PPavelThe hotel is located in a village about 15 minutes drive from Nanmen bay. First we were concerned because the village didn't look like a ”tourist friendly” place. But when we had arrived, all our concerns disappeared. The place is very quiet and chill unlike the hussle and bussle of hotels near the beach.
The hotel is a renovated traditional Chinese house. All facilities are new, clean and made with a good taste and attention to the details. What you definitely don't expect to find in the old Chinese village is an electronic toilet that greets you by opening the lid when you coming into the bathroom. 😁
The room was clean, smelled very good and the linings and towels were superb 5 stars level quality.
The breakfast is simple (Chinese traditional) but fulfilling and tasty.
There are complimentary coffee drip bags in each room and also a coffee machine in the bar area.
The owner of this hotel is a professional traveler. He told us a lot about his trips all over the China and abroad and showed his photo works. He also designed ans made some furniture in the hotel by himself.

VVythicaWe stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags.
The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required.
Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100.
The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old.
When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage.
The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy.
The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening.
The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day.
There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu.
The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse.
The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

The service staff’s attitude is truly amazing and helpful especially the front desk who is very accommodating to our requests, restaurant staffs were very attentive and friendly, great food, not so expensive and the room is very clean, nice & tidy. There is also a park area in front of the hotel. This place is overlooking Zhangzhou and the other side is Xiamen. During the night time, we stayed at the terrace, drink some wine while staring at the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we’ve missed the sunset as it’s too late when we come back to the hotel. We also wake up very early and watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning at the back of the hotel. Also, there are free drinks available in the room and we got sweet soup and fresh fruits available after we come back from our tour. This is a good place to stay, far away from hustle and bustle of the city. It's 4 km to the famous Ten Miles Blue Mountain and it’s overlooking from the hotel. The hotel even sent us to this place by their service van and offered to pick us up back to the hotel which is well appreciated. After we check out, we thought it's easy to get a Didi but ended the hotel offered their service van again to bring us down the mountain to get Didi easily. It’s better to have your own car for your own convenience travelling around this area. We can’t say enough good things about moonlight resort and will surely give them two thumbs up for their amazing service, it was all so great stay! Definitely this hotel is highly recommended, we booked 2 rooms Elegant & Privilege Queen Room it's worth the trip. We hope to come back again next time.

RRobinMowatCe n'est pas un endroit facile d'accès si, comme nous, vous êtes une famille de 6 personnes avec un bébé et un camion chargé de bagages. Nous sommes arrivés en train à grande vitesse à Nanjing (Fujian) et avons trouvé un taxi pour nous emmener à l'hôtel (aller simple 260 ¥, négocié à partir de 300 ¥). Le trajet a duré environ 2 heures sur des routes sinueuses et lentes (au retour nous avons pris l'autoroute à grande vitesse ce qui a réduit le temps de trajet à environ une heure).
L'hôtel se trouve dans une zone rurale, à l'écart des principales zones touristiques. Nous sommes arrivés plus tard que prévu mais nous avons pu dîner. La nourriture est exceptionnelle. Le poulet en particulier est délicieux.
Nous avons réservé une chambre familiale avec toboggan. Nos enfants auraient volontiers passé tout leur séjour dans la chambre à jouer sur le toboggan. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels de marque 5 étoiles et pourtant, cette maison d'hôtes propose tellement de petits extras, de gadgets et de technologies que la plupart des autres. La poignée de porte à clavier à mot de passe est peut-être le moyen le plus compliqué d'ouvrir une porte, mais j'applaudis le dévouement au style et au design.
Les toilettes sont dotées d'un élément multifonction de style japonais. Il m'a fallu beaucoup de temps pour comprendre comment le rincer. Le siège des toilettes se soulève lorsque vous ouvrez la porte !
La télévision est une grande projection sur le mur. N'étant pas chinois, j'ai eu du mal à comprendre comment obtenir des chaînes de télévision régulières. Tout ce que j'ai trouvé était payant pour être vu.
Cependant, c'était une projection claire et agréable, et si nous étions capables de comprendre la programmation, ce serait incroyable.
Nous avons passé 2 jours à visiter différents Tulou. Il y en a beaucoup à quelques minutes en voiture, mais derrière l'hôtel se trouve un petit village avec des Tulou et des bâtiments en terre qui constituent une belle promenade.
Dans l’ensemble, c’est une superbe maison d’hôtes avec une ambiance branchée et des installations familiales. Séjour très confortable.

FFranscios MichaelI have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below.
1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room.
2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me.
3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant.
4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people.
5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities.

The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

La chambre est non seulement globalement propre, les détails sont également délicats, comme les coins de la vue, les cornes de place, etc. sont très propres, pas de poussière. La réception est très bon service. Aide-moi à laver mes vêtements demain matin.
