L'atmosphère est vraiment bonne. La nourriture est décente, pas la meilleure Cleanliness-perfect Location-decent L'hospitalité est bonne, mais peut être mieux.

Le service était superbe et très chaleureuse.

We stayed here for 2Nights and 3Days. The Ambience was very pleasant to stay . As we expected it was very clean and then the service were very good , The food they provided was very Tasty and good . Here nylon dress is mandatory for swimming, so we coludn't experience that. vessels are avaliable for cooking , if we take grocery items we can cook and eat. Swiggy & zomato orders also allowed. Overall we loved this Hotel.

No welcome during check in. No one was available to take out bags from cab. Person in reception was not aware about city. Wrong billing by restaurant and serving is not as per menu.

C'était merveilleux d'avoir un beau week-end avec la vallée de Kodai sterling Nous avons apprécié la place si bien et tout était bon et calme Nous avons eu un moment difficile. Le petit déjeuner, le service était tout à fait excellent. Merci pour un week-end excellent.

Excellent facility for any occassion. Breakfast has many selections and quality of food is good. Service can be improved a little bit by constantly monitoring availabality of items as it takes a while for the items to be refilled!

Good- The hospitality and standards of taj were very well maintained. The garden area is beautiful. Breakfast was great!! Not so good - the 2 bedroom suite had just one bathroom and the suits are in the middle of reception. No privacy in that sense. The individual rooms are much better

La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Internet était rapide et fiable. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était simple et limité pour les choix alimentaires et serait à un niveau de 3* dans d'autres pays asiatiques. J'étais aussi surchargé pour un ordre de nourriture à la maison, mais au moins la nourriture était bonne.

Hotel used to be good back then. But recently it has become rundown. Many broken items in room especially the toilet looks old. There was no minibar. Service can be improved. Since the price was high, expecting a much better experience. Hope a renovation would be done in order to maintain its brand.

Disappointing Experience with the In-House Nightclub Overall, my stay at this hotel was good, but my experience with their in-house nightclub left a lot to be desired. When I tried to enter, I was abruptly informed that it was ”couples only”—a policy that was not mentioned anywhere on their website when I booked. If the nightclub is advertised as part of the hotel’s amenities, it should be clearly stated that solo male travelers are not welcome. To make matters worse, the staff at the entrance were extremely rude. They asked me to move aside so a couple—who weren’t even hotel guests—could enter, while simultaneously demanding an absurd 10,000 INR entry fee from me. I’ve been to some of the top clubs around the world and have never paid even half that amount for entry. When I raised my concerns with the front desk, the response was dismissive. One of the staff members simply said, ”Stags are not allowed.” I found the term both unprofessional and unnecessary. This lack of hospitality and fairness was disappointing enough that I’ve advised my friends—who had upcoming reservations—to cancel their stay. If you're looking for a more premium and welcoming experience, I’d strongly recommend Leela Palace instead.
