Really nice hotel. Arrived very early and had both rooms ready which was a wonderful welcome and really appreciated! Friendly check in and a really clean, nice looking hotel. Car park is small and really tight to get out of so don't take a big SUV! Only issue was with pillows not being firm enough for our preference but that's a personal sensitivity. We usually take ours with us. Overall, a lovely hotel and will defo stay again.

The apartment was very clean with large shower room and comfy bed. The communication was great and the snacks and tea making facilities were spot on. The only problem we had was the light outside our apartment 34 was not working which left the steps dimly lit and had to use phone torch to open door with the key when returned from evening out. Would definitely stay again though. Thanks

The overall experience was really good, it is very near to foster square railway statuon and interchange. The staff were really polite and kind.the checkin roughly took abot 2..3 minutes. I really recommend this place if you need a pause from your busy schedule.

Room was horrible. Hairs on bathroom floor and dead bugs on wall along with various stains Shower slow and warm at best  No heating or air con. No decent lighting. Corridors stank.  Night Manager was nice and helpful.

We recently stayed at Holiday Inn with friends visiting from Australia, and we had a great experience! The hotel provided a comfortable and welcoming environment for our group, making our stay enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent—a great selection of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and spacious, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a day of exploring. The location was convenient, making it easy for us to get around and enjoy our time together. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend Holiday Inn to others looking for a comfortable and well-serviced hotel. We’ll happily return in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We used this hotel as we were travelling to visit the university site @ beckett for my old child. The staff were all lovely and welcoming. The only thing that let the site down was the parking as after a period time they don’t have a massive area. If you wanted to visit the city centre get a local taxis and leave the car behide.

Le service client était satisfaisant et l'emplacement de l'hôtel était vraiment excellent. Cependant, le manque d'équipements a rendu les nuits un peu frustrantes. Le problème majeur est l'absence de réfrigérateur, qui devrait pourtant être un équipement de base dans tous les hôtels. Par conséquent, même si je recommanderais cet hôtel à d'autres touristes, la présence d'un réfrigérateur dans chaque chambre est fortement recommandée afin que les clients puissent y conserver leurs aliments et boissons préférés.

Très recommandé pour rester, rentable, l'environnement est très bon. Bel environnement, bonne situation géographique, transports pratiques, chambres confortables et sanitaires, le personnel de service est très enthousiaste, les installations sont très humaines, le signal du réseau haut débit est bon, la vue par la fenêtre est bonne. Le design du petit pendule de la pièce est également très particulier. La prochaine fois, enregistrez-vous.

Booking a hotel was a little complicated but amendment requests were a disaster. I panicked a lot but there were no restrictions when I stayed at the hotel, everything was smooth.

L'hôtel est magnifiquement présenté. Tous les membres du personnel ont pris le temps d'être engageant et utile. L'hôtel n'a pas de parking qui est un peu de honte.Nous avons mangé dans le restaurant et a tout apprécié notre repas. Nous attendons avec impatience la réservation de notre chambre adorable !
