(Et il y aura quelqu'un à la réception vers 14 heures. Je ne pense pas qu'il soit nécessaire de les contacter à l'avance.) L'hôtel ne dispose que d'un numéro local pour les coordonnées. Ce serait bien d'avoir un identifiant WeChat ou une adresse e-mail. Et le petit-déjeuner était inclus, mais aucune information ou explication distincte n'a été donnée lors de l'enregistrement. J'ai l'impression que ces petits détails manquent un peu. Quand j'ai demandé un petit-déjeuner le matin, ils m'ont dit d'aller dans une autre villa de la même marque qui sert le petit-déjeuner chinois. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et les gens très sympathiques, mais j'ai eu l'impression que le service préalable détaillé manquait un peu. La prochaine fois que j'irai, j'aimerais y séjourner à nouveau. L'emplacement est également bon. Le personnel de l'hôtel vous accueille chaleureusement.

C'était vraiment génial ! Non seulement ils m'ont surclassé spontanément, mais ils ont aussi accepté un départ tardif ! L'accueil était absolument impeccable ! Ils m'ont même donné un guide touristique avec des recommandations de restaurants et d'activités, ce qui était très utile. J'ai suivi leurs conseils et goûté les nouilles satay… et je dois dire qu'elles étaient incroyablement délicieuses ! J'en ai mangé pendant trois jours d'affilée et j'étais complètement accro ! La chambre était également très propre et bien rangée. Le matelas était incroyable : parfaitement confortable, ni trop mou, ni trop ferme, et je n'avais plus envie de quitter mon lit. L'emplacement est idéal, à proximité de tous les sites incontournables ! Je me déplaçais principalement en taxi, et cela ne coûtait qu'une dizaine de yuans – incroyable ! Juste la prise en charge ! Ils sont vraiment doués pour faire des économies ! Xiamen est une ville vraiment romantique ! J'y retournerai sans hésiter ! Je continuerai à séjourner dans cette incroyable maison d'hôtes et je la recommanderai vivement à mes amis et camarades de classe. Mes compagnons de voyage l'ont tous adorée ! I decided to change to this hotel last minute. No regrets with my decision. The hotel is very beautiful and unique. My room is just right close to the beautiful garden with a lot of plants. This is a 4 star hotel as listed in Gulangsu. I am so impressed, and keep repeating to my family about the hotel staff's best service. They help answer quite a lot of questions before our arrival. They helped me book the visit to Ba Gua Lou, I knew I needed to book in advance that's why I had no plan to visit it by right. Special thanks to the butler, 泡芙 and the young guy 小陈, the 5 star service they provided during our stay. 泡芙 fetched us at piano dock. She also helped us take the family pictures and my cheong sam pictures. Honestly she spent a lot of time that day just because of our photo session. The 2nd night was so cold, she helped serve the high tea set to our room instead, that was our first time to have high tea at night time. Hahah. 小陈 is a very polite and meticulous young guy, he suggest me the itinerary of the sight seeing spot. While he talked to me, he never forgot to serve me a cup of drink. That evening me and my girl dressed up in the Chinese costume, my right hand held the long dress and my left hand held two thick winter wears, he saw we stepped in then quickly helped to carry the winter wear. After check out he helped us carry the stuff to the piano dock too. I love this island. I love this hotel, it makes me feel as warm as home. I wish I can back here again.
