Absolutely stunning!! Rooms amazing with balcony looking only into the jungle. Super comfortable beds and additional pillows. Gorgeous modern bathroom with beautiful products. Bathrobes. Fridge. Hotel has definitely kept all modern decor in keeping with jungle around, high quality woods, hanging bridges between modules. Amazing main pools big enough for proper length swimming. Separate secondary adult only infinity pools and bar overlooking the Iguazu River was our haven. Jungle location means only taxis to get in and out. Also means mosquitos but you’d know that coming to Puerto Iguazu anyway. Hotel has a dedicated WhatsApp for all activities should you want to take part in anything like walking the property as a group or many activities for children too. Absolutely loved our stay. Would go back there without bothering looking at any other hotel options. Totally recommend.

N'oubliez pas de prendre l'avion de Buenos Aires à Iguazu et d'aller directement à la cascade. Je ne suis resté à Iguazu qu'une nuit lorsque le temps était limité. Très satisfait, l'enregistrement est relativement rapide, le confort du matelas dans la chambre pour assurer le sommeil du voyage est aussi très important !

Hôtel en plein milieu de la végétation, avec une petite terrasse donnant sur la jungle. La cadre est joli et les chambres bien décorées. Les circulations et passerelles ajoutent un cachet indéniable. La piscine est agréable. Le restaurant est beau et le petit déjeuner de bonne qualité. Nous avons été déçus par le diner (un peu cher et pas forcément aussi bon que ce qu'on peut trouver dans les environs) On se sent bien dans une forêt tropicale (humidité incluse mais la clim fonctionnait bien) et à l'échelle humaine, à recommander pour ceux qui ne veulent pas un hôtel tout béton et à plusieurs étages dans leur voyage.

When I review a place it generally means that I had an issue. This hotel is fine for the price but there were several things that wrecked the experience for us. 1-the pool water was green so we couldn’t use it. Lack of chemical maintenance would be my guess. 2-air conditioner had no controls. It was either on or off. We inquired and they said it was the way it is. 3-room 307 has no wifi. Again we inquired and the answer was that’s the way it is in Iguazú. Finally we spoke with a different front desk person who said the WIFI is better on floor 1 so we moved and guess what, the wifi is fine on floor one. Our new room also has batteries in the air conditioning unit so we can control the temperature. Aside from a small amount of black mold growing on the shower caulk, the room is fine. The showers both have a shiny tile floor. Very slippery but they do have a hand hold in the shower. Well, I guess we are in the jungle after all. We were happy to be on the first floor so we wouldn’t have to ride the elevator anymore. The elevator stopped either right on the floor or several inches above or below so rider beware and watch your step! 4-our biggest frustration was with transportation. There are a couple of guys that sit in the lobby and represent a tourist firm of some sorts. They speak or understand no English. If you a Spanish speaker, you may have no problems but we sure did. We were abandoned in Brazil at the water falls there by our driver. We had to be very resourceful to even get back to our hotel. We had no cell service there and although there was wifi at the Falls, it was in operable due to the high traffic. Remember we are in the jungle. We had 2 other issues with transportation solely due to the “tourist company” not really being a company at all. I still don’t know their connection to the hotel but I highly recommend not using these people if you want reliable transportation. 5-the last issue occurred a few minutes ago . We asked for a late check out a couple of days ago and were granted one till 2:00 PM as we were then leaving for the airport. At 11:00 they showed up at our door telling us we had to leave or pay 23.00 late check out. My heart started pumping which can be bad for an old timer and I went directly to the manager. Told him we were granted a late check out by the front desk guy who spoke English. He insisted that we needed to pay the 23.00. I refused to do so and we “discussed “ all of the problems we have had. He was un phased until I said I was going to write a bad review on Trip advisor. Suddenly he said we could stay at no charge till 2. There is also some good to this review.. with the exception of the black mold, the rooms were quite clean. The breakfast was very good and as advertised. The hotel is in a good location. Forgot to say the tv stations are only in Spanish which is what we expect here in Argentina. My advise…if you don’t speak Spanish enough to get by, perhaps try another hotel.

Nous sommes arrivés de nuit selon les directives de navigation. Jusqu'à la lumière noire, je pensais être allé dans le désert. L'hôtel est très merveilleux. La chambre ne peut accueillir que 2 personnes. Les enfants de plus de 3 ans devront payer 60 yuans pour la chambre. Le prix à la demi-journée est presque bruyant et le prix final est de 40 dollars. Le design de la décoration de la chambre est très simple, presque aucune décoration. La porte des toilettes est face au lit, la chambre du premier étage est plus simple, deux petits lits d'un mètre de large, pas de moquette. En Chine, il est totalement incompatible avec le standard cinq étoiles.

Checking in was smooth and painless. Room was clean and comfortable. Room and toilet amenities were adequate. Breakfast spread was pretty normal. Housekeeping was great. Overall, staff are quite friendly and helpful. Location was good on a quiet street. Walking distance to the centre of town and to the viewpoint of the rivers dividing the 3 countries of Paraguay, Brazil & Argentina. The hotel has seen it's hey days back when. It's quite dated but the management has done it's darnest to maintain a standard. The restaurant at the pool isn't that good. Like a public pool canteen kinda fare. Lots of area to lounge around the pool. The pool looks like a standard pool at summer camp...like something out of a 60's movie. I gave it a 4* rating as I don't think the Esturion should be short changed as it still has alot to offer if given a chance to be tweaked....but for now it is a solid 3.5*. Would consider staying here again.

C'est un hôtel très mignon et très stupide. Je touche une chambre triple super large mais avec des coussins désagréables, des serviettes mini, une salle de bain humide avec une cortine de bain de très mauvaise qualité, dans laquelle l'eau de pluie était filtrée. Les amenities comme le savon et le shampooing sont de très mauvaise qualité. L'attention du personnel n'est pas bonne, ils ne sont pas gentils et vous ne pouvez faire le check-in exact 14hs. Le petit-déjeuner est domestique, riche et varié avec une grande variété de repas. Il a une paire très large et belle avec un secteur forestier au fond.

La meilleure caractéristique de cet hôtel est la vue de la piscine. La nourriture est également très bonne. À part cela, c'est en moyenne. Dans l'ensemble, l'hôtel a besoin d'un ascenseur facial. Par exemple, la première chose que nous avons remarquée entré dans la chambre était le tapis en warpée. Les baseboards dans l'hôtel ont besoin de nettoyage/peinture, comme le font les ventilateurs, etc. Mais les chambres sont confortables et la pression de l'eau dans la douche est grande. Les toilettes sont moyennes et doivent être écrasées d'un tube monté sur le mur du douche/du tube. La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. Nous souhaitons cependant que les employés prennent une position et disent quelque chose aux invités qui se déplacent au petit-déjeuner buffet sans masque et qui, à une occasion, se détournent de la nourriture sans masque. Nous aurions souhaité qu'ils ne se tournent pas simplement un oeil aveugle. La piscine a toujours été remplie et il a été difficile de trouver des meubles. Il est aussi difficile d'obtenir un toilet à côté de la piscine. Le premier jour, nous attendions plus de 30 minutes pour une toile seulement. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable, mais le bar est très confortable et très confortable.
