Highly recommend this hotel. Great location, the Xueyun Street (main street) is just at the door step. Minutes away from the snow mushroom 🍄 and easy to walk back after the night dance party and the hotel 我包肉 was great must order. Those who love great scenery should book this room as you can view big snowman from one window, another window you got to view the whole town from the top. Ticket to ten mile gallery mountain and bald mountain can ask their friendly pretty lady in charge to book for you, only recommended for those who can endure extreme cold. Great stay. The hotel, provide towels and everything unlike another hotel I had stay for my second night this is still the best. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We would highly recommend this hotel. The host family was so kind and went extra mile to support us given we don’t speak Chinese. The location is perfect for a quiet stay but also close to the village center. Across the road in front of the hotel is a skiing field when you can ski, snow tubing or skating. Hotel owners recommended us a day tour to Wusongling, a fairytale rime forest. We loved our day trip so much. Home cooked foods were greatly made by the host family. We will definitely stay again if we come back. The host accommodates all of our needs with great hospitality. High recommended

Cleanliness & Basics: The room was clean and we had hot water for showers. Authentic Experience: We enjoyed feeling immersed in the local neighborhood, with lots of small, inexpensive restaurants nearby. Points for Foreign Families to Note: Language Barrier: The staff were very kind and helpful, but did not speak English. They managed communication using translation apps, which was fine but required patience. Breakfast: The complimentary breakfast was entirely Chinese-style (congee, egg, steamed buns, pickles). Amenities: Don't expect extra facilities like a gym or pool. It's a place to sleep and clean up, not a resort. Local Focus: The inn is clearly geared toward domestic travelers, so room decor is simple and functional. Overall: This inn is an excellent, economical choice if you prioritize a clean room and good value. We were comfortable and would use it again for a budget trip

We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt truly well taken care of throughout our time here. Special thanks to Qiu Jie, who was always responsive and patient in answering our many questions via WeChat — her support made planning everything so much smoother. We’re also deeply grateful to the boss, Hongbo, for his warm hospitality and genuine care; it truly felt like staying with family rather than at a commercial accommodation. Everyone we met — including the chef and our drivers — was extremely kind, friendly, and attentive. They were always ready to help with arrangements such as transportation and ticket bookings, and did so with great sincerity. We were also thoughtfully provided with frozen fruits, which was a lovely and refreshing treat after spending time outdoors in the cold. The location is about a 2-hour drive from Snow Town, and we loved being away from the busy, crowded tourist area. The peaceful rural surroundings allowed us to experience local life at a slower pace, complemented by delicious farm-to-table home-cooked meals. The hosts even taught us how to do the hot water splash, which was a fun and memorable experience in the freezing winter weather. As a bonus, there’s also a cute little deer in the backyard, which added an unexpected and delightful touch to our stay. They helped us book a visit to Gou Xiong Ling (¥400 per person, inclusive of transportation, entrance fee, and all rides). The snow activities — snowmobiling, snow tubing, snow drifting — were great fun, and we appreciated that photos and videos were taken and shared with us afterward. In addition, they assisted with ticketing and arrangements for our visit to Snow Town, including crossing Yangcaoshan by horse-drawn sled, taking a snowmobile up the mountain, and then a jeep ride down (with the option to walk down as well). Transportation back from Snow Town was also smoothly arranged. Overall, this stay offered not just comfort, but a truly warm, authentic, and thoughtfully curated experience. Highly recommended for travelers who value genuine hospitality, local experiences, and a peaceful alternative to the crowds of Snow Town.

Best stay ever! The host is so accommodative and friendly! I love the area. Very calm. Feel like back to your hometown. Host ask what activity want to do and recommend few activity. They upgraded our room with zero fee. Will return back here if so happen be in Snow Village

Clean hotel. The service from the reception is very pleasant. Friendly and soft spoken. If I come here again I will definitely stay at this hotel.

We stayed here for 2 nights and booked 3 rooms for our group of 6 adults. We arrived at the homestay at 10:30 PM and were warmly welcomed by the owner couple. We communicated mainly through WeChat, and the husband was extremely helpful throughout our stay. They helped us arrange the roundtrip bus Harbin – Snow Town – Snow Valley – Harbin at a much cheaper price, only 200 yuan per person. Normal price would be 280 yuan. We were even given a bag of rice as a gift, which was very thoughtful. The breakfast provided was delicious. He also helped to reheat our ready to eat food. The guesthouse also helped us arrange activities such as Dog Bear Hill and horse sledge rides. The owner even offered us to play the hot water splash activity. All the activities were also recorded using owners phone & camera, and he will transferred the video and photos to us. At one point, I had a small misunderstanding with another homestay I stayed in Harbin City before going to Snow Valley and the owner here went out of their way to help me contact them and successfully get my deposit refunded. I truly appreciate their kindness and support. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Snow Valley. You will feel well taken care of and welcomed like family.

Il s'agit d'une grande chambre nouvelle et propre. Plus de marche à pied à Metro, bus et gare. Plusieurs boutiques et restaurants autour. Il n'y a pas de crochet supplémentaire dans la toilette et la chambre. L'hôtel a fourni un crochet comme indiqué dans la photo. Pas de crochet supplémentaire. Donc après avoir penché mon veste d'hiver, je n'ai plus d'espace pour les autres. Donc j'ai un problème ou aucun endroit pour pendre des serviettes, des vêtements, etc. Globalement, je suis heureux de l'hébergement. Je resterai encore

L'hôtel est à côté de la place Wanda, et le centre commercial est autour. La maison est calme, la chambre est possédée par la vue nocturne de la ville. Le processus de service est très rapide, la réception est très professionnelle, le service de sourire du processus, les animaux à mains, la chaleur est très chaude, l'attention sur les détails, la salle est propre, tous les types de réserves sont complètes, minibar comparaison me surprendra, la boisson est complète, la température est appropriée, l'effet de refroidissement est en ligne, très recommandé

La position de cet hôtel est très confortable, en bas est la place Wanda. Les restaurants sont riches, il ya non seulement tous les types de restaurants, mais aussi une salle de cuisine entière, et ils répondent facilement aux besoins de repas. Le parking est également très prudent, puisqu'il peut être stationné à Wanda, un parking de deux étages, avec un plafond de 40 yuan pour 24 heures; si vous voulez économiser des dépenses, le propriétaire de l'hôtel vous fournira un parking gratuit et vous sera pratique.
