Un hôtel basique avec des équipements de base. La propreté pourrait être encore améliorée car nos tasses étaient tachées de café et collantes sur les bords. L'hôtel est à 15 minutes en voiture et aucune navette aéroport n'est fournie car ce service a déjà été interrompu. Il faut 15 minutes en taxi pour rejoindre l'aéroport.

The location was great. The toilet and shower was a bit cramped but did the job. Towel rails and wall hooks would have been nice. I’m an old bloke so hate all this AI generated garbage with no reply emails

This is a very good place and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery place. Quiet, clean and well equipped. Staff members are very helpful & friendly. Highly recommended!

Provide bottle water giving that personal touch. One of my best hotels booked durring our holiday.

Waterloo Hotel, by far has the best hotel facilities in our room and the best window view of the sea. The room is spacious for upto four beds. Though we asked for 3 beds; 2 singles and 1 queen size bed. Kitchen facilities, utensils, mugs; plates were adequate; electricity power phone charging were  and located at easy to reach places. Spacious Toilet was excellent with adjustable shower host for standing shower; plus bath tub; and heater. Good lighting and heating. Well recommended.

Not bad hotel. But there were no tea bags, no milk. Cutlery looks extremely poor. All was from different set, some from hiking set. Also a lot of dust on the bathroom lights. To fix these problems will cost almost nothing, but it will improve the impression. And the final problem is parking. If you return late, there will be no parking place for you.

The location was so close to Port Arthur Historic Site. We had an early night after having dinner there as they have a bar and restaurant on site. Dinner was good, service was great. Food came within 30 to 45 minutes wait time. We needed to use the laundry service onsite, and the cost of 4 x $1 coin to operate washer and same price for tumble dryer. There was not enough site parking near our room so we had to go right to the end and park at overflow parking. Internet wifi was available but very slow. The shower was a very tight space with a shower curtain enclosure. Toiletries like hair shampoo, soap bar, body wash and conditioner were supplied. Beds and towels were all clean and up to standards. Great for a one night stay for family.

La vue est étonnante, vous pouvez voir le soleil sortir du lit avec la vue sur le lac. Fantastique!!!!

Les chambres étaient très propres et modernes. La douche était facile à utiliser et fonctionnait bien. J'ai apprécié l'expérience. Seuls quelques observations, l'hôtel est assez vieux et les normes de sécurité sonore, de la circulation extérieure et d'autres chambres, sont imperfectes. Je suis heureux de choisir l'option ”éloigné des ascenseurs” lors de la sélection d'une chambre. Dans le même temps, trouver un point de réserve pour plier mon chargeur dans était difficile. J'ai dû déplacer la télévision pour obtenir le seul plug dans la chambre. Ils attendent évidemment que vous ajoutez la chaudière électrique aux soucoupes de la salle de bain. Sur une note personnelle, un mannequin supplémentaire dans la douche, plus près de la tête de douche aurait été utile pour moi.
