One of the best homestay ever! Recommended to stay here. Both of the host are very nice and accomodate each of their guest. Even though we communicate using translator that’s not an issue. We have super fun stay and honestly we fell in love with snow village and sad to leave. The host arrange everything from transportation to our snow activities and even recorded and capturing video/photo for us. Just talk to them and they’ll arrange for you. They also offer warm tea/coffee and fruits! Very warm hospitality provided to the guest (feels like home). The bed and floor also warm. Great because the weather outside is super duper cold! Have a nice sleep ever. Deserve more than 5 stars!

La famille du patron est aussi enthousiaste que la famille, avec des questions à répondre, la décoration de la chambre est très douce et confortable, le sol est très chaud et les gens du Sud ne doivent pas s'inquiéter du froid. La position du peuple est calme, mais très proche de la zone de scène centrale, et vous pouvez revenir à tout moment si vous êtes fatigué. Sacs gratuits, bagages intimes, cuisine familiale magnifique, chaque détail est chaud, il est recommandé à un ami de aller à la campagne de neige!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Xana. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, mais cela n'a posé aucun problème : ils ont été très serviables et aux petits soins pour nous, tout en utilisant une application de traduction pour communiquer entre eux. La chambre n'était pas très grande, mais fonctionnelle et propre. Le lit était confortable, la salle de bain et les toilettes impeccables, et un thé gratuit avec de délicieux biscuits et des fruits nous était offert dans le hall l'après-midi. L'emplacement est idéal, juste en face du parc Zhaolin, à seulement 1 minute à pied de la rue commerçante Zhongyang et à 5 minutes du parc de la rivière Songhua. Si vous utilisez DIDI TRAVEL sur l'application Alipay, l'hôtel doit être référencé comme « Xi'an Deluxe Hotel ». En résumé, notre séjour à l'hôtel Xana a été une expérience formidable et nous le recommandons vivement à nos amis qui voyagent à Harbin.

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

Do not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à quelques pas de la ligne 3 du métro (sortie 2, Friendship Palace Hotel), de la rue Zhongyang (Central Avenue), du marché du matin, de la rivière Songhua, de la cathédrale Sainte-Sophie et du Manhattan Mall. Le quartier regorge de restaurants et de supérettes, facilitant ainsi l'approvisionnement en nourriture et en produits de première nécessité. La propriétaire parle très bien anglais et est très réactive, aimable et charmante. Elle m'a même fait la surprise d'un gâteau pour mon anniversaire. Le personnel est serviable et accueillant, et nous a invités à une fête la veille de Noël avec repas offert, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. La chambre est calme et spacieuse, avec des bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque jour. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la grande fenêtre, parfaite pour observer les passants et admirer le spectacle des voitures qui défilent 😆. En résumé, ce fut un séjour confortable et agréable. 💕

I really liked my stay there - I chose a Kang room and it was really warm and cozy. The location is great - right in the middle of 北极村. They also offer shared rides to places that are farther away which was super convenient. There's also a restaurant on site which is perfect if you don't want to go outside when it gets too cold :) It was also a great place to meet people and explore together. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Especially 叶子 - she even gave us ice cream, fruit and a local snack to try and was so friendly. I'm glad I got to spend some time there. 谢谢 ：）

Great little themed hotel, one of the most unique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Sure, data can be spotty but the hotel provides in-room speedy wifi. One thing I may note is that during peak hours, the elevator can take quite a while to get up and down since the place is on the 30th floor. But plan accordingly and you won’t regret it. A prime, central location that’s not less than 20 minutes from major attractions. Very happy with my stay here. - James, Australia

La chambre est propre et propre, calme et dispose d'une salle de bains unique. Le chauffage est très caractérisé, très chaud, dorm très parfumé. Un peu froid, le grand acheteur a apporté des médicaments froids et de l'eau, il a pris beaucoup de pommes de terre, il a brûlé très chaud, il a été invité à dîner ensemble. Le chef de ski est également livré gratuitement tout le cycle, costume de neige gratuit, tarifs bas en ligne, si vous voulez prendre un taxi, vous avez prévu les billets appropriés. Il y a des chauffeurs populaires spécialisés, le voyage est très pratique, qu'il s'agisse de ski ou de ski, il est recommandé ici, à la maison, et il y a des petits animaux mignons.

Very helpful cause initially I had booked a room with stairs. Found it too tedious to move 3 of my Large luggage, so check if I'm able to change. Lucky I had a Free upgrade and I'm super happy with the room. FREE disposable towel, toothbrush and slippers. P/s: Free 1 Coke which I actually wanted to pay when checking out, 10 Q.
