Whilst the room we had (no 35) was adequate for our needs, it was obvious that it had not been cleaned thoroughly as there was a very old mess of cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the lounge area. The curtains need to be fixed and the couch steam cleaned. The rooms look rather tired and perhaps in need of an update. 

Grand hôtel, très amiable propriétaire d'immeubles, avec un peu de nourriture, la position géographique est très appropriée pour moi, où qu'il soit pratique, une journée parfaite. Lors de leur séjour, les propriétaires d'immeubles étaient prêts à tout faire et ils avaient bien réussi à terminer rapidement les procédures.

Le parking était gratuit, ce qui était une bonne chose lors du voyage sur une grande route de l'océan. La chambre était grande et spacieuse et propre. La température de l'eau doit être réglée manuellement avec la bouteille d'eau chaude et froide.

Pas beaucoup d'options à Mildura, donc je dirais que c'est l'un des meilleurs, alors que la gamme est courte les prix sont élevés en général.

The hotel was conveniently located and the room has everything we need for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and there is plenty of benches and storage space. The room was spotless. We had a happy stay.

Friendly staff, inside the room was very clean and seemed to be recently renovated. Easy parking and in a good location. Stayed there only a night, very good for the price. Had no issues.

Endroit agréable et paisible. La chambre était fraîche même s'il faisait très chaud, il n'était donc pas nécessaire d'utiliser la climatisation. Super matelas pour dormir - ni trop dur ni trop mou, parfait ! Beaucoup de prises de courant pour recharger les appareils, situées au chevet ainsi qu'à côté de la table à manger. Check-in et check-out sans tracas. Les jeux de machines à sous le soir étaient amusants. Nous reviendrions certainement ici.

I had a great stay at Best Western Crystal Inn. At first, I was told check-in was only after 2pm, but later the staff kindly called me and said I could check in early. That was very helpful! There is free parking on the ground floor, and my room was on the first floor, so it was quiet with no noise from cars. The location is very convenient — just a 10-minute drive to the City Centre. The room was big and comfortable, and the bathroom was especially large and clean. Thank you to the friendly staff for the good service!

La location est excellente et le personnel est très agréable. La chambre était propre et tranquille à la nuit.

Great location, lovely old Victorian building, clean modern rooms with heaps of space. The Bistro is very handy for meals and the bar area cosy for a quick feed.
