Je donne la note maximale à l'hôtel Renaissance Zhuhai. Cela s'est avéré être un week-end de voyage d'affaires ordinaire, mais j'ai acquis une expérience enrichissante au Renaissance. Dès la veille de l'enregistrement, l'ambassadeur du service client de l'hôtel, Jerry, m'a contacté pour confirmer mes besoins de voyage, et a également pris l'initiative de m'aider avec le surclassement des chambres, m'a offert des fruits de bienvenue et m'a informé de manière proactive des politiques et des systèmes de prévention des épidémies, me rappelant je dois me préparer au contrôle de prévention des épidémies. Il m'a également dit qu'il y avait eu un avertissement rouge pour de fortes pluies à Zhuhai ces derniers jours, ce qui était vraiment prévenant. L'hôtel est propre et bien rangé. Le concierge Eden a aidé à porter les bagages tout au long du processus et était très poli. Les serveurs du restaurant étaient très gentils et ont répondu à toutes les demandes. La communication est fluide et naturelle. Le petit-déjeuner est vraiment excellent et copieux. Parce que je suis resté deux jours consécutifs et que j'ai pris le petit-déjeuner le lendemain, le personnel Vicky s'est déjà souvenu de mes préférences. Le gars de la réception, Eric, était très prévenant et professionnel à notre départ, il nous a donné quelques bouteilles d'eau à boire sur la route. Dans l'ensemble c'est vraiment bien. Personnellement, je suis très satisfait.

Great location, shopping mall nearby, supermarket,....all you need for food and shopping is there. Also it's at central hub of zhuhai, close to many famous restaurants and driving distance. Going again and again.

That’s not my first time returning this hotel, this hotel always make me feel welcoming, relaxing and enjoyable by all the helpful and attentive staff. Front office Rosie can recognize me at first sight which is amazing, the executive lounge staff and food are great as a quick afternoon tea. I will definitely come again very soon :).

Good location and hotel in Zhuhai. Will consider to stay again

We were told our room was upgraded upon arrival. The river view room was good. My kid was also given a toy upon check in. However, a condom package was found under bed. This is very disgusting and unacceptable. We came with a group of friends with kids. We got a complaint from room one level down. To our disbelief, the staff allowed the guests down one level to come to our floor and room to confront us directly. This is unprofessional and shocking and made us feel very offended. We tried to talk to the front desk regarding this and they said they would have their manager to come to talk to us. It turned out they didn’t send anyone at all.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here] and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel's cleanliness. The lobby, rooms, and common areas were all spotless and well-maintained. The kids really enjoyed the kids play area. If intending to use the pool remember to bring swimming caps. The hotel's location was also perfect being connected to a major shopping complex. The surrounding area was safe and vibrant, with plenty of restaurants and shops to explore. But what really made our stay stand out was the exceptional service (shoutout to Kavin!). All staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. And then there was the breakfast - wow! The spread was incredible, with a wide variety of fresh fruit, pastries, eggs, and more. The quality was top-notch and the staff kept everything replenished and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend Renaissance Zhuhai to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to come back!

Very good experience and facilities and we were arranged to stay at upper level. The swimming pool was amazing. Will come back again in the future.

Convenient location right above big shopping mall and close to Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau bridge. Breakfast has plenty of varieties with good quality. Room is big and clean with nice river view.
