This was our second time as this property in Jackson Hole. The service is exceptional. Jessi at the front desk had our reservation as a different room. Upon showing our confirmation for a King Studio room she was able to switch us into the correct room and ensure we had a first floor room. This ambiance of the lobby is cosy with a fireplace. The room was exceptional clean. The bed is very comfortable. The pillows are soft. The room’s fireplace is an amazing amenity after being out in the cold all day. We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub for a soak. The temperature could be a bit hotter (it was 19 degrees outside) but we enjoyed ourselves. The latte’s in the morning were served hot by a lovely young lady (I didn’t get her name) in the hotel’s restaurant. Overall, the place is exceptional. It’s walking distance to the center of town. Service is friendly and warm. Rooms were spotless. We will be back!

Starting with the good, the location is ideal and within walking distance of the main attractions in Jackson. The check in was fast & friendly, they have a good selection of drinks available at all times in the lobby & complimentary cookies at check in which were delicious. However, despite the lobby looking very nice and welcoming, the rooms are dingy and very dated, with carpets that needs to be replaced and peeling paint. That said, it was fine for a night’s stay where we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, but the expensive price is not reflective of the fact this is a 3 star hotel and is in desperate need of updating.

Comfortable Stay at a Reasonable Price I stayed at Motel 8 Rock Springs and found it to be a good option for a short stopover. The room was clean and had basic amenities like a microwave, mini-fridge, and TV. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, close to restaurants and gas stations. While it’s a budget motel, it met my expectations for the price. If you’re looking for a simple, no-frills place to stay, this is a solid choice.

Was very happy spending a couple of nights here. Nothing is fancy or luxurious, but it's very well kitted out. Appreciated the laundry facilities, free popcorn and good WiFi. The staff were very nice and helpful too which made a big difference. Won't go wrong if you just need a place to lay down whilst in Casper.

L'hôtel de Jackson City est le plus cher du voyage, plus que Xi Yellowstone. Mais le service de l'hôtel est bon, même si il n'y a pas de petit déjeuner, l'hôtel offre un café gratuit et des boissons, et des biscuits de gâteau, il est toujours très intime. La position de l'hôtel est également très bonne et il est très proche du parc de la corne. En général, c'est un bon hôtel. Si vous habitez le premier étage, quelqu'un peut vivre au-dessus, le plancher sera un peu épais, mais en général, il est acceptable.

Reservez une chambre pour 5 personnes. La chambre est propre, la taille est confortable pour 5 personnes et la situation est bonne. L'hôtel est composé de blocs avec 2 magasins et il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Il sera un problème si vous avez des bagages lourds, surtout les voyages familiaux avec des enfants jeunes.
