The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

Мы с дочкой забронировали номер в гостинице Нина на три ночи через приложение Трипком. Очень понравилось обслуживание, в номере скромно но чисто, белоснежная постель, кондиционер, горячая вода, весь персонал говорит по русски. Очень приветливые горничные, по нашей просьбе предоставили кружки, фен. Наши продукты бережно отнесли в холодильник. Кстати в номере холодильника нет, но можно воспользоваться общим холодильником на кухне. А ещё там есть помощница Надя, она просто замечательная, помогла мне найти специальный магазин со строительными инструментами. В общем все мои вопросы были решены с помощью персонала гостиницы. Очень гостеприимный отель, как дома. P.S. гостиница расположена на третьем этаже, лифт отсутствует. И это пожалуй единственный недостаток.

喜歡北紅村，商業化不嚴重，村口還有小孩子玩雪的遊樂園，客棧地理位置很好，在主街，幾分鐘就到江邊了，看個日出，藍調時刻很不錯，房間剛裝修的，很新，很寬敞，也很乾凈，設施也不錯，還有智能馬桶，房間室温也適宜，天黑的早，坐炕上嗑瓜子，看電視，也很悠閑，早餐小米粥，鹹菜好吃，叔叔阿姨人也很好，有空房間，給我們升級了，還幫忙聯繫了包車，這裏讓整個行程都輕鬆方便很多，早上還可以免費潑水成冰，很出片，不虛此行！

We had a wonderful stay here. The owner is extremely kind and helpful. They helped us arrange transportation from Harbin to Snow Village & Snow Valley, and also back to Harbin, which made our trip very smooth and stress-free. They also arranged our snow activities at Bear Ridge, so everything was well taken care of. They were very accommodating and even taught us how to throw hot water in the cold weather — such a fun experience! The room was warm and comfortable, even when the temperature outside was very cold. The bathroom was equipped with a smart toilet, which made our stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was provided every morning and it was delicious. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here and truly appreciate the owner’s hospitality. Highly recommended!

Отличный отель.Понравилось расположение, достаточно оживлённая улица, легко поймать такси в любое время, до ресторана у Ирины пешком 5 минут, до ТЦ НОВЫЙ МИР минут 10-15 не спеша Иногда номер убирали, и клали расходники,чистые полотенца, тапочки, иногда сами им говорили прибрать Персонал на русском не разговаривает, но это не проблема, яндекс переводчик в помощь(заранее скачайте китайские язык и поставьте в офлайн режим) В гостинице есть WI-FI, скорость конечно не супер, видеозвонки подвисают, но в целом неплохо, какая никакая, но связь) Не критично, но все же из минусов: Вид из окна никакой, так как всё перекрывает вывеска с названием отеля,может с другой стороны номера с нормальным видом) Раковина была заляпана(черная матовая) По углам пыль Пыль на ночниках над прикроватной тумбочкой А вообще в общем и целом отель супер за свои то деньги, у нас вышло 5500 за 2 номера на 3 ночи🫶🏽

В отеле почти чисто есть некоторые недачоты,в номере в туалетной комнате не хватает щетки для унитаза, освежителя воздуха,номер был на троих стул один на кроватях сидеть не удобно особенно когда кушаеш.. Есть неприятный запах канализации..

Best homestay experience. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! Owner 小谢 discussed and planned my itinerary even before 2 months before my arrival. At that point of time, my China payment mode was not set up; we basically worked based on trust. His wife's cooking is delicious!! We have every meal there. We also had good chat. Driver 小赵 drives well and is very caring. He kept making sure we had enough to keep ourselves warm whenever we alight. Overall, this is really a good place to stay; with really good people. Highly recommended.

Les Thaïlandais. Nous sommes 4 : le père, la mère et les enfants de 5 et 7 ans. Globalement très bien, très pratique. L'hôtel dispose d'un service de navette privé. Si tu veux aller quelque part, dis-le-moi. Le ski est assuré avec un bon équipement. Il y a beaucoup de matériel, neuf et beau. La piste sur laquelle nous vous avons emmené devrait être une piste pour débutants, mais elle est très haute. Si vous ne savez pas comment jouer, je vous conseille de faire appel à un professeur. Ce sera amusant et vous obtiendrez de belles photos. La nourriture à l'hôtel est délicieuse. Le goût est similaire au nôtre. Très délicieux. On en prend beaucoup. L'assiette est grande. Si vous êtes 2, n'en commandez pas beaucoup. 😅😅 De retour des pistes de ski. L'hôtel a recommandé 100 yuans pour l'activité. C'est pas mal. Il y a un toboggan et un traîneau tiré par des chevaux. Le reste est à payer en supplément sur place. En attendant le train pour Harbin à 17h25, je me suis assis et allongé en attendant à Lockby. Quand il était temps d'aller à l'hôtel, nous sommes allés à la gare. Les bains ne sont pas loin. Au cas où quelqu'un voudrait se tremper dans l'eau chaude

Grande location au cœur du centre-ville de Heihe, à pieds d'ici partout, le marché de la nuit, le marché du matin, Russie Street, Amur River Park, Restaurants, boutiques, etc. Il est un hôtel 12-room géré par le propriétaire lui-même, un spectacle à un seul homme. Il nous a tous la réception, le gardien, le cloche-boy et la sécurité roulés en un seul. Un chapeau ami et utile. La chambre est de base avec des lits confortables. L'hôtel n'a pas d'autres installations. Internet WiFi est très lent.

Удобства хорошие, но хочу добавить чтобы не курили везде воняет дымом, рядом есть недорогие закусочные из-за того что тут очень мало иностранных граждан, цены вполне себе приемлемые
