Everything was going well until I had to deal with one of the hotel's receptionists during the evening shift. When I asked for a replacement room key because I had accidentally left mine in my room, she was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. I first tried to get a new key using the self-service kiosk, but it didn't work. I then asked for her assistance, and she reacted rudely from the start. She walked away, visibly annoyed, and returned to the reception desk. I followed her and provided all the necessary information, including a copy of my passport and my reservation, which was under my name. Despite having all the information, she kept asking me the same questions I had already answered several times and repeatedly told me, in a condescending and abrupt tone, that she couldn't find my reservation. Her attitude was completely unprofessional and extremely impolite. This experience completely changed my impression of the hotel. Customer service is my top priority, and unfortunately, this hotel failed to provide even a basic level of courtesy and professionalism. For that reason, I would not recommend this hotel.

L'hôtel était plein d'invités pendant plus de 3 heures, essayant de se connecter avec seulement 1 au bureau de front, il semblait que certains clients avaient réservé en ligne et il n'était pas dans le système après 1 heure. Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. Le petit déjeuner était très faible et un paquet de petits déjeuners cookies. L'hôtel est géré par l'Hôpital Krank. Ils courent plus, ils espèrent améliorer le petit déjeuner.

Check-in was a breeze and Veronica at the front desk was very pleasant. Once in the room, because I cleaned up water spilt on the floor, I found the white toilet paper turned absolutely black AND with ***** hairs on it to boot. All this within 1sq ft. I called the lobby and asked how often the floors were mopped. I was told “every day.” I related what I had found to the contrary and was asked if I wished to change rooms to which I said “yes!”. When I went down to retrieve the new key, I took the wadded toilet paper with me and she took a picture of it before throwing it in the garbage! There were two very large, well lit, vending machines in a hallway off the main lobby, and the ice machine was in good working order and the ice, clean and solidly frozen.  I decided I was too tired to check and see if the new rooms’ floor was dirty or not so I proceeded to not ever walk on the floor with my bare feet. The day manager, Mari, was very nice and the coffee was hot fresh out of the thermos on the side table…hot water and tea bags also available. If you detest “sweet ‘n low” bring your own natural sugar. I ran into the head of housekeeping and happened to mention how disgustingly dirty the floors were in my first room, and I informed her that the night manager had taken a picture of what I had wiped up on my piece of toilet paper and she said she would go and ask to see it. I later learned that Mayra had indeed done so. So that was good attention to detail. Everything in the room worked fine including the remote and TV, the microwave was spotless and looked brand new and it even had a childproof lock on it for those families traveling with curious offspring that haven’t internalized the meaning of “NO” yet 😵💫. The refrigerator was spotless and new looking as well. WiFi was strong and reliable. I walked by the pool, which I noticed was closed (understandable for this time of year!). It was full of water, but I must say that it looked the equivalent of a Louisiana swamp and I was prepared to see a ‘gator come climbing up those darkened, slimy stairs at any point in time.😆 The parking lot at night is VERY well lit around the entire property which is a very welcome sight! Being right off the interstate doesn’t provide for any exciting venues to walk to but there IS a wonderful grocery store (HEB) .7miles away straight down Rundeburg on Lamar/Rundeburg. Other than that there are a plethora of food trucks doling out South American ‘cuisine’ just yards from the front of the hotel as well as across the street. I didn’t try any of them so cannot opine. Ce n'est pas le plus grave éclat que j'ai jamais eu, les photos ne trompent pas tellement comme un hôtel et un hôtel, c'est plus probable un motel de 5ème niveau si trompent si cher pour la qualité des chambres réelles. La ligne téléphonique était morte, j'ai dû entrer dans le lobby pour le service , je vais apprécier ce lieu - 1000 si possible , l'emplacement est super mais aucun contrôle de qualité de stationnement ne peut conduire et utiliser une présomption d'être une plage privée pour les invités, au check J'ai demandé un certain type de référence # et ou de déclaration et il m'a été dit de demander trip.com pour mon temps de vérification et ou de vérifier la déclaration après cette lacune De honnêteté de la remise je me suis très préoccupé de payer pour le temps supplémentaire et ou incidents que je n'ai jamais utilisé et quand je demande une sorte de preuves et ou une déclaration imprimée, ils appellent la sécurité pour me chasser et si ils n'ont pas été parce que j'ai inturné mon téléphone camera sur

L'hôtel est à environ 10-15 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport ; il est propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur ; les conditions sanitaires sont propres ; il n'y a rien dans la chambre, la cafetière, la tasse, tout doit aller à la réception ; la chambre est insonorisée, le bruit de l'avion se fait entendre ; Il n'y a pas beaucoup de monde, il n'y a pas d'affaires autour, il n'y a pas de restaurant, de supermarché ; il n'est pas commode de marcher; Je pense toujours que le petit-déjeuner est similaire à l'hôtel dans lequel j'ai vécu. Il y a un restaurant spécial, petit-déjeuner buffet américain typique : pain aux œufs sur le plat, petit-déjeuner, yaourt, fruits, etc. En attente ; le résultat fut décevant, juste en face de la réception de l'hôtel, avec des barils de café et des bains à remous ; quelques biscuits ; rien d'autre; transfert pour une nuit dédiée.

L'environnement est bon, le personnel de service est enthousiaste et il y a une salle de gym en bas. Malheureusement, je ne savais pas quand je suis parti. Il n'y a pas de centres commerciaux à proximité, mais ce n'est pas loin de centres commerciaux tels que Galleria
