The check-in counter is inside a bar that took a while to look for. The stay generally was good and appreciated the staff for extending check-out time for 1 hour.

Good stay, nice staff. But, for food - you have many hotels near by inside the mall. Hotel doesn’t provide breakfast, so you hike booking don’t opt for breakfast.

A good service apartment hotel which attached with a shopping mall. You can have a free drink from the owner.

The mall integrates theme parks, restaurants, specialty restaurants, and supermarkets. The hotel's ground floor parking lot and negative second floor parking lot both have tram charging stations. The hotel is 10 minutes away from Macau Port and a 10 minute drive to Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, making transportation very convenient. The hotel front desk is available 24 hours a day! It was exactly as pictured, spacious and clean. There was little noise. It was very nice.

This is a service apartment so don’t expect hotel service. The location is great and if you just need a clean place to stay, this is good value for money!

The service apartment location is very convenient where the lift is accessible via the carpark and shopping mall. There is electric vehicle charging too.  Room is clean and convenient stores like 7-11 nearby but no too much eateries as there is not much crowd in the mall.

The apartment was great and very spacious. It was great for a family of four. The location is ideal if you are visiting Chimelong theme parks- which are about ten minutes away in a taxi. As it is an apartment, it was disappointing there was no cutlery, plates, mugs etc. There is a new shopping mall below but there is not a huge range of choice of places to eat and finding breakfast early was challenging.

It's a great hotel and more suitable for long stay, convenience to port to Macau and shopping mall downstair. If hotel and trip.com can provide more clear instruction to hotel from the mall is much better.
