We had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Hotel. The suite is just perfect for me, hubby and sister. The room is spacious and clean. The counter staff were helpful and responsive. Love.the happy hour! The bartender was sweet to let us sample the different types of beers. The restaurant service was fast and the food was hearty and yummy. If you have plans to join a day tour, Best Western is one of the pick-up point otherwise the walking to the St Brooke Pier is just 10 mins away. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes around the hotel.

Séjour d'une nuit plutôt confortable dans ce motel à Bicheno, au tarif hôtelier. La propreté de la chambre et son aménagement très basique ont quelque peu déçu nos attentes, sans doute parce qu'il s'agit d'un ancien complexe hôtelier. Un grand bravo pour les équipements, notamment la crème pour les mains et le corps Lovely Smile et la douche sans fuite, contrairement à beaucoup d'autres hôtels 👍. L'accueil était correct, car l'établissement fait également office de bar et de comptoir pour les boissons du pub ; il y a donc eu un peu d'attente et le service était parfois un peu rapide.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, the room was very clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent — even better than some four-star hotels we’ve stayed in. We also had dinner at the hotel and it was absolutely delicious. The only small issue was that we could sometimes hear people talking in the hallway. Other than that, everything was wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, clean and cozy I forgot to submit the ID for the check in progress but they are very helpful and help me to process although it was late (flight delay coz us reached at midnight) Really appreciate it.

What you'd expect for a budget motel - small, includes fridge and microwave. Quiet despite the walls being thin. The bed was uncomfortable, but overall good value for money. I just wish there was the option of a do not disturb sign as we got woken up by housekeeping in the mornings.

Waterloo Hotel, by far has the best hotel facilities in our room and the best window view of the sea. The room is spacious for upto four beds. Though we asked for 3 beds; 2 singles and 1 queen size bed. Kitchen facilities, utensils, mugs; plates were adequate; electricity power phone charging were  and located at easy to reach places. Spacious Toilet was excellent with adjustable shower host for standing shower; plus bath tub; and heater. Good lighting and heating. Well recommended.

Not bad hotel. But there were no tea bags, no milk. Cutlery looks extremely poor. All was from different set, some from hiking set. Also a lot of dust on the bathroom lights. To fix these problems will cost almost nothing, but it will improve the impression. And the final problem is parking. If you return late, there will be no parking place for you.
