We came to Snow Town without any itinerary and honestly had no idea what to do there. What truly stood out was not only how clean and well-maintained the hotel and rooms were, but the exceptional hospitality we received. Every single staff member was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely taken care of. The breakfast was very good and especially comforting in the cold weather, adding to the warmth of the entire experience. Due to my busy schedule, I wasn’t able to secure transportation from Location A to Snow Town in time. Amazingly, the team went out of their way to help arrange transportation within 24 hours—while I was already at the airport on my way to Harbin. That alone speaks volumes about their dedication and care for their guests. A heartfelt and special thank you to Xiao Zhi. He was with us every step of the way—guiding us, checking in on us, and always making sure we were okay. He helped us plan our itinerary with genuine care and never once tried to sell or push any activities. Everything he did came from a place of sincerity. He truly wanted us to enjoy Snow Town, and that made all the difference. Some may feel the price is higher compared to other accommodations, but it is worth every single cent. You are not just paying for a place to stay, you are paying for genuine care, exceptional service, and heartfelt hospitality that makes you feel truly valued. From the reception staff, to the cleaners, to those serving breakfast, every individual played a part in making our stay so special and unforgettable. This experience exceeded all expectations, and I would recommend this place without even a moment of hesitation. I would 1000% encourage anyone visiting Snow Town to book with them—you will not regret it. Our experience would have been completely different without them. Really enjoy my stay here. Surely it will come back next year. The host is helpful and they arranged our trip from the Harbin centre, snow town day trip, and my stay in Snow Valley. The food is nice. Free breakfast is available and we can order fried rice here.

Cleanliness & Basics: The room was clean and we had hot water for showers. Authentic Experience: We enjoyed feeling immersed in the local neighborhood, with lots of small, inexpensive restaurants nearby. Points for Foreign Families to Note: Language Barrier: The staff were very kind and helpful, but did not speak English. They managed communication using translation apps, which was fine but required patience. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was entirely Chinese-style (congee, egg, steamed buns, pickles). Amenities: Don't expect extra facilities like a gym or pool. It's a place to sleep and clean up, not a resort. Local Focus: The inn is clearly geared toward domestic travelers, so room decor is simple and functional. Overall: This inn is an excellent, economical choice if you prioritize a clean room and good value. We were comfortable and would use it again for a budget trip

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

The best stay ever. The kang is big and spacios. The toilet is new and clean. Have slide and playground nearby, my daughter enjoy it so much. The owner and staffs service is very good, if you want to close to local this is the place. Hot water and frozen fruit free. Got small restaurant and mini shop, some Malaysian order halal food here, but we just finish our rte. For transportation or additioanl sightseeing or activity here just ask the host, they will arrange for you. Recommended.

We had a wonderful stay here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place was clean, cozy, and beautifully maintained, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location peaceful and had beautiful views. The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and thoughtful, always making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Every detail was well prepared, and the amenities provided were more than enough for a comfortable stay. The food was amazing too. I’m so thankful that they also serve halal foods. Overall, this homestay exceeded our expectations. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Il s'agit d'une grande chambre nouvelle et propre. Plus de marche à pied à Metro, bus et gare. Plusieurs boutiques et restaurants autour. Il n'y a pas de crochet supplémentaire dans la toilette et la chambre. L'hôtel a fourni un crochet comme indiqué dans la photo. Pas de crochet supplémentaire. Donc après avoir penché mon veste d'hiver, je n'ai plus d'espace pour les autres. Donc j'ai un problème ou aucun endroit pour pendre des serviettes, des vêtements, etc. Globalement, je suis heureux de l'hébergement. Je resterai encore

Luxurious and grand, One of the best hotels stayed during the trip. Service is great and front reception is very responsive towards any form of request. Conveniently located besides Wanda mall and food and eateries. Scenic besides river views. Will recommend and come back again.

La position de cet hôtel est très confortable, en bas est la place Wanda. Les restaurants sont riches, il ya non seulement tous les types de restaurants, mais aussi une salle de cuisine entière, et ils répondent facilement aux besoins de repas. Le parking est également très prudent, puisqu'il peut être stationné à Wanda, un parking de deux étages, avec un plafond de 40 yuan pour 24 heures; si vous voulez économiser des dépenses, le propriétaire de l'hôtel vous fournira un parking gratuit et vous sera pratique.

Il est très gentil et très utile, il nous a permis d'envoyer des paquets à l'hôtel même avant notre arrivée et il a toujours été responsable. La chambre est spacieuse et propre, avec une excellente position. En général, un séjour très confortable et confortable.
