It was unclear to me when I booked online that a “physical” credit card was required to use for a damage deposit. *I had loaded my credit card to my wallet on my iPhone & left the physical card @ home. (I don’t carry a purse, so this was a great option for me). The motels policy was credit card to use as a damage deposit…NO exceptions 😱 I had offered to use cash, but, was told no 😱😱 It just so happened that I had a credit card tucked away in my glove box or I would have been out of luck…would not have been allowed to check in & would have lost $400 on the room rental. SO…beware travellers!!

Si vous prévoyez de faire le voyage de Cabot, et pas de partir à Sydney, c'est un bon endroit pour rester avant de commencer la voiture. Les chambres sont confortables et tranquilles, et le lavabo sur place était super - il nous a sauvé beaucoup de temps essayant de trouver un dans les quelques jours à venir. Le propriétaire était très utile, et le petit déjeuner était l'un des meilleurs sur notre voyage jusqu'à présent, avec beaucoup de fruits frais.

Absolutely wonderful experience! The place was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Parking and Wi-Fi were both excellent. The highlight was definitely the breakfast—you order it the night before by scanning a QR code, and in the morning it’s ready to pick up. It was generous, delicious, and really well prepared. The host was also very kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

i was a little bit reluctant because of the low rating in google, but when we had our stay there, it wasnt bad at all. the only thing that id say wasnt really good was the breakfast. not much to choose from, and the poor taste of coffee. Nevertheless, for its price, id stay here again.

J'ai toujours une bonne expérience à ce motel. Il est juste en bas de la route de la maison de ma fille si confortable. Il est confortable et confortable. Mon chambre était une unité de garde-fous, donc il serait pratique pour un séjour plus long pour cuisiner quelques repas dans l'unité.  Le lit était très confortable.

Our family of three was traveling to Halifax and finally booked this motel. Very nice quiet environment with a beautiful view of the river. The service staff was very nice. I will go again if I have the chance.

This hotel is near Peggy’s cove, but I don’t recommend you stay here because it’s too expensive and there is just one restaurant and one store around this motel. You can drive to Halifax for more choices.

Le motel est construit avec un mur épais, nous avons entendu ppl parler toute la nuit dehors de notre chambre jusqu'à 3 heures à midi... horrible!

Always love my stay, staff is always friendly and accommodating.
