the noise of the airport — including loud jet engines — with none of the convenience of actually being near airport. 5. Rude, unhelpful staff and false advertising: The listing states “Free transfer services available,” but when we asked for drop off at airport, the staff bluntly told us we had to arrange our own transport. Even when we asked to borrow an umbrella to return upon checkout, we were refused. The overall attitude was dismissive and unaccommodating.

Friendly staff even though they're aren't good in English,very good breakfast. Comfy bed.

The Location is on a Hill but really near the Airport. I had to wait 15-30 minutes to check in and also check out the hotel because there was like never a person and the reception. The rooms havent got any proper toilets just the holes and the bed sheets had a lot of stains… But the little resort where the appartmenta located where really beautiful with the lights and stuff. Litarally noone spooke english

Top Service!

It was a decent stay, close to the airport (they offer free pick up and drop off) and short taxi drive to Tianmen Mountain. The driver offered to take me to Zhangjiajie National Park for 300 yuan which is over priced. I also asked him if breakfast was an option for an add on and he said no but the lady at reception said I had free breakfast included (I had missed out on two breakfasts because he said no). The floor wasn’t that clean and I didn’t want to walk bare foot, and there was also hair in the sink that wasn’t mine. But if you need a place to stay which is close to the airport than this place will do just fine!

The nice traditional Chinese hotel is ideally located about 10 minutes from the airport so it’s perfect to stay in soon after landing in Zhangjiajie. With a call, hotel will arrange a pick up service for you which is convenient as taxis are hard to come by in the evening. The hotel overlooks the airport so you can see the planes take off and land, which is a nice view to go out to. The housekeepers are kind, helpful and very attentive. If you want to communicate with them though best have a translation app ready as they’re not fluent in English. Amazing service though once you cross the language barrier! Rooms are clean and wifi is good! Environment is quite homely and feels like you’re in China. Would definitely recommend. One thing I would recommend is to NOT use Didi to get there. The route in the app is off road and drivers get lost.

Very nice and cozy hotel! It’s right by the airport, the hotel can pick you up for free. The lady is very nice. They told us a story, that once they couldn’t communicate with a foreigner due to a language barrier, and there was a misunderstanding. The foreigner didn’t understand he will be picked by the hotel’s car, and climbed up by himself. While the owners couldn’t use the translator to explain that they will pick him up. So they got a 1 star feedback, which very unfair. So please use the Baidu translator, the owners are very nice people 😊 Also they upgraded our room to a bigger a better one😇

非常棒的一次住宿，後院就在機場邊上，開車過去幾分鐘，老闆包接包送，態度也非常好，晚上休息非常清靜，沒有一點噪音，可以睡到自然醒，酒店設施應有盡有，床鋪很乾凈，葡萄架上結了好多葡萄，荷花池的荷花也開的很漂亮，因為時間比較緊，如果再來張家界還會選擇他們家！哦，老闆家的飯菜也很好吃，早餐起來就算衹有一個人，服務員也會馬上安排廚師幫忙準備早餐，全是新鮮製作，沒有預製菜，昨天入住時還給我們免費住宿升級，因為酒店基本都是綠植覆蓋，晚上服務員還貼心給每個寢室外面撒葯，避免蚊蟲鼠蟻進房間！非常贊！

服務太到位了，晚上接近10點從天門山玩完吃完打電話給酒店，立馬派了兩個小哥哥來接，一大早7點多又早早給送到機場，還暖心做了早餐，問題是價格還便宜，還給免費升級了房間，住的最舒心的一次酒店，點贊點贊👍
