IInvitéTout va bien dans les installations, le problème était la pénalité que j'ai reçue pour être dominicain. Je devrais tout payer pour la même réservation et ne pas avoir le moment désagréable au moment du check-in.

LLuis HenriqueJ'avais réservé dans le resort Tropical beach mais à la date du check in m'ont placé dans le resort présidentiel, très bon et beau par signe, appartement énorme avec baignoire et balcon, avec vue sur très vert. Les restaurants sont intégrés avec transport gratuit entre eux, et peuvent utiliser les restaurants et les zones communes des autres restaurants intégrés. Bonne nourriture, excellentes piscines et bons restaurants, principalement des Resorts Cofresi et Tropical Beach. Je recommande. Le condominium des resorts est très beau et bien soigné. Un rêve de voyage!!

Cons: hotel is dated, shower was too small. There were cucarachas coming off the AC vents. Staff came to address it right away, however. There are not elevators and it is difficult to bring luggage to 2nd and 3rd floors. The place was not design for people with mobility issues. Also people are allowed with dogs unleashed. One small dog came after me. When I approach the dog’s owner to ask if he could put his dog on a leash, he became belligerent, disrespectful, and a kind of racist. The hotel staff watched and did nothing. When I ask for the manager to complaint I was told she was on vacation (?) when I ask for whoever was in charge, I was also told that person was also unavailable. It was frustrating and disappointing as that was a safety issue that remained unaddressed.

IInvitéPlaya Bachata resort is a 3 star experience. If you want a low cost all inclusive getaway, this place works. Don't expect high-quality food, drinks, or activities and you won't be disappointed. The staff, as in all DR resorts, are very kind and helpful. The check-in process was a little slow; which is odd because I was the only one at check-in. The room was clean, but the furnishings were very dated. I was disturbed to find about a dozen flies crawling at the cold salad bar. The beach is the highlight of this resort. I loved sitting under the palm trees and observing the beautiful sea and sky. Overall, it was a good experience at the price point I paid.

IInvitéThe staff was increíble welcoming and amazing and friendly....the front desk staff was excellent...exspecialy ( Esmayli De La Crux Felix ) she always smiling ..always willing to help...I enjoy the ambiance of the hotel...the food was flavorful and tasty...food 10 out of 10....my room 10 out of 10..Hot water perfect..my room always clean...find no fault ...my vacation was perfect..staff is extremely friendly...the hotel exceeded my expectations..I would go Back to this hotel because of the People..the service..and the food........also Cleanliness 10 out of 10.....I will recommend Iberostar to all my friends..

Weather in the 90's - more staff than guests. Breakfast at the pool everyday with spectacular views, no one else was there.
Take the classic car tour for 3 hours - well worth it.
Rooms were ideal - spa was most accommodating - booked 2 different massages plus the Romantic Getaway package -
Itself a great deal.
Ana - our reservation specialist was responsive and to the point on all requests.
Greilly our concierge handled all requests even on short notice and gave great advice,
Looking forward to a return trip in the Fall!

IInvitéJ'ai aimé mon séjour à Casa Marina. Bon service amiable. Convenablement situé à quelques pas de Playa Alicia. Il a aussi son restaurant sur la plage privée. Le restaurant buffet ne pouvait être placé mieux pour profiter de la beauté de la mer en profitant d'un délicieux repas. Le petit déjeuner et le dîner étaient toujours bons vous trouverez toujours quelque chose qui vous plaît. La seule chose que je ne suis pas d'accord avec est la politique de l'hôtel, l'hôtel ne permet pas ”hospitalité extérieure”.

IInvitéDas Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Ort Cabarete man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen, Cafés, Restaurant, Bars und den langen Sandstrand.
Das Hotel hat zwei Pools und ein Whirlpool.
Die Gartenanlage ist sehr gepflegt und man fühlt sich sehr wohl in der Anlage, es gibt genügend Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme um sich an der Poolanlage zu erholen.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hell und freundlich eingerichtet das Bett ist sehr groß und man hat einen großen Schrank mit Spiegel im Zimmer. Es gibt eine Terrasse oder Balkon pro Zimmer. Im Bad gibt es immer warmes Wasser zum Duschen.

IInvitéNette Gastgeber, landschaftlich wirklich schöne Umgebung, gute Einrichtungen in der Anlage, gute Küche zu einem sehr fairen Preis. Größtes Plus ist dieRuhe, die der Ort ausstrahlt. WLAN ist mitunter ein wenig schwach, zum Strand ein paar hundert Meter.
