« Stay in Dec 2024. Room wise is ok - Big and clean. There is a ski shop where we rented rather new ski equipments at a reasonable price. However, there is no food options around except the hotel n the hotel next to it. Have to take a car to Thai Woo Ski Resort for Mac which is abt 6 min drive at night. In the day, Thai woo has many other options. Otherwise will be to the town (xian Cheng) which is abt 30 Min drive away.
The free shuttle bus which ply between the railway station n hotel stops outside the Xue ru Yi ski resort and we had to walk in abt 300m n up the slope/stairs in the cold to the hotel. Need to take note of the sub names of Xue Ru Yi hotels as there are 2 sub hotels Xue ru Yi - 睿景 (rui Jing) and Xue ruyi - 维景 (wei Jing) hotels. »

« Bon séjour. Place solide. Arrivée et sortie facile et amicale. Chambre grande, salle de bain propre et bien équipée. Spa au niveau B1 avec une grande salle de bain chaude et une sauna gratuite pour l'usage des clients. Même un robe dans la chambre. Grand prix. Seuls les quibbles sont tapis dans la chambre était grotte et certains clients fumaient dans la chambre et le spa. »

« Excellent location that’s a short walk away from the ski slopes, really big rooms that came with a washing machine and dryer. Breakfast had some interesting and tasty options and the sauna upstairs was nice in winter. Only downside was that the kitchen wasn’t fully equipped so we couldn’t cook anything ourselves! Overall it was a good stay! »

« Fulong Ski a séjourné dans cet hôtel. J'étais très fatigué après une journée de ski. Quand je suis arrivé à l'hôtel, j'ai découvert que j'avais réservé au mauvais moment. Mme Dong et M. Liu à la réception ont appris la situation et Je l'ai résolu sans dire un mot. J'ai vraiment senti que le service était trop bon. J'étais attentionné et touché. Quand je suis arrivé à l'hôtel, j'ai trouvé que l'environnement était plutôt bon à ce prix. Même si mes vêtements étaient sales, ils J'ai même préparé de la lessive. J'ai été vraiment touchée dans tous les sens. Je me suis sentie très chanceuse. Merci à Blue Whale Hotel de nous avoir rendu un si bon service. Vivez, et enfin vous envoyez les photos de ski de la journée🥰🥰 »

« L'hôtel est très situé à la porte du parc forestier de Liu Mountain, très approprié pour aller au parc pour jouer ou rentrer à pied pour rester une nuit ou deux. L'air est frais, l'été est très agréable. J'ai séjourné le 10 août, j'ai atteigné le jour de la pluie, à environ 15 degrés dehors, il n'y a pas besoin d'avoir un climatisation à la nuit, il faut également couvrir le bébé, le petit déjeuner est pire, Rien à manger, ils sont tous descendus à midi pour manger, l'hygiène est toujours possible. »

I am from Medan ,Indonesia .I can't resist writing a review of this hotel.The service at this hotel is very good that I feel comfortable like at home. So you don't feel lonely even if you stay 20 days at this hotel. Breakfast and lunch suit my tongue. And when I encountered difficulties I was greatly helped by 姚主管 . When package from another city is sent to me that is sent to the wrong address. I was also helped by the hotel vice president directly to pick it up. Also helped with food delivery by Xiao Chen Supervisor.When I checked out I was given ride by the hotel to the railway station.
It really a very good experience , meeting very kind people at this hotel.
Will stay at this hotel when I come back.

« 很新的酒店公寓，位置在太子城高鐵站旁，離太舞和雲頂雪場很近開車幾分鐘就到。去萬龍和其他雪場也很方便。房間帶一個陽台，酒店還有個游泳池，滑完雪可以放鬆一下。這次連續住了五天，感謝餐廳經理幫忙把贈送的拉麪套餐調配成了其他菜餚，避免了連續吃麪的尷尬。餐廳其他菜品做的也非常棒，將來品種能再豐富一點就更完美了！入住期間能感受到酒店很盡心，想讓每一位顧客都能滿意，下次還可以再來！ »

IInvitéValue for money accomodation. Very clean by a singaporean's standard
Location is directly opposite the fulong four season town物业服务中心 canteen, open for breakfast lunch and dinner, if you are too tired to head to chongli town after a full day of skiing. Boss lent me his card so i could get discount at the canteen. The location is ideal, a few stops by internal shuttle bus to fulong ski resort, shuttle bus stop is just downstairs. And it takes bout 10 mins to walk to chongli town where there is plenty of restaurants and ski equipment rental. I rented my entire set of ski equipment from the boss' shop, he gave me a good discount as i was staying for a long period. It is the cheapest rental i saw in the whole chongli town. And his ski equipment are newly purchased from french brand rossignol and very clean.
Other than that, boss also offered two way transport to chongli railway station and helped with booking of ski tickets, ski instructor etc. He even recommended a good sports massage place to me after i had sore muscles from skiing! Basically, you just need to book accomodation thru boss and he handles the rest for a stress-free ski holiday!

