L'hôtel est idéalement situé à l'arrêt du ferry, ce qui vous évite d'avoir à transporter vos bagages trop loin. Il n'y a pas d'escaliers dans l'hôtel, ce qui est un peu difficile. Notre chambre donnait sur l'eau, ce qui était très joli. Le petit déjeuner était plutôt bon. Vous n'avez pas le choix, ils vous apportent simplement ce qu'ils proposent. L'hôtel et la chambre sont datés, mais je pense que cela lui donne un peu de caractère.

L'hôtel est très proche du port, si vous avez besoin d'un ami à bord, c'est naturellement la meilleure option. Les installations sont nouvelles et la chambre est largement propre, le paysage de la fenêtre est inconnu. Il convient de mentionner qu'il y a un lit de canapé dans la chambre, qui peut répondre aux besoins de voyages familiaux. Le petit déjeuner de l'hôtel est bon goût, le café à pain est très authentique. Il y aura également des rabais dans le restaurant proche!

L'emplacement est excellent, facilement accessible depuis la gare. Les installations sont vétustes ; il n'y a pas de couvertures, seulement une plutôt froide, et le drap servant de housse de couette est petit, si bien qu'on se retrouve souvent en contact direct avec la couverture en dormant. Je ne sais pas si la couverture est lavée après chaque client. Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude ; il faut la demander à la réception et s'attendre à être désagréable. Le petit-déjeuner semble copieux.

This hotel is obviously Old however it is comfortable. I can’t compare it to any of the other hotels there as I haven’t stayed at the others but I will say it has no lift and I was a little concerned how we would get out in the fire. The hallways are long and go round and round like a rabbits Warren. My overall stay was pleasant and the best thing about it was the awesome breakfast. If you do decide to stay ask for the front terrace rooms I believe they’re not so claustrophobic.

The hotel us out of the way if you don’t have a car as no uber or taxi will pick there thats what we found and another pair had the sam issue so we had yo drive and go through the hassle of finding a park in town which is near impossible. And if you are thinking of having a night off and stay in the hotel dining room is closed on Monday nights and who knows how many other nights along with cafe and restaurant surrounding them are all closed so you will be driving for a meal ir snack. Another thing on google it shows the hotel having a roof top pool and the inside of the hotel, well the pool doesn’t exist but the inside photos are correct, go to there website to get a more accurate view of the place and when you bring this up with the staff they have the usual don’t care and are not interested discussing it even when talking to them in fluent Italian. The breakfast is typical Italian meaning not much to choice compared to other Asian countries or Australia and the USA The aircon works well a nice change after a month of inadequate units in other hotels in Italy and the rooms are modern snd clean

Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, mais ça ne me dérange pas. On m'a mis au deuxième étage, première porte à droite. Le couloir est bien moquetté, donc on n'entend pas les gens parler… Belle chambre, belle salle de bain, bon lit… ça sent bon. C'est le top ! Et c'est très calme. Le parfum agréable et la texture délicate du gel douche vont me manquer. Je suis parti à 23h30 et la rue étroite n'est pas du tout sombre. Il y avait des gens qui venaient vers moi dans la rue étroite ce soir-là. Je reviendrai dans cet hôtel.

Excellent location and service. Nice place to stay. Really recommend.

The hotel is within 5 minutes walking distance from Venezia Santa Lucia Station, very convenient if you are planning to travel between cities with train. The hotel service excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was beyond expectations, spacious, cozy and beautiful design. No complain, a great deal indeed.

L'hôtel est situé près du pont du Rialto, en plein centre-ville, à proximité des commerces, restaurants et musées. L'accueil à la réception était très bon, mais je ne peux pas en dire autant de la salle du petit-déjeuner : le personnel n'a même pas répondu à un simple « bonjour ». La qualité des plats était médiocre. La salade de fruits, en revanche, était fraîche et délicieuse. La chambre au troisième étage était très bruyante. Les allées et venues dans les escaliers étaient particulièrement gênantes. Dans l'ensemble, compte tenu du prix du séjour, c'était acceptable.
