Our staff and guests come from all around the world, and we strive to provide a welcoming environment for all.Regarding the room allocation, we always aim to accommodate guests' requests, but unfortunately, we are unable to provide a room on a higher floor when they are occupied. The room you were given offers more space, which is why it could also be used for guests with disabilities, and we apologize if this did not meet your expectations.We understand that during your stay, the room was affected by mosquitoes. In Europe, especially during warmer months, opening a window can sometimes allow insects in. We recommend using the air conditioning or keeping the windows closed during the evening to prevent this.We value your input and hope to welcome you again in the future
