Hôtels acceptant les animaux de Merseyside, Royaume-Uni

Stayed one night with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel is very central and the reception staff were welcoming. Our room was large and modern, but extremely dark, if you plan on doing makeup, it might be worth bringing a lighted mirror. I had requested a quiet room and was placed at the back, but unfortunately there was a constant noise that sounded like a generator, as well as the sound of glass bottles being emptied somewhere. Some guests also returned around 4 a.m., so I was lucky if I got an hour of sleep. That said, I would still stay again.

Good location, lovely staff, very accommodating. Comfortable bed in a nicely decorated room. The only issue we have is that the cleaning products are highly scented and both me and my husband are sensitive to anything perfumed. So on the morning we were bunged up and with the windows not opening made it even worse. This is the first time we have noticed the highly scented chemicals and we have stayed in many hotels. I thought it would be best to be honest because there are people who have allergies that could stop them from staying at your hotels. When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

J'ai eu un séjour absolument fantastique à Ibis Styles Liverpool, et une grande partie de ce séjour a été grâce à Fayne, qui est allé au-dessus et au-delà pour rendre notre expérience exceptionnelle. Nous sommes arrivés quatre heures avant l'arrivée pour nous décharger de notre bagage, mais Fayne nous a bien vérifiés à l'avance, tout à fait gratuitement. Le jour où nous avons vérifié, nous avons laissé stocker nos bagages pendant plus longtemps, afin que nous puissions explorer la ville jusqu'à notre temps de train. L'hôtel était propre, élégant et confortable, mais le personnel, en particulier Fayne, nous a réellement fait le séjour mémorable. Nous reviendrons, et je recommanderais cet hôtel à tout le monde qui visitera Liverpool !

The hotel is conveniently located near Liverpool’s main train station. The staff is also very friendly and the check-in was efficient.

We had a great trip and stay at this hotel. Nice lady called Natalie in reception. We were on the third floor and all new carpet throughout. Lovely spacious family room. Comfortable beds and great bathroom with bath and shower. Good hot water pressure flow. The hotel is old fashioned style but I love this and the character. Great bar inside and also lounge area where you can watch the world go by. All very clean. We got a great deal and would recommend this very central location. Less than 10 minute walk from the train station.

Lieu merveilleux. Très belle zone de réception et bar. Livraison confortable et cuisinières. Short of a few niceties e.g. Shower cap / free bottled water / no refrigerator in the room. Didn't have a breakfast so can't comment on that. Nous avons été en mesure de faire un voyage de shopping de deux nuits et le centre-ville a été réuni pour toutes les petites déceptions.

Personnel ami tout en check-in toujours aime réserver ici comme dans une belle zone tranquille à la nuit et pas trop loin de tout dans la ville

Friendly serving ce, lovely clean rooms and very comfortable bed. Its a bit of a warren! Directions to rooms could be clearer. Although dated it is charming. Breakfast was a bit disappointing for the price, ie bread was frozen and not a great choice, warm not hot and sausages where more like a bratwurst. However we would stay again but without the breakfast.
