I have said it before, and I will say it again, The Sheraton in Zibo, simply has no competition within Zibo. This Hotel is worthy of it's five star status. Surely, the first choice for a superb Valentine's Day experience, infact, the best place for any special occasion. It's quite obvious, that the facilities are the best in town (this is a fact, not merely an opinion). Nevertheless, you can have the best building, decorations and location, and it would be absolutely worthless, without good service. Fortunately, the service levels are exceptional, and we are always appreciative, of the team's efforts. Especially that of Owen (The Assistant Department Manager), in the front office. Owen, always goes the extra mile, to cater for our needs. Thank you the Maggie (Manager), for assisting with prompt Check in and Check out. On the restaurant's side, special thanks to Ben (Manager) for providing exceptional service. Thank you for meeting our special requests, and for making our experience memorable. As we were celebrating Valentines Day, we longed for something romantic, and special on this day. The Sheraton Zibo, did not dissapoint. The room was beautifully decorated, for the occasion. We can recommend the Sheraton Zibo to all visitors, be it business or leisure, when in Zibo, this is the best place to be. Thank you team Sheraton Zibo, for your hospitality, we will always return to your establishment. See you very soon.

Nice as usual, I enjoyed my stay. Eloise was especially helpful and polite from the minute I checked in. All staff were super friendly and breakfast was nice. There was a wide range of breakfast options to suit everyone, including unlimited coffee.

淄博喜來登酒店入住之前先看房間。 運氣不好，簡直就是噩夢。 晚上23:50拿到門卡，竟然門打不開，看了門卡和包門卡的那個小紙片，盡然沒有任何電話，沒辦法再次從32樓回到前台。回屋之後，試着關窗，沒有把手，沒法關窗。空調打到16度過了20分鐘盡然顯示還是36.5度。折騰了30分鐘，滿頭大汗。房間小，一股莫名的味道。這哪是喜來登，是悲來登。
