L'emplacement était idéal pour notre séjour. La chambre était propre et confortable. Quel plaisir de prendre un petit-déjeuner complet avant de partir le lendemain matin ! Tout était disponible, prêt et délicieux.

We had a pleasant stay at the Arbutus Inn and it was a good base for us to explore Victoria. We chose this hotel because it was affordable and parking was included. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was well equipped with air conditioning, mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and very good lighting. The beds were comfy and the room was mostly quiet during our stay. The bathroom was good and the provided shampoo, body lotion and bar soap for the shower. They do not provide daily housekeeping here but you can pick up more things or put in requests at the front desk. We feel extra attention should be given to the AC unit, mini fridge and shelving for cleaning. The location for the hotel was good. There is a good diner across the street and some decent restaurants nearby. It is a 20 minute walk to Chinatown and 30 minutes to the inner harbour area which are both worth exploring. There are a couple of bus stops nearby which can get you to other areas of the city too. We drove and felt it was easy to get into and out of this area. National car rentals operates an office here as well if you need to rent a car.

Le lieu est proche de l'aéroport et du port. L'hôtel n'a qu'une élévateur. Il est très difficile d'attendre une position d'entrée au sommet du matin, en particulier avec ses bagages, il est plus difficile de sortir les escaliers. L'environnement est bon, c'est le problème des électrodes.

Howard Johnson par Wyndham Downtown Kamloops est un choix solide si vous cherchez un endroit pour rester au centre-ville. Plus, c'est super-budget-friendly, ce qui est un plus important. L'hôtel lui-même est un peu plus ancienne, mais il est propre et le personnel est toujours ami et utile. Les chambres sont assez fondamentales. Restez à l'esprit qu'il n'y a pas de piscine ou de petit déjeuner fantastique répandu – c'est plus d'un petit déjeuner continental. Si vous êtes un léger coucheur, vous pouvez demander une chambre qui se trouve à l'arrière, car le bruit de la rue peut être assez fort. En général, c'est une grande option pour un séjour rapide ou si vous êtes sur un budget étroit. Ne vous attendez pas à des frills ou des équipements de luxe. C'est un endroit non-frills qui fait le travail, et la position est fondamentalement inviolable.

The hotel has solid amenities, there’s a gym, pool, and a functional kitchen. The room was spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable short stay. It’s a good option if you’re looking for a place with complete facilities at a reasonable price. That said, cleanliness could be better. The room had a dusty smell, and the walls were visibly dusty, which took away from the overall comfort. Some finishes, like the cemented sinks in the kitchen and bathroom, felt a bit unfinished. Service was okay, staff were polite, though not welcoming. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM, which doesn’t give much flexibility. Overall, a decent stay with good amenities, but there’s room for improvement in cleanliness and service.

Bon emplacement qui est idéal pour quelques nuits, les logements restent assez vieillissants mais plongent dans l’ambiance américaine !

Le Harrison Grand Motel est proche de la station de bus 71, à environ 10-15 mins de marche, la plage est juste en bas avec les enfants playground 🛝 et de nombreux restaurants, cafés à proximité! La baignade minérale publique est juste 5 minutes de nous, il est facile de aller partout! Nous avons même une crème glacée bienvenue, c'est étonnant! It's perfect for family with children and summer ❤️ Il est beaucoup mieux que je ne l'attendais vraiment (comme certains commentaires de Trip.com ne sont pas bons! 😎) il est propre, avec assez de tissu + papier toilette, le lit de canapé est bon aussi! It was just a fantastic place...right on the beach. Couldn't have asked for a better location. The interior was just as fantastic.. Spacious with all modern furniture; An ensuite bathroom with shower off one of the 2 queen bedrooms. a king bedroom was the 3rd bedroom. A second bathroom had a tub shower. We didn't use any of the kitchen cooking utensils, but everything needed to cook seemed to be there. A washer/dryer came in handy as did the dishwasher. However only one tab for each was provided, so bring your own if you will need to do more than 1 wash for each. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there very much.

For the price, the size of the room (2 bedroom and kitchen) and the location with convenient parking it’s honestly a very good stay and deal for a family. The beach is literally right there, the parking is in front of your room door and the pool is nice too. That being said, there’s a few things you should be aware of that other people mentioned in their comments. The bad smell other mentioned is true, it’s on and off smells like laundry that stayed in the washer. The AC/Fridge are indeed loud. The overall cleanliness is not so great, but I believe the beds and sheets were clean and that’s kind of all that matters in the end.

Convenient location near several fast-food options with a simple breakfast included. Good as a one-night stopover.