QQueenNatWooThere were good things and bad things for this weekend trip. The bad things did not ruin the trip and we still have a great time. First, the parking here is so horrible. We drove around a few times to find a spot to oark. We couldn’t drive up to check-in. The parking garage was full and asking the guard about where to park he said the lot and garage were at capacity. We arrived well after the checkin time but our room was not ready and were still being cleaned. It took 4 people to check us in but they eventually got it sorted but this was an issue that was not in their control. They made the process very smooth and stored our luggage as we waited in the lobby. They have Starbucks” in the lobby and we waited for the rooms. The rooms were amazing and had that old world few feel to them. The beds were comfortable and the suites were very spacious. We had both a 1 bedroom suite and an executive suite. The breakfast did not live up to expectations they were slow to refill juices and left with a feeling of being mediocre. Steamed buns were soggy. We ordered food from
Delivery and ate dinner out.

IInvitéIt was great stay, starting from check in, staff Tiffany is especially detailed in her explanation and even brought us to the ski rental and instructor area to answer our queries. Throughout the stay, we added her in WeChat and she replied promptly when we encountered any issues.
My room is facing the slope and the ski resort is accessible at the basement level which makes it convenient.
Breakfast spread is good too with international spread.
The Chinese restaurant that located at the basement has very nice food too.
This hotel is highly recommended for the service and location to the ski resort.

Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful.
The restaurant staff are really spot on too.
Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok.
Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well.
Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas.
Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna .
Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

Tthe.travelerGreat hotel to stay at for a ski getaway, location is perfect as the ski slopes are right behind it. Depending on your booking they offer a 20% discount with Thaiwoo Ski Resort where you’ll go to get all the ski equipments if you don’t have your own including ski suit. I bought a 3 day ski pass which costs 1173 RMB plus a deposit of 2200 RMB (immediately returned on the last day of skiing). The room is like an apartment, kitchen area with all the necessary amenities to cook except pots and utensils (bring your own if you plan to do that), living room, bathroom and bedroom plus a small balcony. Plus also a washing machine. Btw, to get to the hotel, there is a free shuttle bus from Taizicheng train station, just follow the signs for the bus and which one stops at A&B Hotel. Check the schedule for departure times as the go according to train arrival and departure times. The Taiwu town area has plenty of restaurants and shops and the ski slopes closes at 4:30 pm.

SSoloTravelAnnaI stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry.
I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced.
One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English.
At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

LLily in wonderlandWe just loved our 3-night stay at the Thaiwoo Hotel! First off, it was so clean, which is really important when traveling with family – you want everything to feel spotless and comfortable, and that’s exactly what we had here. The location was fantastic, especially for skiing families like ours. It’s just steps from the ski resort entrance, so no stressing about long walks or shuttles. Honestly, it couldn’t be more convenient!
There were plenty of food places around for easy dinners after a long day on the slopes, and the hotel’s breakfast was Chinese-style and absolutely satisfying. It gave us all the energy we needed for the day ahead – just perfect for both kids and adults!
The service was another highlight. Everyone was so kind and accommodating, and traveling moms know how much little things like that matter. Plus, the hotel even offers a convenient transfer to the train stations, which made our trip so much easier. No headaches or complicated logistics – just smooth sailing!
We had such a wonderful time and will absolutely be coming back. If you’re planning a family ski trip, I can’t recommend the Thaiwoo Hotel enough. It checked all the boxes for us, and we can’t wait to return!

IInvitéJe suis retourné au Crowne Plaza Huailai. L'accueil était toujours aussi chaleureux. La réception a également eu la gentillesse d'aménager une chambre supplémentaire au même étage. Merci beaucoup. Cette année, l'hôtel a ajouté des espaces extérieurs pour les enfants. Dommage que la température ait chuté brutalement ce week-end et que je n'aie pas pu m'amuser. Le parc aquatique intérieur et l'aire de jeux pour enfants sont toujours aussi appréciés des enfants. Le buffet de fondue chinoise du soir est également excellent et varié. Je reviendrai cet été et j'espère que de nombreux nouveaux projets verront le jour.

TTryasLa location est très bonne, à l'intérieur du Thaiwoo ski resort.
Le chef est très utile, mais il a été très gentil de demander de l'omélette pour notre enfant, mais le chef a refusé de le répondre de manière inappropriée.
Globalement Hyatt Chongli est un grand endroit pour rester pour un voyage de ski à Thaiwoo!
