We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly well taken care of throughout our time here. Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation. Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold. The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay. They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward. In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged. Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town.

We stayed here for 4D3N during our recent visit and it was a memorable experience for all of us. The place is comfortable & the host is really friendly. What makes this place so special? The host's service & hospitality. It is totally above and beyond which makes us really happy with our stay. Despite having a language barrier (we cannot speak or understand Mandarin), the family manages to accommodate all our requests and make us feel welcome. Upon confirmation, we contacted the host through WeChat and he helped us to arrange for return trip transportation from Harbin to Wuchang. Other activities that were arranged by the host: horse-drawn sleigh, visit to frozen waterfall & mini amusement park, private transfer to Snow Valley (journey approx. 2.5hrs/way), snowmobile to Bear Hill with other activities, play firecrackers during Lantern Festival, hot water splash in winter. Should you want to experience Northeastern hospitality, I highly recommend to put Kuolanting Inn as your choice. P/s: For Muslim traveller, there is no halal food available here, so please be prepared beforehand.

Best stay ever! The host is so accommodative and friendly! I love the area. Very calm. Feel like back to your hometown. Host ask what activity want to do and recommend few activity. They upgraded our room with zero fee. Will return back here if so happen be in Snow Village

Outstanding hospitality in a pristine home. Stayed at this newly renovated homestay owned by a wonderful couple. The owner's motto was, ”You're at my home, just enjoy—I'll handle everything.” And he did, perfectly arranging our entire stay. Though it is a kang, the room was immaculate and modern, featuring a great smart toilet. Meals were delicious, home-style cooking. A flawless experience thanks to the super-friendly hosts. Highly recommend!

The location is superb, with its own sliding ridge at the backyard. The backyard itself is so big, unlimited and free to play. The host is so friendly and kind enough to pick us up, even book and set up our activities during our stay. A very wonderful stay, recommended!

Cleanliness & Basics: The room was clean and we had hot water for showers. Authentic Experience: We enjoyed feeling immersed in the local neighborhood, with lots of small, inexpensive restaurants nearby. Points for Foreign Families to Note: Language Barrier: The staff were very kind and helpful, but did not speak English. They managed communication using translation apps, which was fine but required patience. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was entirely Chinese-style (congee, egg, steamed buns, pickles). Amenities: Don't expect extra facilities like a gym or pool. It's a place to sleep and clean up, not a resort. Local Focus: The inn is clearly geared toward domestic travelers, so room decor is simple and functional. Overall: This inn is an excellent, economical choice if you prioritize a clean room and good value. We were comfortable and would use it again for a budget trip

Je recommande vivement l'auberge Xuegu Xiaoheimei ! Son emplacement est fantastique, en plein cœur de la région pittoresque, à deux pas d'une rue commerçante animée et d'une place avec feu de camp – idéal pour se déplacer. Les chambres sont propres et confortables, avec eau chaude 24h/24 et Wi-Fi. La chambre traditionnelle avec lit en briques chauffées offre une ambiance authentique du Nord-Est de l'Inde. Le propriétaire et le personnel sont incroyablement accueillants et vous donneront de précieux conseils de voyage, ainsi que des informations pour organiser vos déplacements. En soirée, profitez d'un spectacle gratuit de jets d'eau qui se transforment en glace, d'un feu de camp et dégustez des poires glacées et des aubépines confites. Excellent rapport qualité-prix ; j'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Xuegu.

La chambre est très belle. La chambre est propre et le personnel est utile. La nourriture que nous avons commandée est délicieuse et le prix est raisonnable. Recommandez cet endroit.

