Hotel is about 8-10min walk from the bus drop off area. Staff were polite, attended to my request promptly. We booked the family room which can accommodate 7 of us, however there were only 2 towels plus 2 disposable towels provided in the room. The hotel staff provided us with more towels upon request. The room was clean and tidy. There were 2 double beds which fit 4 of us, while another tatami bed barely fit the other 3 of us (wished it was bigger tatami), but it is just for one night, so it was alright. The room equipped with a big window which facing the Main Street, which is a plus point, great morning and night view of snow town from the view! Breakfast was great! A lot of variety and it was delicious. The hotel even gave us free frozen foods as supper. There were free 泼水成冰 activities provided by the hotel too. Overall the stay was great.

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

前台免費給升級到最高樓層行政大床房，當天會有旅遊團來怕影響我們休息。沿河景觀很好，房間也很大很乾凈設施齊全。當晚到一樓美食滙吃晚餐，主管小李服務熱情周到，詳細介紹菜品給我們選擇套餐 198 元比單點實惠很多，沒想到非常驚喜味道好吃種類多，還有水果小麪包點心，我們點了一瓶啤酒也免單送我們，真是讓我們都不好意思了。最後沒吃完還打包了點心麪包帶在自駕路上吃。早餐也是非常豐富，餐廳徐小姐很熱情接待我們，問我們需要什麼餐食，幫我們把牛奶咖啡送到桌上，飯後還詳細詢問我們住宿情況有什麼問題或不滿意的地方，我們説枕頭有點太軟了，她馬上就和客房溝通，飯後我們回房間服務員馬上就送來蕎麥枕頭，早上去吃早餐再次遇到我們馬上問晚上睡的如何，又去幫我們忙前忙後的，太貼心了！推薦小夥伴們來齊齊哈爾入住這家酒店，還有游泳池齊市酒店真的不多。

The hotel is just a 2-minute walk from the Shangzhi Street Subway Station, which is close to Central Street and the Sophia Church. Couples can easily stroll to these popular attractions, enjoy a romantic shopping experience, and even admire the beautiful night views. It’s very convenient.

Отдыхала между рейсами в этом отеле. Удивительное сочетание цены и качества. При бронировании указала, что нужен трансфер, написала время прилета и рейс и когда я получила багаж меня уже встречали с табличкой с моим именем. До отеля везли около 10 минут. Трансфер из аэропорта и обратно входит в стоимость. Отель новый, соответственно и ремонт свежий, чистота, качественные матрас и постельное белье, тишина в номере и шторы блэкуат. Питание не брала. Водитель и администратор очень доброжелательные, короче говоря я осталась очень довольна сервисом и комфортом отеля. Единственное небольшое замечание - это китайские розетки, которые не подходят для наших электрических устройств, не смотрела зарядить телефон. На следующий день летела моя мама, которая по моему совету остановилась в этом отеле, ей тоже отель понравился.

La location de l'hôtel est très confortable, si proche de la gare ferroviaire à grande vitesse Harbin West. De nombreux restaurants et boutiques de confort à proximité. Il est un peu loin du centre-ville de Harbin; il prend environ 30 minutes pour arriver au centre-ville par métro. La chambre est spacieuse et a eu Le personnel a été utile quand il y avait une question de pipeline. L'hôtel est très bien situé, mais il est très bon de se rendre à l'intérieur de la ville. J'ai dû porter une masque pour éviter la fumée de seconde main.

Everything about this hotel was just fantastic! The amenities, cleanliness and convenience in location to ski locations were great! Best of all, I didn’t need to book anything in advance as the hostess helped to arrange everything for us. From the beginning to the end of our stay, there was complimentary chauffeuring to all the places we wanted to go nearby. It was like having a local guide throughout our stay. On the day of our checkout, we wanted to head to Snow Town and she arranged for a driver to get us there. Lastly, the breakfast provided in the morning was so delicious and had such a wide variety of small beautifully-plated dishes! Thank you for the comfortable stay!

Great little themed hotel, one of the most unique hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Sure, data can be spotty but the hotel provides in-room speedy wifi. One thing I may note is that during peak hours, the elevator can take quite a while to get up and down since the place is on the 30th floor. But plan accordingly and you won’t regret it. A prime, central location that’s not less than 20 minutes from major attractions. Very happy with my stay here. - James, Australia
