L'hôtel est idéalement situé à l'arrêt du ferry, ce qui vous évite d'avoir à transporter vos bagages trop loin. Il n'y a pas d'escaliers dans l'hôtel, ce qui est un peu difficile. Notre chambre donnait sur l'eau, ce qui était très joli. Le petit déjeuner était plutôt bon. Vous n'avez pas le choix, ils vous apportent simplement ce qu'ils proposent. L'hôtel et la chambre sont datés, mais je pense que cela lui donne un peu de caractère.

Il se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare Santa Lucia. L'emplacement est pratique et pas trop difficile pour les personnes qui prennent le train et ont des bagages. Lorsque je suis entré dans la chambre pour la première fois, j'ai constaté qu'elle n'était pas nettoyée. Après que l'hôtel ait répondu, ils se sont excusés et ont réglé le problème immédiatement. Nous avons réservé une chambre triple avec un petit grenier et un petit balcon pour profiter du paysage matinal ! Le lit est très bien. Même si le lit d'appoint est un canapé lit, il est très grand. Il est globalement calme. Recommandé.

The facility is old but all well functional. Anyways this building can be traced back to year 1879. All the staff are very friendly. They have upgraded our room because of honeymoon, really appreciate that. The interior decoration is very vintage and classic. The breakfast is really out of our expectation. Overall a very cost effective choice! Also, the location is great and it is quite near to the train station, no need to take your luggage to cross the bridges! Overall highly recommend for its cost effective!

This hotel is obviously Old however it is comfortable. I can’t compare it to any of the other hotels there as I haven’t stayed at the others but I will say it has no lift and I was a little concerned how we would get out in the fire. The hallways are long and go round and round like a rabbits Warren. My overall stay was pleasant and the best thing about it was the awesome breakfast. If you do decide to stay ask for the front terrace rooms I believe they’re not so claustrophobic.

The hotel us out of the way if you don’t have a car as no uber or taxi will pick there thats what we found and another pair had the sam issue so we had yo drive and go through the hassle of finding a park in town which is near impossible. And if you are thinking of having a night off and stay in the hotel dining room is closed on Monday nights and who knows how many other nights along with cafe and restaurant surrounding them are all closed so you will be driving for a meal ir snack. Another thing on google it shows the hotel having a roof top pool and the inside of the hotel, well the pool doesn’t exist but the inside photos are correct, go to there website to get a more accurate view of the place and when you bring this up with the staff they have the usual don’t care and are not interested discussing it even when talking to them in fluent Italian. The breakfast is typical Italian meaning not much to choice compared to other Asian countries or Australia and the USA The aircon works well a nice change after a month of inadequate units in other hotels in Italy and the rooms are modern snd clean

It was the best hotel we stayed at. The service, facilities, cleanliness, and even the mattress were perfect. I’d give it 5 stars instead of 4. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless not a speck of dust anywhere. Most of all, I was impressed every time I walked into the bathroom. It was spacious and beautifully designed. We only stayed one night in Venice, but it was truly the best hotel experience.

Du concierge au personnel d'entretien, en passant par le personnel de cuisine et les serveurs, tout le monde travaille avec une chaleur authentique. On est accueilli avec le sourire et on sent la fierté de leur travail. Un merci spécial à Salvo, à la réception. C'est un homme exceptionnel. Il parle plusieurs langues, dont le chinois. Professionnel, patient et incroyablement serviable. Il m'a proposé un itinéraire personnalisé, m'a indiqué les endroits à visiter et n'a jamais lassé mes questions. Un tel niveau d'attention est rare. La chambre : propre, compacte et confortable. Suffisamment bien pour travailler en ligne sans problème. Le petit-déjeuner inclus est correct : pains, fromages, jambons et charcuterie. Le choix de boissons est également varié. L'hôtel est proche du pont du Rialto, ce qui signifie que les prix peuvent être élevés dans le quartier, mais le confort et l'accès sont imbattables. J'y retournerais sans hésiter. Le personnel à lui seul vaut le coup.

Preserving the exterior of the classic hotel, the interior has been renovated modernly. My mom uses a wheelchair, and the hotel gave the wheelchair user the best room. Also, I would like to compliment the chef who prepared the breakfast. Fresh and diverse fruits are prepared more than the famous four-star hotel, and the food is all delicious. Offering luxurious service for the price, this hotel is comparable to the name of a villa. This hotel is far from a train station, bus terminal, and public parking lot, but it is close to the airport, dock, and beach. We stayed in Venice for 18 nights and 19 days because my mom is sick, and if you are a traveler who can afford time like us, you'd better stay at Lido Island, travel to the surrounding islands, and enjoy the beach through this hotel.
