Les personnes qui ont été très attentives et très confortables ont été les personnes qui ont été les plus positives, et le bus gratuit à destination et en provenance de l'aéroport. La location elle-même est une distance idéale de l'aérodrome, mais elle est assez vieille, avec de longues et inattraites cheminées de vieille brique rouge, qui sentent des cigarettes et des moustiquaires. Les zones communes étaient extrêmement limitées, comme si une réflexion, et je ne peux imaginer personne en utilisant, donc ils sont probablement juste pour le spectacle, mais il ne semble pas invitant. La vue du dos de l'hôtel a regardé par quelques arbres basses vers un champ de saleté, qui est assez juste pour un hôtel 3-star, cependant il semble qu'il y a une grande quantité de chiens (guard?) qui sont gardés dans une zone fermée sur cette propriété à seulement 40 mètres de distance de l'hôtel, et ils se coulent constamment, jour et nuit, avec des pics de coulisse extrêmement excités qui est remarquablement lourd et difficile à ignorer. Il y avait un vieux couple de shorts sales qui se trouvaient dans le jardin de l'hôtel, juste en dessous des balcons et de la ligne d'arbre, qui était un peu hors-border à voir. Il n'y a pas beaucoup à pied à proximité de l'hôtel, y compris les transports publics, donc attendez d'utiliser un taxi ou un uber si vous ne voulez pas marcher à longue distance. L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. L'âge de l'hôtel est très évident dans son design encramé et daté.

We stayed two nights. Even though we had booked a standard queen room, they gave us a family room on the ground floor because I had requested it due to a physical problem making climbing stairs difficult. I appreciated this. We discovered a bit of a problem with ants in the room. We had killed about a dozen of these when I reported it to management. They immediately sprayed around all the entry points, and provided a full can of insect spray. I'm glad to say we only found one any after that during the remainder of our stay. We appreciated the free continental breakfast, which had a reasonable variety of cereals, fruit toast as well as white and wholemeal, a range of fruit, yoghurt, and different types of milk, even soy! While there were some different types of tea available, we were disappointed that there was no coffee machine on which we could make even an espresso! Pod machines are not expensive, and far better than the disgusting instant sachets. We instead had to go out to a coffee shop. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom excellent, and had we wanted a swim, the pool and spa looked very inviting.

Great location at the heart of Apollo Bay, just a short walk to the stretch of restaurants and shops (including a supermarket) along the main street. Plenty of parking for guests. Room is large, clean, spacious and comfortable, with plates, bowls and cutleries provided for meals. The toiletries provided like shampoo and body wash look nice and good quality. Room looks like it’s been refurbished recently, seems more modern than another motor inn I stayed at along the Great Ocean Road. The place is manned by an elderly couple, who look like they take pride in providing a good stay for guests. The only downside of our stay was a constant whirring sound that seemed to come from the aircon compressor or motor, which became more apparent at night.

Had a pleasure stay with sandpiper. Was surprised to see the reception office was closed but all the instructions were there. The team wrote names on an envelope and further instructions inside the envelope. We went during the start of winter of our Great Ocean Road trip and homggggggg the wind!!!!! I kid you not - I joked to my husband for bringing winter jacket. There is no mercy! Haha. So I had to get a down jacket from the mall before the start of my journey. Our room was closest to the reception but the carpark area was the other end of the venue (not that far lah) but with 2 huge luggages and 2 carry ons, it was a tad hassle ah. Heating was slow and soft - bo pian ah. Rather have it then none at all cos at night, its really cold sia. No joke. The cold air from outside like hang out outside our room. The nozzle from the hair dryer broke. It wasn’t me ok. Luckily I wear hijab so just make it dry can liao. Got bowl, plates, cups, kettle, fridge, tv (not smart). Basic for your short stay. That’s all! Will come back to stay here if I come here again (: Oh! They do have diy laundry from 0800-2000. Never try cos no time.

Le parc souverain a été très bien réservé, mais les 2 stands mémorables qui nous auront à revenir devront être le service et la piscine chauffée à l'intérieur et le spa! Jen nous a servi tout au long de notre séjour, elle était immédiatement chaude et bienvenue. La chambre familiale était confortable et confortable, propre et comprenait toutes les installations nécessaires. La maman a même eu un peu de temps à passer dans l'équipe, rien de flashy mais complète et pratique. We arrived during check in time to find the office unattended and another traveller trying to contact them by phone. After a 15 minute wait someone came to the office. They checked us in but when we went to the room and opened the door there was a very surprised man in there who had also been given this room. Another phone call and wait time for staff to return and sort out another room. We finally got there but after a long drive and both wanting to use the bathroom we found there was no toilet paper in the room.. that took another 2 phone calls and about 15 minutes to sort out. I booked this accommodation because it has a swimming pool. I went to use the pool to find it was locked and after another call was told that they think the filter is broken. Nothing on their information said the pool was not available and it appears it has been that way for a while. We loved the location and I'd probably stay there again.. I'll just be prepared for the lack of quality service. We didn't let it spoil our stay..

一家五口，自駕去往大洋路上的各個景點遊玩有點晚了，攜程上臨時預訂了這家十二門徒度假酒店，沒想到有驚喜。 位置非常好，在離十二門徒巖停車場不遠的地方，自駕按照導航走即可，也有清晰指示牌。守店小夥中國北方人，真誠熱情，和駐守的小狗HILLA一起，歡迎每一位到來的客人並妥善安頓住宿，還提前開啟了電暖器。恰逢奧運，還熱心打開電視機，告訴孩子們怎麼調電視節目。 酒店還提供晚餐餐食，不止泡麪速食食品，還有牛肉土豆飯和羊蠍子蓋澆飯，點了3份，味道還可以，很中式，量很大，定價不貴。 房子設施齊全，冰箱裏如果能提供牛奶就更好了。廚房餐具微波爐都有，燒水也很方便，水可以直接喝。夜晚天氣好的時候可以看到滿天繁星，空氣質量很贊。房前視野開闊，充滿田園氣息。 退房也非常方便，衹需要把鑰匙給到門口鑰匙盒裡就好。 推薦中國客人選擇這家酒店，賓至如歸。