我是基於價格實惠、評分不錯，以及房間內有獨立衞生間（有些酒店甚至整層樓共用一個廁所，而淋浴間更是兩層樓共用，非常不方便）這幾點來選擇的。根據這些標準，再加上需要有Wi-Fi，我最終選擇了百合酒店。那裡的評價本來挺好的，但很遺憾，我這次入住的房間體驗並不好。 首先，酒店沒有電梯，這對於行李多的客人來説可能是個大問題。而我的房間在最後一間，正好位於樓梯口，每次出門都要提醒自己小心別摔下樓梯，這點讓我非常不滿。 其次，一個很大的缺點是，我身高163釐米，伸手就能直接碰到天花板。如果客人更高，這間房肯定不適合。感覺這以前是個儲藏室，後來改成了客房。是的，房間裏沒有電視，對有些人來説可能算個缺點。但對我來説，缺點是房間裏允許吸煙，而且有一股非尼古丁的異味。窗台是用瓷磚做的，導致房間裏很冷。幸好晚上有輕暖的被子，讓我沒那麼難受。 打開衞生間的時候，我都不敢洗澡，怕水濺到熱水器的接線頭上導致短路。不過仔細看了之後發現水應該濺不到那裡，倒是不用擔心。但衞生間的問題是，一開門就有股下水道的味道。直到最後一天，我才突然想看看洗手盆下面，結果看到了令人無語的場景。我不是水管工，但我也知道不該是這樣的。我根本沒想到會這樣。 房間裏連一個杯子都沒有。清潔衹在入住前做了一次。入住前留了一瓶水。牙膏衹夠用一次，但好在提供了一把梳子。 退房前，我提前在翻譯軟件裏輸入了文字，去前台詢問怎麼打車更方便：是用付款寶App預訂，還是去商場門口找車談價。但前台女孩通過翻譯告訴我，他們衹能電話叫車。後來在過關時，我通過付款寶App成功叫到了車，也能取消訂單。這讓人很不愉快，前台女孩給我提供了錯誤訊息。 Ниже пишу аналогичный отзыв для русскоязычных пользователей: Я исходила из того, чтобы было недорого, хороший рейтинг, внутри был собственный санузел （бывают такие гостиницы, в которых даже туалет на весь этаж, а душ так вообще на все два этажа. Что очень не удобно）. Исходя из этих критериев и плюс чтобы был Wi-Fi мой выбор пал на гостиницу Лилия. Довольно хорошие там отзывы были, но к большому сожалению мне не свезло с данным номером. Во-первых, в гостинице нет лифта, это может быть большим минусом для тех, кто с большим багажом, но мой номер был последним и располагался прямиком на лестнице, выходя из номера, всегда следует напоминать себе о том, чтобы не упасть с лестницы, что очень не понравилось мне. Во-вторых, большой минус из-за того, что я со своим ростом 163 см могла дотянуться прям до потолка своими руками. Если посетитель выше, то этот номер не для него. Ощущение, что ранее это было подсобное помещение из него сделали номер. Да, в номере нет телевизора, для кого-то это будет минусом. Для меня минус в том, что в номере можно курить и в нем пахло некотином. Подоконник сделан из плитки из-за чего в номере холодно. Благо легкое и теплое одеяло меня спасало ночью. Открывая ванную комнату, боялась мыться, если вдруг намочу контакты бойлера и произойдет короткое замыкание. Хотя это не стоило бояться, так как внимательно рассмотрев контакты, вода туда явно не попадет. Но минус в этой ванной комнате было то, что открывая ее пахло канализацией. Лишь на последний день меня что-то сподвигло посмотреть под раковину и увидела тихий ужас. Я не сантехник, но понимаю что так быть не должно. И я бы до такого не додумалась бы. Нет кружек в номере хотя бы одной. Уборка была один раз перед заселением. Одну бутылочку воды оставили перед заселением. Зубной пасты хватило на применение лишь на 1 раз, но приятным было то, что была расчестка для волос. Перед выселением, я подошла к девушке на ресепшене, предварительно набрав в переводчике текст о том, как лучше уехать на такси, заказать через приложение на Alipay или лучше подойти к торговому центру и договориться с ним. Но девушка через переводчик сообщила мне, что у них только по звонку заказывают такси. Находясь в таможне, я через приложение Alipay смогла вызвать такси и сделать отмену. Это неприятно. Девушка на ресепшене меня дезоинформировала.
