XXiaofengxihuanlvxingJe séjourne souvent au Sheraton Zhuhai Huafa et je pense que c'est ce que je ressens le plus.
En tant que personne dont la maison est à Zhuhai, parfois je n'aime pas rentrer chez moi et je veux rester ici pour une nuit.
Car non seulement l'environnement ici est bon et calme, mais le rapport qualité/prix est vraiment élevé, et les amis de l'hôtel sont également très enthousiastes. Chaque fois que je reviens ici, j'ai l'impression d'être de retour à la maison !
Le secteur de la restauration de l'hôtel est excellent et correct. J'ai mangé plusieurs fois au buffet du petit-déjeuner et au dîner du Feast. Surtout, le dîner propose souvent de nouveaux produits. Je suis allé récemment au dîner sous forme de buffet et j'ai goûté leurs nouveaux abats de bœuf, qui ont un goût particulièrement bon.
Le happy hour dans le salon exécutif le soir est également très bon. J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux hôtels Marriott, et un hôtel dans cette gamme de prix comme le Huafa Sheraton est vraiment exceptionnel non seulement en termes d'équipements de chambre, d'environnement géographique de l'hôtel, la restauration, mais aussi la qualité des employés de l'hôtel. Le seul, le plafond ! Je pense également que le propriétaire de l'hôtel est vraiment prêt à faire beaucoup d'efforts dans le domaine du service, non seulement en permettant à nos clients de bien manger et de bien vivre, mais je pense vraiment que le prix en vaut la peine !
Cette fois, parce que j'avais quelque chose à faire, je n'ai pas eu d'autre choix que de réserver cette chambre pour ma famille sur Ctrip. Ensuite, j'ai appelé l'hôtel et je leur ai expliqué qu'il y avait trois membres de ma famille, mais que la suite à une chambre que j'avais réservée n'était arrivée. avec deux petits-déjeuners et deux happy hours, s'il y a une personne de plus à manger, avez-vous besoin d'argent pour en profiter ? De façon inattendue, le petit frère nous a offert un petit-déjeuner et un happy hour. C'était vraiment réconfortant, j'avais oublié de lui demander son nom à ce moment-là !
Après avoir réellement séjourné dans cet hôtel, vous choisirez certainement de séjourner dans leur hôtel la prochaine fois que vous viendrez à Zhuhai pour le tourisme ou un voyage d'affaires. C'est vraiment rentable et le service est en ligne ! Et j'aime particulièrement le balcon de leur chambre d'amis. La vue sur la mer de Macao est vraiment incroyable !

KKen Ho YinOverall was good, especially the location if you what you wanted was to stay near to Macau, as the hotel is right next to the border control point. To me is location and location for this hotel. There is a covered car park for you to use for free during your stay. Room is in decent size.
If I must write down a flaw that I am aware of, probably is the design of the shower room, as the shower door is also used as the door for the washroom, so the washroom will get wet after you take a shower (the water would drip from the door), and there is nowhere for you place your bath mat to step on. Clever design to save space but not practical. Just a personal opinion, I booked a room with a Macau view, but I would probably say, don't bother, as the buildings of Macau are far.

J'ai fait une réservation juste avant mon arrivée. à l'hôtel, mais la réception n'a pas reçu de message de réservation. , le petit frère nous a immédiatement aidé à contacter le tiers et a demandé que la commande soit traitée rapidement et a surclassé le type de chambre pour moi. . J'ai entendu dire que l'hôtel dispose d'une piscine sur le toit qui n'est pas encore ouverte, je l'essaierai la prochaine fois.

33LittlePigsOver the top service with this exceptional staff at reception Aurora! I booked 2 rooms (a 2 bedroom suite and a one king family room). We were able to check into our 2 bedroom suite at 11am and Ms Aurora explained that our second room will be available in about an hour. She even gave us her WeChat and informed us when our room was ready. We needed to book shuttle bus from hotel to Chimelong for 11 people and she helped us over WeChat as well.

Hotel front desk and concierge are helpful. Conceirge even showed me the short cut leading to the Gongbei port. A lot of local guests within this hotel.
Quite a few restaurants in this hotel. I tried their hotpot restaurant, beef was fresh, food was tasty and service staff was very attentive. There are plenty of eating places around as well. Facility is old surrounded by very old buildings and streets. Easy to get taxi to move around to places of interests e.g. 日月贝，圆明新园，板樟山 etc.
Small swimming pool and gym. Not crowded at all.
Water supply from the room was not so good and inconsistent temperature. Thus a little troublesome when showering. I find the most uncomfortable part was the bed. I think the mattress was not in good condition. It was noisy whenever I sat or turned and changed my laying down position. I did not sleep well. Feedback to hotel front desk when I checked out. Hope they address the problem avoid impacting the next guest(s).
