We had a wonderful stay here. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from Harbin to Snow Village & Snow Valley, and also back to Harbin, which made our trip very smooth and stress-free. They also arranged our snow activities at Bear Ridge, so everything was well taken care of. They were very accommodating and even taught us how to throw hot water in the cold weather — such a fun experience! The room was warm and comfortable, even when the temperature outside was very cold. The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was provided every morning and it was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate the owner’s hospitality. Highly recommended!

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

Расположение отеля удобное, через дорогу Хуафу. Единственный минус отеля в отсутствии лифта, а ступени достаточно высокие, так как здание старое с высокими потолками. Будет неудобно пожилым людям. Номера закрываются на обычный ключ. Душ совмещён с туалетом, и нет перегородки, даже шторки, что тоже неудобно. Слышимость в номерах присутствует, Но главный плюс,что курить в номерах нельзя, курильщики все выходят в отдельный коридор, там нормальная вытяжка, в гостинице свежий воздух. По вашему желанию можно заказать массаж в номер, что хорошо после прогулок и хождений по магазину. Нина также может вызвать такси, если попросите. Так что данное место рекомендую туристам, которые не заморачиваться на интерьере, а ценят простоту, но чистоту.

Comme le bus de 6 heures va partir, il est proche de la station de transport de voyageurs, il n'y a pas de bains pour les autres, il est bon de passer une nuit, ça va.

Je suis venu ici pour vivre une nuit, particulièrement propre, j'ai fixé une chambre spéciale, bien que la chambre n'est pas grande, mais les cinq sont complètes, les spécifications sont élevées, le patron est très bon, la prochaine fois, il y a toujours un très haut rapport coût-efficacité!

The stay is right inside Arctic Village, walking distance around 10-15mins from the bus centre. The photo provided is exactly what in their stay 100% real no ads!! And the most important thing is: their guobaorou is a must! It is the nicest for both of us. We had so many guobaorou in Dongbei but this is definitely the best ever we had! All of the people are very helpful.

設施：配套設施還是不錯的 衞生：房間比較乾淨，應該每天都在打掃 環境：酒店周邊不錯，吃的也很多，畢竟靠近甦家屯火車站了 服務：前台服務不錯，需要開票馬上都開了，不錯

Ce séjour est très proche du parc de ski et de jeux de snow valley. Petit petit déjeuner gratuit. Pas de douche. Pas de toilette privée. Hôte est gentil avec une bonne suggestion.

We stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring. Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Would I recommend this place? Certainly,yes!

Excellent emplacement, tout est à proximité. La chambre est propre, les draps et les serviettes sont propres. Andrey, à la réception, parle assez bien russe et est d'une grande aide. Nous avons passé deux nuits, donc le ménage et le remplacement des produits de toilette n'étaient pas particulièrement intéressants, mais ils n'ont pas été changés ni nettoyés. Tout était suffisant pour nous. Il y avait toujours de l'eau chaude. Je recommande.
