Le personnel était très utile et la chambre était très propre. La chambre était un peu sur le petit côté pour une chambre double. Il était difficile d'en sortir du lit sur un côté. Je ne savais pas qu'il y avait 10 livres pour le parc de voiture, mais je recommande cet hôtel.

Les villas étaient propres avec tout ce que vous aviez besoin. La location était grande au-dessus d'une crème avec une marche vers Cromer. Pas grand avec des questions de mobilité, mais notre vingt-cinq ans n'a pas eu de problèmes. Nous avons essayé le restaurant une fois et la nourriture était bonne. Nous avons essayé le divertissement des enfants une nuit et il était super. Notre fille a vraiment aimé cela et nage dans la piscine chaque matin.

Only a one night stay, very modern room . Bathroom clean very poor. Black hair on the floor, cob webs above shower. Towel rail dirty . Toilet brush needs replacing. Very hot room facing to the sun, although fan provided too hot to sleep. Not offered an alternative. No explanation regarding breakfast set up and what to do. Good continental breakfast selection. Person that answered the phone day before said hello . Needs training.

This hotel provides great value for money, especially due to the leisure facilities such as pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. The room service is well priced and the service is prompt.

Hôtel très bon. Nous avons eu un grand couple de jours. À l'arrivée nous avons été donnés une chambre améliorée. Nous avons séjourné dans une suite très confortable et agréable. La nourriture dans un restaurant était bonne, même si nous n'avions dîné qu'une fois. Le spa était un bon traitement, surtout en salle de vapeur.

We lived one night in a king bed room 416, there was no heater available, only air conditioner, but the air-con wasn't working for heating function for the whole night since we entered the room, the wind came out are all CLOD! It was freezing all night compared the temperature was only 2 degree that day. The experience was terrible.

The room and bathroom were clean and well kept. The decor is a bit dated but for the price it’s incredibly good value. Very near both the train station and football ground. The staff kindly allowed me a late check out and looked after my luggage when I went out for the day.

My stay at the Holiday Inn is generally a pleasure, but my recent experience deviated from the norm, marking a mix of expectations and reality. Initially, I was assured by the service team over the phone that my premium king room would include a microwave oven, an amenity I looked forward to utilizing during my stay. Unfortunately, this was not the case upon arrival, leading to a slight inconvenience. Furthermore, I encountered minor cleanliness issues, which, although not drastically affecting my overall comfort, did catch my attention. Despite these setbacks, I must commend the hotel for its unbeatable location. Situated conveniently close to the railway station and the city center. Additionally, the responsiveness and attentiveness of the service team were impressive.
