After taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village. Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀 They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries. Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear. Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time. Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu. Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam. Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Xana. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais, mais cela n'a posé aucun problème : ils ont été très serviables et aux petits soins pour nous, tout en utilisant une application de traduction pour communiquer entre eux. La chambre n'était pas très grande, mais fonctionnelle et propre. Le lit était confortable, la salle de bain et les toilettes impeccables, et un thé gratuit avec de délicieux biscuits et des fruits nous était offert dans le hall l'après-midi. L'emplacement est idéal, juste en face du parc Zhaolin, à seulement 1 minute à pied de la rue commerçante Zhongyang et à 5 minutes du parc de la rivière Songhua. Si vous utilisez DIDI TRAVEL sur l'application Alipay, l'hôtel doit être référencé comme « Xi'an Deluxe Hotel ». En résumé, notre séjour à l'hôtel Xana a été une expérience formidable et nous le recommandons vivement à nos amis qui voyagent à Harbin.

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

Do not be fooled by the two stars hotel rating when selecting this Homestay. This Homestay offers a different experience as you could wake up seeing snowfall from your window, playing at the slides outside the hotel for the children and enjoying the sumptuous restaurant food behind the hotel in the negative temperature. The Manager of the hotel rendered professional service as she helped us book all the attractions and the driver would pick and send us there. The driver is very experienced and careful when driving in thick snow. The ski resort is near the Homestay which my boys spent 3 hours skiing. In addition, the Manager instructed the kitchen to prepare fries and pop corn chickens specially for my children. Excellent service and we truly enjoyed our stay at this Homestay. Keep up the good work!

L'hôtel bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal, à quelques pas de la ligne 3 du métro (sortie 2, Friendship Palace Hotel), de la rue Zhongyang (Central Avenue), du marché du matin, de la rivière Songhua, de la cathédrale Sainte-Sophie et du Manhattan Mall. Le quartier regorge de restaurants et de supérettes, facilitant ainsi l'approvisionnement en nourriture et en produits de première nécessité. La propriétaire parle très bien anglais et est très réactive, aimable et charmante. Elle m'a même fait la surprise d'un gâteau pour mon anniversaire. Le personnel est serviable et accueillant, et nous a invités à une fête la veille de Noël avec repas offert, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus mémorable. La chambre est calme et spacieuse, avec des bouteilles d'eau offertes chaque jour. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la grande fenêtre, parfaite pour observer les passants et admirer le spectacle des voitures qui défilent 😆. En résumé, ce fut un séjour confortable et agréable. 💕

I really liked my stay there - I chose a Kang room and it was really warm and cozy. The location is great - right in the middle of 北极村. They also offer shared rides to places that are farther away which was super convenient. There's also a restaurant on site which is perfect if you don't want to go outside when it gets too cold :) It was also a great place to meet people and explore together. The staff is super helpful and friendly. Especially 叶子 - she even gave us ice cream, fruit and a local snack to try and was so friendly. I'm glad I got to spend some time there. 谢谢 ：）

La chambre était impeccable et les produits de qualité supérieure. J'ai particulièrement apprécié la brosse à dents, très confortable, et le sèche-cheveux, d'une telle qualité que j'ai même cherché la marque pour en acheter un ! La baignoire est un vrai plus, se détendre dedans après une journée de visites est un pur délice. L'emplacement est également excellent, avec un parking et le métro juste en bas, très pratique. Et le meilleur, c'est à deux pas du baroque (巴洛克) ! 👍👍👍👍👍👍 Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

La chambre est propre et propre, calme et dispose d'une salle de bains unique. Le chauffage est très caractérisé, très chaud, dorm très parfumé. Un peu froid, le grand acheteur a apporté des médicaments froids et de l'eau, il a pris beaucoup de pommes de terre, il a brûlé très chaud, il a été invité à dîner ensemble. Le chef de ski est également livré gratuitement tout le cycle, costume de neige gratuit, tarifs bas en ligne, si vous voulez prendre un taxi, vous avez prévu les billets appropriés. Il y a des chauffeurs populaires spécialisés, le voyage est très pratique, qu'il s'agisse de ski ou de ski, il est recommandé ici, à la maison, et il y a des petits animaux mignons.

Je trouve vraiment que ce hôtel est très bon rapport qualité-prix et que le service est très enthousiaste. Quel besoin de vous envoyer directement et que les enfants jouent avec des machines à sous. Les adultes sont très amusants et il y a trois lits à dormir à la fois. C'est très confortable.

We are family of 5 from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The location is very convenient, near the Beima Road Station (200 m). The apartment is quite spacious equipped with basic kitchen, washing machine and refrigerator. Definitely worth the stay and highly recommended to anyone visiting Harbin.
