J'ai réservé cet hôtel et je n'ai pas pu arriver, j'ai parlé pour annuler et même si vous dites que personne ne m'a répondu dans ma langue, j'ai essayé de parler un peu anglais que je voulais annuler la réservation ou changer dans son propre hôtel de Gallup, c'était Impossible de communiquer et m'ont attaché, j'ai fait la procédure d'annulation pour Trip et je n'ai pas eu de réponse, j'ai dû faire une autre réservation à Gallup

The hotel is very convenient as far as location but as far as everything else is i could definitely do without for example when i got there I had to switch rooms twice. Both rooms we switched out of were both disgusting, it was like house keeping didn't put any effort into cleaning either room. Then after we went through all that we get into our 3rd room and the TV stations don't work on the television and our toilet barely flushes and with having to deal with all that you would think they would offer us a discount or even a night free they offered nothing. I had to ask for some kind of discount and all I was offered was 20 off only if I extended my stay the next night. So I guess with all that I won't staying again.

I did not realize that this motel was unattended and that I needed to go through hoops to get my room number and an access code. I would not have booked it if I had known that. The room was as basic as I've ever seen, The trim on the walls baseboard and ceiling was simple 1x2 pine boards caulked with white caulk and unpainted. The bathroom vanity was 2x6 frame again unpainted supporting a granite top, The front of the wall unit was damaged so there were no louvers and it was really noisy. I placed to chair in front of it to direct the air away from the bed. TV worked and WIFI worked fine. The load AC unit drained out and other noise if there was any.

Le prix de cet hôtel est très bon, mais il n'a pas répondu aux attentes que j'avais. Location sage, il est près d'une rue assez occupée et non seulement les murs sont minces mais il y a des lacunes dans la porte, donc j'ai entendu chaque fois une voiture passe avec toutes les commotions qui se sont produites dehors. Les photos que vous voyez sur le site Web de l'hôtel et les commentaires ne reflètent pas exactement ce que l'hôtel semble être personnellement.

The room was very clean. The bathroom is up to date and also very clean.  Bed was very comfortable. I rarely ever get real sleep while camping or staying in a hotel and I slept like a log. That great sleep could be a direct effect from the delicious old fashion that I had at the amazing Neon Mallard.  Very impressed with both the motel and the Neon Mallard. Will for sure stay again in the future if need be.  If you book from a travel site, call in advance to get your room number and door code.

This property is well located, close to Lake Estes. Room was very adequate for the family of 3 of us. We had erroneously booked a Standard King room for 3 adults. Lady at the Front office was very considerate to accommodate our request to shift us to a 2 queen bed room. Room was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was very nice, and got us well prepared for the day ahead ! Overall, a great experience. We are already looking forward to our next stay here !

La place est grande surtout le personnel qui n'hésite jamais à aider quand il a besoin de bien pour le prix et les chambres sont plus grandes que je ne l'ai attendu. Le petit déjeuner n'est pas trop mauvais et faire votre propre waffle que je l'aime.

Nice hotel near everything I walked from train station 🚉 Amtrak to hotel with backpack a bag and suitcase. Everything is walking distance good breakfast with waffle machine, boiled eggs 🥚 bagels breads yoghurts and fruits. No complaints on breakfast. Only dead flies on curtains and bathroom lights. Front desk asked housekeeping to clean.

J'ai appelé à dire que nous allions être en retard et qu'ils ont dit que le bureau de front serait ouvert jusqu'à 11. Nous sommes arrivés à 10 h et nous n'avons pas trouvé personne dans notre bureau et nous n'avons pas pu aller à notre chambre nous avons dû rester à La Quinta et payer 305 $as une urgence ne pouvait pas arriver à personne pour nous répondre pour nous check-in.

We loved our stay here - the staff were really friendly and helpful, the location was excellent and the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable! We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend if you're wanting to stay in Colorado Springs, explore Old Colorado City or even explore the wider area!
