I recently stayed at this hotel on November 16, 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After a long 13 hour flight from Hong Kong, I was grateful to be allowed an early check-in at 9 AM. This made a huge difference, allowing me to rest before starting my day. Mr. Filippo at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He not only assigned me a lovely room with a terrace but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, making my first day of a 13-day journey truly special. His courteous demeanor and willingness to assist were very much appreciated. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and attractions, with everything you need right across the street. The room is very tidy n well equipped. Location is well accessible n convenient. Staff are friendly n polite. Many tourist points nearby within walking distance.

Hotel Glockenhof Zurich offers Switzerland charm and modern comfort, making it one of the top choice for leisure and business trip on visiting Zurich. Situated in the heart of the Zurich city, it provides good access to Zurich's main attractions, shopping areas, and near to the Zurich Main Station transportation. The attentive staffs greeted with warm hospitality, and are always willing to assist with any requests. The hotel's elegant decorated rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city. This hotel places emphasis on healthy sleep, hence they have worked with a Swiss family company, Roviva for the bedding (there’s a small card information on the benefits of roviva bed provided). The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs. The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day. All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.

Close to Zurich main train station, 2min walking distance from the main shopping street Bahnhofstrasse, and 10 min to the Zurich lake where you can feed the swans and birds. Staffs are nice and polite, room, bedsheets were clean. Renovation theme is mordenized. The only problem is that the shower room was transparent... so when you are taking shower, you are showing to other family members 😅😅😅, that's not really a good idea unless the hotel is specially designed for couples? Other than that, everything is fine.

很不錯的一次入住體驗。初初入住，並不覺驚艷，甚至有點想吐槽三人房的小床。有點隨意了吧？但是實際入住以後發現，床墊很舒服，被子也很舒服，還有晚上的鋪床服務。 衞生間雖然是玻璃門，洗澡的時候有點小尷尬，不過好在是家人一起出遊，就還好。 重點來了：退房那天要趕早班火車，因此就沒有時間吃早餐了，去前台詢問能不能早餐打包？前台很專業的拿出一張服務單，記錄下房間號以及早餐打包的份數、內容，約定好早上取餐的時間就可以了！早上去取餐的時候，已經打包妥妥的了，贊👍🏻！ 酒店的位置非常方便，火車站以及各個景點步行可到，適合在蘇黎世citywalk。

地點的確很好,酒店的員工乜很幫忙。早餐的質量和選擇中規中矩。 房間裏温度和設施都齊備但是如果要多-些礦泉水就得要付錢或去外面買了。 附上一酒店房間看見的景色和附近的景點。

特別好！住的很舒服！早餐也還可以其實，還有歡迎禮品 就是兩瓶水

175年歷史的酒店房間沒有想象中的那麼小，很寬敞！位置、景觀真的是太好了，一樓的餐廳也很滿意，下樓吃個飯，飯後湖邊散個步，能在這裏住上幾天很開心🥳
