Overall room condition is spacious and good, conveniently located by the main road, its a good motel with reasonable price and food choice if you visits Oamaru.

J'ai passé un séjour merveilleux et j'y retournerai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage dans la ville. L'accueil était très chaleureux et convivial. Lors de l'arrivée, on nous a fourni spontanément des informations utiles. Le parking juste devant l'appartement était très pratique. Le supermarché et le célèbre arbre de la ville étaient à seulement quelques minutes en voiture ! L'appartement était très propre et bien rangé, avec une cuisine bien équipée. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la douche avec son eau très chaude, idéale pour l'hiver. Le jacuzzi situé en haut de la rue, près de la réception, serait agréable à tester en journée, car il fait un peu sombre et froid le soir, à moins d'y aller à plusieurs pour discuter et admirer les étoiles. Ce serait peut-être un peu romantique aussi !

L'hôtel Smitha est situé au centre-ville, même si c'est un motel, mais il est un peu plus important que le motel américain. La zone de la chambre est petite, les installations sont toutes des versions de réduction, il y a des visions, mais presque tous. Quatre chambres ont été réservées, il est prêt à donner trois chambres, et il n'y a pas un homme qui ne peut pas s'asseoir à manger. Il a passé deux nuits et il n'y a pas de trouble dans la chambre. Près de 1000 nuits, il n'y a pas de rapport qualité-prix, peut-être pas beaucoup d'intérêt pour l'hôtel Dunetin.

Very happy with our Accomodation at Aria on Bank Dunedin. The self contained unit for a couple was modern, very clean, fresh & well presented. Free (No fee) use of laundry ( washing machine & dryer) for all tenants to use. Our room was missing a frying pan which i needed to cook. I contacted the front desk, the gentleman receptionist immediately ran & I mean ran to our unit to confirm it was missing & sure enough none to be located. He left & returned a couple mins later with a replacement frying pan & utensil. Outstanding service. AAA+++ RATING for service & excellence.

Hotel is excellent… I like the outdoor table to use to wine and enjoying the day…. Overall kitchen is available for cooking and nice place to stay

Cromwell is a beautiful place and this motel was perfect for our stay which included a trip to the Carrick Winery restaurant and a walk along the Cromwell to Clyde trail. The host gave us great tips on where to eat breakfast and overall was a super stay

Overall, this accommodation was excellent and exceeded our expectations. The unit was very spacious, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean upon arrival, which immediately made us feel comfortable and at ease. The layout was practical and suitable for both short and longer stays, with ample space to move around and relax. One of the biggest advantages was how easy the place was to locate. Clear directions and a convenient location made check-in smooth and stress-free, especially after a long journey. The surrounding area was also quiet and pleasant, allowing for a restful stay. Cleanliness was clearly a priority, from the rooms to the common areas, which we truly appreciated. Overall, this accommodation offers great comfort, convenience, and value. We would definitely recommend it to others and would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

La place est un peu éloignée, la chambre est relativement large, la décoration de l'hôtel est relativement vieille, l'équipement de cuisine est moins petit, il y a des micro-ondes et des machines à pain, le sommeil est nuit, la porte de la chambre est bruyante, le souffle est mauvais, les lumières de la cour sont particulièrement lumineuses, ce qui affecte le sommeil.

This hotel is very handy to central Dunedin. The unit was warm when we used 2 lots of heating sources. It had everything we needed for our stay. Great little kitchenette. Bathroom was OK, no ventilation system to extract moisture, so just had to keep windows open. (A tad chilly) My only minus was how much street noise and student noise we heard every night. Hard to get to sleep. However this is not a fault of the hotel.
