UUtilisateur anonymeJ'ai toujours choisi l'Atour voisin, et cette fois j'ai délibérément essayé celui qui vient d'ouvrir. On peut dire que le niveau de service global est très médiocre. Je n'ai jamais perdu mon sang-froid lors de mon séjour à Atour. Cette fois, j'ai dû attendre la soi-disant inspection de la chambre à mon arrivée à l'hôtel malgré la communication préalable de mon enregistrement. Alors, à quoi ça sert de communiquer à l’avance ? Ne pouvons-nous pas simplement communiquer, faire les préparatifs et attendre l'arrivée des invités ? Ne parlez pas du soi-disant processus, c'est-à-dire du service. J'ai commandé des plats à emporter à midi et je suis arrivé au magasin. J'ai dû attendre 28 minutes avant qu'ils ne soient livrés dans la chambre par un robot de la réception. J'ai appelé trois fois et j'ai continué à dire que le robot avait été libéré. paresseux et ne pas le livrer ? S'il n'est pas publié pour d'autres raisons, ne mentez pas aux invités et dites qu'il est publié, expliquez-le simplement clairement. Tous ces problèmes sont en réalité causés par une formation insuffisante du personnel ou par des concepts de service insuffisants. Les dividendes apportés par l'ouverture du corridor Shenzhen-Zhongshan ne peuvent pas être reçus au hasard. Ce n'est qu'en fournissant des services que nous pourrons faire face à la double augmentation des prix de l'immobilier.

TTripaddictNous sommes retournés à Zhongshan pour visiter certains de nos parents, nous avons réservé cet hôtel parce qu'il est très confortable partout et est au centre-ville. Nous avons réservé la salle de 60 m2 mais nous sommes en train de l'améliorer à 90 m2 avec accès au salon exécutif. Le jour suivant, nous étions coincés à Zhongshan en raison du vent fort, des ferries fermées, l'hôtel nous a offert le même prix réservé pour 60 m2 mais nous a encore mis à niveau à 90 m2. Merci à votre équipe et à nous prendre soin pendant notre détresse.

IInvité. This is the most technical advanced hotel I’ve been so far. All switches are on screen digital( but some how a bit troublesome to find the right mode). It’s also so attentive with free get-to-go coffee in the morning & free cute bottle of warm milk at night at the front desk. The room is big & airy & welcoming to have automatic curtains opened & closed when getting in & out the room & switch to turn open & close. The design slippers is unique & perfect for me with a discrete hole at the corner of the toes area so my toes can breath so still keeping warm & dry without too sweaty. There’s soothing music in the room once the shower being turned on( may be another control to turn music on for us to choose when we use the toilet) The design & style on the deco are very artistic especially the toilet seat & cups. The gentle blend of the Tv screen & the wall art also impressive.
Just some tiny fault eg toilet roll holder is far too back for reaching, no bar towel holder for spread out for drying hand & bath towels in between using them. Hook is harder to dry when the towel gathered together.

IInvitéThis is a thoughtful team to manage the hotel.when you first in the room,there are 2 different color cups, you will be easily to identify whose cup without guessing. bathroom Booth's floor has groove on it, it's hard to slip, hotel still provide anti slip mat.beside toilet seat,it installed a tray on the wall,it fits the phone,if you have habit to bring the phone in.room has fire sprinkler but still has a set fire extinguisher and fire emergency kits.it make me so relaxed.room has 9 feet ceiling tall , it make comfortable.. room is clean, kettle no calcium deposits,no dust underneath the couch.since WiFi only support CHINA phone number to connect,I don't have any,ask concierge to help,she makes no hesitation use her phone to help me make connection.location is perfect for travelers, restaurants surrounding,one big pro is the mall cross street has Cross border buses and tricycle vehicle taxi station, you can make a slow glance the city,river side for only 50$ for couple per hour, you will see Zhong Shan city is so beautiful and relax, distance 10 minutes charge 10$, some time, they will get short cut into the alleys, you will be surprised by the local scene.

I recently stayed at the Oriental Fenghuang Hotel located in Zhongshan Dengdu Ancient Town Huayi Square. Overall, the room was decent and met basic expectations in terms of space and amenities. However, I noticed that the floor was not clean, which was disappointing. A clean environment is essential for a comfortable stay, and this aspect could definitely be improved.

UUtilisateur anonymeTout le reste allait bien, sauf que j'ai demandé à la chambre d'amis de livrer de l'eau la nuit, mais après avoir attendu plus d'une heure, elle n'est toujours pas venue, j'ai rappelé et j'ai dit que ce serait le plus tôt possible, mais ce n'est pas arrivé. Je ne viendrai pas même après avoir quitté l'hôtel. Finalement, vers midi, j'ai commandé ** des plats à emporter et acheté trois grandes bouteilles d'eau car le bébé attendait de l'eau pour faire du lait en poudre. C'était la première fois que je rencontrais un service aussi médiocre.

The breakfast service could have been better and up to the marriott standards. Unlike usual hotels, guests must wear a swim cap otherwise they are not allowed to use the pool. 20rmb each if you need to purchase on the spot.
