We love staying at Snow Village so much and decided to stay there for 4D3N. Chosen Xinfu Inn after long consideration. We are family of 6 with young kids so we prioritize a place where kids can enjoy playing snow to the fullest. The view was so nice. There is frozen river in front of the inn and a hill at the back of the inn with the snow slides made by the host with a nice landscaping. The host really helpful and treated us like their family-guest. Communication before the stay and during the stay was using WeChat and Google translate 😅. They helped to book bus from Harbin-Xuegu (Snow Village), pay direct to them (CN¥80 one way) using Alipay. They have 2 inns. The first room we booked was the new inn which around 800metres from the main inn. The new inn has modern kang bed and toilet but no play area and lawn to play snow, we have decided to move to the main inn and the host and hostess are happy to move us to the main inn. But the room in the main inn more traditional. The kang bed using old fashioned heating method - wood-burning-stove with bricks that retain the heat. It was very hot with just a layer of thick quilts. Feels like a hot sauna when laying on it. So we can't really sleep at night when the heat still ”fresh”, especially at the side of the bed where the wood is burned. If you sleep at the end of the bed it is much better. And for us personally with one layer of quilt the bed is so hard and not comfortable but it is good experience to live like the locals. The kids really love the snow slides built by the host at the back of the inn. Since we are Muslim, we informed the hostess to prepare food that we can eat - rice, eggs and tofu. The hostess all really understanding and always friendly and loves to play with the kids. The host helped took a nice picture of us with firework but we missed to have a picture playing hot water turned ice. The host helped to book a bus to Snow Town on the third day. Departed at 1pm and back to the Snow Village at 8pm. All the charted bus from Harbin or to Snow Town will come pickup at the front of the inn. Really convenient. We did not go to Wusonglin, instead we went to the local play area where we can play anytime anyday with only one time entrace fees. It just besides the new inn and there are skis, snowboard, snow mobile, ice skating and many mores. With kids, it is really recommended. We truly enjoyed staying at Xinfu inn and will come back in future maybe in other seasons to enjoy the view of the river.

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

We stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring. Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Would I recommend this place? Certainly,yes!

This homestay is almost at the end of the snow valley street. The room was spacious, comfy and very clean 🤩 They have heated floors and bed which is really superb. And the food here was also affordable and delicious 😋. The bathroom was also no issue cause the shower was beside the toilet and we had bidet sprayer which can connect with the sink outside the bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Just that it would have been great if they had prepared a proper bath towel in the room, we needed to ask for a towel in the reception and it was a tiny one. Other than that I just loved the hospitality there and the way they manage the hotel. I would highly recommend it!!!!

Nous avons séjourné dans une maison nouvellement construite qui était spacieux, qui avait une vue magnifique sur les montagnes neigeuses, et qui était incroyablement abordable pour les installations offertes. We had a wonderful stay here. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from Harbin to Snow Village & Snow Valley, and also back to Harbin, which made our trip very smooth and stress-free. They also arranged our snow activities at Bear Ridge, so everything was well taken care of. They were very accommodating and even taught us how to throw hot water in the cold weather — such a fun experience! The room was warm and comfortable, even when the temperature outside was very cold. The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was provided every morning and it was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate the owner’s hospitality. Highly recommended!

Exceptional Hospitality: The owner is wonderful and incredibly welcoming. Right from the start, they checked in to see which sights I wanted to visit and took the lead in helping me make all the necessary travel arrangements. It took all the stress out of planning my daily excursions. Authentic Atmosphere: The inn has a cozy, local feel that really adds to the experience of being in the northernmost part of China. Final Thoughts: Between the friendly service and the ideal location, Penglaiyuan Inn made my trip to Mohe truly memorable. If you want a host who genuinely cares about your experience, this is the place to stay!

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et gentils. La chambre est aussi bonne et, surtout, elle est toujours chaude. Le petit déjeuner est inclus, et ils peuvent vous aider à réserver des tours à différents endroits. La chambre a fourni de l'eau chaude pour douche 24 heures par jour, et il y a aussi de l'eau chaude pour boire gratuitement. Les murs ne sont pas sonores, et malheureusement ma chambre était près du lobby, donc il était bruyant tout le temps. 😭 Mais globalement, cet hébergement est excellent! ❤️

Les propriétaires et les partenaires sont jeunes, calmes et enthousiastes. Pour les services de transport gratuit, de transport de bagages, de transport de voitures (transport de la station d'Abrixi, ski de la Commission de transport). 2. La neige et la montagne se distinguent par une seule et unique aire. La porte est naturellement formée par des tramways de ski, les pistes de ski ne sont pas gratuitement fournies, les enfants jouent très amusant. Le chauffage est assez chaud. Notre habitation est froide, même si elle se sent un peu froide avant de dormir à minuit, mais elle est couverte jusqu'à la nuit.
