Checked-in was done smoothly. There’s onsite parking available. Only concern is we need to lug our heavy luggages up the staircase. Thank God, it was only one floor up. A bit of noise from the traffic, as our room was facing the main road.
However, we loved the room; nice, spacious, sofa, comfy bed, well equipped with microwave oven, toaster, jug kettle and varieties of option for tea and coffee. Housekeeping was done daily!
Location wise: Easy access to nearby Gardens and Art Gallery. Can easily walk around if you do not want to drive.
Will definitely recommend friends to stay here if they’re in Geelong!

Check in and check out quite simple. Room ready by the time we arrived. Unit was clean and roomy, mattress are comfortable. Water heat pressure is strong. Aircon/Heater is functioning well that kept us warm throughout the night. Nearby foodworks, beach,bakery, cafe, petrol station within walking distance.

Grand hôtel, très amiable propriétaire d'immeubles, avec un peu de nourriture, la position géographique est très appropriée pour moi, où qu'il soit pratique, une journée parfaite.
Lors de leur séjour, les propriétaires d'immeubles étaient prêts à tout faire et ils avaient bien réussi à terminer rapidement les procédures.

Very clean neat 1970 record hotel with fully functioning Foxtel and wifi. Generous tea and coffee supplies and great location. Would stay overnight there again. Pleasant stay. Good price

We were there only one night, however could not fault the motel. Bed was comfortable, shower nice and hot and even though the motel was older, everything was in good condition and worked correctly.

HHaydnLes personnes qui ont été très attentives et très confortables ont été les personnes qui ont été les plus positives, et le bus gratuit à destination et en provenance de l'aéroport. La location elle-même est une distance idéale de l'aérodrome, mais elle est assez vieille, avec de longues et inattraites cheminées de vieille brique rouge, qui sentent des cigarettes et des moustiquaires. Les zones communes étaient extrêmement limitées, comme si une réflexion, et je ne peux imaginer personne en utilisant, donc ils sont probablement juste pour le spectacle, mais il ne semble pas invitant. La vue du dos de l'hôtel a regardé par quelques arbres basses vers un champ de saleté, qui est assez juste pour un hôtel 3-star, cependant il semble qu'il y a une grande quantité de chiens (guard?) qui sont gardés dans une zone fermée sur cette propriété à seulement 40 mètres de distance de l'hôtel, et ils se coulent constamment, jour et nuit, avec des pics de coulisse extrêmement excités qui est remarquablement lourd et difficile à ignorer. Il y avait un vieux couple de shorts sales qui se trouvaient dans le jardin de l'hôtel, juste en dessous des balcons et de la ligne d'arbre, qui était un peu hors-border à voir. Il n'y a pas beaucoup à pied à proximité de l'hôtel, y compris les transports publics, donc attendez d'utiliser un taxi ou un uber si vous ne voulez pas marcher à longue distance.
L'hôtel est très confortable et très confortable. L'âge de l'hôtel est très évident dans son design encramé et daté.

GGrahamWe stayed two nights. Even though we had booked a standard queen room, they gave us a family room on the ground floor because I had requested it due to a physical problem making climbing stairs difficult. I appreciated this. We discovered a bit of a problem with ants in the room. We had killed about a dozen of these when I reported it to management. They immediately sprayed around all the entry points, and provided a full can of insect spray. I'm glad to say we only found one any after that during the remainder of our stay. We appreciated the free continental breakfast, which had a reasonable variety of cereals, fruit toast as well as white and wholemeal, a range of fruit, yoghurt, and different types of milk, even soy! While there were some different types of tea available, we were disappointed that there was no coffee machine on which we could make even an espresso! Pod machines are not expensive, and far better than the disgusting instant sachets. We instead had to go out to a coffee shop. Apart from that, we enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom excellent, and had we wanted a swim, the pool and spa looked very inviting.

MMinah Goes AroundHad a pleasure stay with sandpiper. Was surprised to see the reception office was closed but all the instructions were there. The team wrote names on an envelope and further instructions inside the envelope.
We went during the start of winter of our Great Ocean Road trip and homggggggg the wind!!!!! I kid you not - I joked to my husband for bringing winter jacket. There is no mercy! Haha. So I had to get a down jacket from the mall before the start of my journey.
Our room was closest to the reception but the carpark area was the other end of the venue (not that far lah) but with 2 huge luggages and 2 carry ons, it was a tad hassle ah.
Heating was slow and soft - bo pian ah. Rather have it then none at all cos at night, its really cold sia. No joke. The cold air from outside like hang out outside our room. The nozzle from the hair dryer broke. It wasn’t me ok. Luckily I wear hijab so just make it dry can liao.
Got bowl, plates, cups, kettle, fridge, tv (not smart). Basic for your short stay.
That’s all! Will come back to stay here if I come here again (:
Oh! They do have diy laundry from 0800-2000. Never try cos no time.

DDaleney YasirSo many positive things to say about Sovereign Park but the 2 memorable standouts which will have us returning would have to be, the SERVICE and INDOOR HEATED POOL & SPA! The booking & check-in process were both so easy. Jen served us throughout our stay, she was immediately warm and welcoming. After checking out and having mentioned we were going to explore the Wildlife Park nearby, we had a call from Jen about some precious plush toys our daughter had left behind. She knew how important it was to get it back to us so she wasted no time in contacting us before we made our way back home. The family room was comfy & cosy, clean and included all the amenities needed. The kids had the best time in the pool, spa & sauna. Mummy even got some time to spend in the gym, nothing flashy but complete & practical. Thanks so much & keep up the great service.

IInvitéWe arrived during check in time to find the office unattended and another traveller trying to contact them by phone.
After a 15 minute wait someone came to the office. They checked us in but when we went to the room and opened the door there was a very surprised man in there who had also been given this room.
Another phone call and wait time for staff to return and sort out another room. We finally got there but after a long drive and both wanting to use the bathroom we found there was no toilet paper in the room.. that took another 2 phone calls and about 15 minutes to sort out.
I booked this accommodation because it has a swimming pool. I went to use the pool to find it was locked and after another call was told that they think the filter is broken. Nothing on their information said the pool was not available and it appears it has been that way for a while.
We loved the location and I'd probably stay there again.. I'll just be prepared for the lack of quality service. We didn't let it spoil our stay..

Perfectly situated along the main route, it was incredibly convenient for our travel plans.
