Hôtels acceptant les animaux de Merseyside, Royaume-Uni

Je suis arrivé à 13h30 à l'hôtel et comme je suis une personne handicapée, je pensais que la réception allait me contrôler plus tôt, mais il a insisté pour aller et revenir à 15h, alors je suis arrivé à 16h et il m'a dit qu'il n'y avait pas de chambre handicapée pour moi et que je devais en demander une lors de ma réservation et il m'a donné une chambre au premier étage 😭

For the price I paid,my expectations and the results I was delighted with my stay.As a well travelled single 68 year old non pretentious man everything was as it said on the tin.No complaints and a delightful simple sufficient breakfast.Every single member of staff was pleasant too,in my opinion.Finally,it was a great location.

When we arrived, we noticed we had been given a far inferior room than we've ever had before. The view was terrible. There was no fridge which we have always had before and the room looked 'tired'...in need of TLC. I went to reception to tell them I was not happy. Anyway they did sort it. Gave us another room with a better view and the young girl on reception brought us an old, but working mini fridge.. so it worked out OK in the end ( I need a fridge to put some of my medication in.) Another lady on the desk was very curt when I said there was no fridge and stated....not all rooms automatically have a fridge in them. Sorry but I thought they did. Whoever makes loose leaf tea in the restaurant needs to learn it is 1 tsp of tea per person and 1 for the pot. In this case 3tsp of tea and not half a teapot full. I kid you not. See pic below. We got a refund for some of the tea, but nit for the cream tea my friend had. My friend had ordered a cream tea and me, just a tea. Yet they brought a pot of tea for 2, which is the wrong etiquette for an order like this. Hence we only got 2 cups out of it, because of the amount of loose tea in there. I think I have been spoiled by the superior standard of the rooms, when we have stayed before....I just presumed all their rooms would be like this

Agréable location avec facile accès. Très proche du centre-ville et de la gare. Le personnel est tout à fait amicaux, les chambres sont propres aussi. Je resterai certainement ici pour ma deuxième visite à Liverpool.

The hotel is conveniently located near Liverpool’s main train station. The staff is also very friendly and the check-in was efficient.

Had a really great time on our last visit and our stay at the Scarisbrick hotel was lovely can’t wait to visit again

L'emplacement La vue de la parade LFC Grande vue et grande atmosphère La réception de l'hôtel Tout est bon J' ai juste un point : la sécurité devant la porte pour les activités d' hôtel devrait respecter les clients de l' hôtel , je ne porte pas de bague pour l' activité mais je suis à l' hôtel .

Très belle chambre. Très utile personnel et aussi belle petit déjeuner. Trouvé la position parfaite lors du voyage par train. Attaché à la gare Liverpool Lime Street si très confortable. Resterait là heureusement encore

Personnel ami tout en check-in toujours aime réserver ici comme dans une belle zone tranquille à la nuit et pas trop loin de tout dans la ville

Royal Kibo show all great Staff there was a young lady called fantastic Customer Service very great hospitality concierge all round very good. I would highly recommend that she would go the long distance within the company I feel like she’s a great person. She’s been very helpful Mad at the front desk and also the other staff also have been great too all round very clean great location and also the bar was fantastic and also the Staff once again are great. I would highly recommend the Royal Cliffton here in Southport I would definitely come back and stay here again !
