這次來肇慶住的酒店位於七星巖牌坊廣場對面，簡直方便得不要不要的，溜達幾分鐘就能看每晚8點的音樂噴泉（水花帶燈光，挺炫！）。

因朋友已訂附近的民宿已滿，緣份下網頁介紹了最近的這間民宿，本身看了評語非常好，所以沒有考慮下就BOOK了。由於我們同有小朋友，所以就揀了一間有3床的房間。期待了一個月終於入住，到達民宿的門口，看到民宿外圍，文青的感覺湧上了，兩位親切的房東非常友善的迎接，簡單登記後上房間，房間的裝修超級舒服，有如回到家的感覺。
從民宿沿星湖邊走路到七星岩牌坊，慢步都只需10-15分鐘，無論日頭的景色、黃昏的浪漫或晚上的燈飾都是不同美，沿途是食街，買手信的店舗。晚上8點還可到牌坊看噴泉，噴泉雖然不是有驚喜，但一大班人聚在看很熱鬧。
民宿還有兩隻超可愛的貓貓「紫紫」「院院」坐鎮，地下大堂ORDER 一杯咖啡坐著，很寫意。
地下大堂裝修擺設充滿了肇慶的特色，又不覺得古老，而且還擺放好多端硯，盡顯端州的特色。大堂有一處還可以自己泡茶，一伙人坐著談談，與「紫紫」「院院」玩玩，不亦樂乎。
唯一給的意見，房間應增加一個小冰箱，特別夏天將至。

節後出遊肇慶，看了好多家民宿，最後選擇了蓮湖民宿，環境很好，比較幽靜，沒有像評論説的那麼吵，可能他們選擇五一假期人多吧，我和家人來的時候人比較少，所以選擇時間很重要，再説一下民宿吧，雖然我選擇的是普通的房間，沒有陽台，但可以到民宿的花園去坐，或者在民宿的茶室喝一下茶，十分愜意。房間的衞生，以及所有的用品整體來説都十分滿意。停車有位置停，而且是免費，讓我省了停車費。景區嘛，能有位置停，而且是免費是很好的。

Location: 15mins drive from Zhaoqing city, which is 35mins bullet train ride from GZ south station. Located in a village 250m from Dinghushan mountain, the area's main scenic attraction with waterfall, temple and lush greenery. Steps from food and local shopping.
Service: One of the best in GZ. Owner couple were extremely friendly and helpful. Treated me to lunch and drop me off to town on last day. I extended a day due to the mountain being closed off due to typhoon and have no regrets.
Cleanliness: Clean and smoke free. Entire hotel was spick and span.
Room: Neat, good size and everything you need is available. The toilet and automation features compare well with more expensive hotels.
Value: Good price. Worth it. Highly recommended if you want local experience, clean rooms and friendly owners.
Facilities: Washing machine only.
Key considerations: Wifi, hot shower, air-con and friendly service. All passed with high marks.
Cons: 5 stories and I stayed in 2nd level. No lifts and can be a problem for elderly folks.

IInvitéL'hôtel est très proche de la montagne Dinghu. Les pharmacies, supermarchés et restaurants à proximité sont très pratiques. Le soir, le serveur a aidé à surclasser la chambre gratuitement. Les installations de décoration sont très récentes. Le petit-déjeuner est plus varié que les hôtels de Vienne. J'ai déjà séjourné ici et la décoration est haut de gamme.

IInvitéMa femme et moi avons récemment séjourné au Wyndham Grand du 7 au 9 mai et nous aimerions partager nos expériences et nos moments privilégiés. Nous avons séjourné dans la chambre Supérieure avec vue sur le lac et l'avons trouvée très spacieuse et confortable. La vue depuis le balcon vaut vraiment le prix. La piscine est magnifique. Nous tenons également à féliciter l'équipe de la réception, et plus particulièrement Mlle Cara Yu, pour son service exceptionnel.
De l'arrivée au départ, 小余 a fait preuve d'un professionnalisme remarquable et d'une chaleureuse hospitalité. Elle nous a prodigué des recommandations personnalisées pour les restaurants, indiqué les points d'intérêt sur la carte et nous a rappelé le changement de météo, ce qui était très touchant. Cela a rendu mon séjour inoubliable. Veuillez transmettre ma gratitude à 小余. Nous avons hâte de revenir.

BBonNous sommes arrivés avant l'heure de l'arrivée (11h) pour nous réfléchir à stocker nos bagages à la réception, mais le récepteur nous a dit que les chambres étaient prêtes et gentilles pour nous examiner tôt, ce qui était une joie surprise : D Les chambres étaient belles et propres, sans odeur de fumée, connexion Wi-Fi stable. Il était un peu difficile d'obtenir l'eau à la température correcte, mais avec un certain essai et une erreur, ce n'est pas un grand problème. L'hôtel est situé à proximité des Seven Star Crags (à quelques minutes de la place Paifang), et il y a de nombreux magasins à pied.

La position géographique est excellente, dans la zone de la barre de la scène, dans le village de la famine et dans le milieu du lac de la famine.
Il faut manger tout au-dessous, supermarchés, etc., la vie agréable
La chambre est propre et sanitaire. Le paysage de la fenêtre est un grand point lumineux.
Le service du directeur est bon, bien que l'expérience ait diminué en raison des problèmes des dispositifs de chauffage. Le directeur répond activement à l'état de la situation * et fournit des solutions.

The employees were very friendly but the facilities are lacking. I booked a guestroom because it featured a ceiling window. However, the one feature I was looking forward to was disappointing because the exterior had not been cleaned and was dirty. It was slightly disgusting to even look at. You could also see the wear and tear on the window frame as paint was coming off and even rusted in certain spots. The other aspects of the room however were acceptable and clean.
In terms of view, even though I had a lake-view, there wasn’t much to see. But this is simply due to the location of the hotel, and is an inherent weakness.
I think this hotel is making an effort to become a great hotel and it is getting there. It just needs to focus on some of the small details.

FFloatingzenLocation: Best location ever in Zhaoqing. Right opposite the 7-star lake central facade. Below the mixed-use building is a small mall with ample food and grocery choices.
Service: Best avoided if you do not speak Chinese. Keep advising me to take a taxi from GZ which would be extremely expensive when cheaper alternatives are available. Did not provide check-in prior yet operated like Airbnb with check-in lobby and rooms on different levels of the building. Door lock PW changes daily but did not pre-advise leading to being locked-out. Located in a mix-use building and so hard to find if you were not advised beforehand what and where to go.
Cleanliness: Messy check-in lobby. Rooms cleanliness so-so with hair and roaches found in sink. (See pix)
Room: Booking title says facing Lakeview but small print says city-view. Wasted on upgrading. Duplex room with narrow stairs making it challenging for elderly.
Facilities: Washing machine located in room.
Value: Will not come back. There are better alternatives.
Key considerations: (Wifi, hot shower, air-con, hygiene and service). Wifi and hot shower are okay. Air-con, hygiene and service are below par.
Comments: This is not a hotel. Neither is it managed like Airbnb where host will do their best to communicate with guest. Hygiene and service not up to standard. Mix-use building seems to have a number of Airbnb-type operations, delivery personnel, retail, F&B shops and offices so people are in and out of building at all times yet there is no security personnel at lift lobby.
