環境不錯，乾淨舒適，房間整潔，親子房的設計不錯，小朋友玩的也很開心，前台小姐姐非常温柔有禮貌，中途雖然出現了些小插曲，但是不得不説前台的應變能力，也處理得令我非常滿意，是一次不錯的體驗。

趁着假期結束前到肇慶七星巖景區玩一下，搜到牌坊附近這家酒店，房間是新裝修，前台服務態度很好，有問必答，很有耐心，特別辦理入住的時候小孩子的一個小玩具落在大堂，前台人員幫我們收好通知我們拿，孩子很高興。樓層阿姨態度也很好，很有禮貌，還送了應節的糖果，滿意，下次還會再住。

酒店在牌坊廣場對面，走過去大概5分鐘，我們是坐動車過去的，門口就有公交車到高鐵站，太方便了。房間挺好的，工作人員也笑臉相迎，給我們這次的肇慶之旅留下來很好的印象。

酒店位於肇慶有名的景區附近，出行、食飯都非常便利。
大堂有咖啡機，免費提供咖啡茶飲。
訂了4間房，幫我安排在同一層，房間很新，沒有異味。
大床房向北，靠馬路一側，能遠眺七星湖，房間面積比雙床的小一些，暗一些。衞浴室也比雙床房較小，淋浴房內空間比較小，轉身都感覺困難。
房間內智能化設計，小度還是比較方便。
樓下有自己的停車場，停車要開上人行道，停車場入口在大堂傍邊。

位置極佳，很近牌坊廣場，對面有大商場，很多食店。升級到大房，房間很大，整體很清潔。入住時淋浴間有很重漂白水味，希望可改善。

房間很好，服務也很好，馬路對面就是兩個大商場，買東西方便，人多很熱鬧。距離星湖和七星巖都不遠。就是樓下那個中恆華手工點心千萬別吃，巨難吃，還不厚道，一杯飲料半杯冰塊，態度還惡劣。

剛到房間有股臭臭的味道和濃濃的煙味，找前台換了房間好一些，就是一般的商務酒店，中規中矩。後面院子有停車場，馬路對面就是大潤發，購物很方便，離牌坊也不遠
