I was there for a concert which is the perfect location for it since it is so near by! The price is fair and the hotel is great for the 2-3 days I spend there.
Shuttle bus was perfect! Love it so much, it was so convenient

My stay was great and the view from my room was phenomenal! The only thing I wish had been better is the check in process. The room was ready about 5 hours after I had arrived to initially check in at 12. I had activities planned during the day so it wasn’t as much of a big deal but could’ve been better. Otherwise, the front desk team, especially Ashley and Diamond, were very helpful and kind. I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is a bit dated. Service is very good. Excellent breakfast (especially. egg white omelet with spinach and mushrooms). Pool is good but lacking a hot tub. Self parking for $39 a night is a bit too.much.

I travel a lot and this is probably one of the top few in the last 5 years. Hotel is beautiful, a nice bar, room big with a perfect floor plan and a view. I will go out of my way to stay there whenever I’m in the area. I’m a Hyatt fan again (Hilton cancelled a room on me after booking, so they’re dead to me.)

Location is great. Less than 10 minutes by car from airport. The reception staff is friendly and helpful.
The biggest beef I have with the service is that the reception said due to overbooking by the hotel my room type (2 queen beds) was not available anymore. I paid extra for this room type and I ended up having to take a king bed and sofa bed. I had to sleep on the sofa which was not as comfortable.
I demand that the hotel refund me a part of my booking for this hotel.

Les installations de la chambre sont plus simples, il n'y a pas de remorque, les dents de remorque à la réception doivent être envoyés à la réception. La chambre doit être nettoyée un jour avant de l'avertir, ou vous pouvez aller à la réception pour nettoyer le bébé.

It was very loud not exactly sure what was happening between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m. music blasting door slamming but I should not have heard that on the 8th floor. I have never stayed somewhere that that has occurred others complained that we're staying at the hotel from the same convention group that I was with about the noise that's why I did not complain because of the response that they got to it that there was basically nothing that could be done about it because of a contract.

Location is clean, staff are friendly, breakfast attendant kept food well stocked. This is our second time staying, but this time around our shower didnt work. We only stayed two nights, so we dealt with the low water pressure.

酒店位於校園南部，沿着六街或四街步行三十分鐘可達綠街，一路可觀賞校園建築草坪及各類體育場館，這個時節温度怡人，風景如畫，如果想開車或乘公交也非常方便，酒店可以免費停車，校園內停車一般用咪表，不過一般出去晚餐的話，過六點就不用付停車費了。公交可以用一元紙幣，車站就在酒店門口。酒店服務熱情，退房的時候按金當場完成沖正，每天打掃很乾凈，房間大，設施也新，洗漱用品除了沒有拖鞋和牙膏牙刷，其他都有了。
免費贈送的歐式早餐也不錯，品種不多，但營養全面，在此一共住了七晚，在有温度的距離中陪伴親人，並享受閑適的小鎮生活，一段非常美好的時光。
順便説一句，香檳的中餐和各類亞洲餐真的太豐富了，每天午餐晚餐都能不重樣的，可以放心孩子在這裏吃得不錯，每餐含税含小費每人不超過20美元，實際上人均14美元就可以吃得很好。

IInvitéI’ve stayed here multiple times now, but don’t feel like they appreciate my business. No upgrades ever. Asked for quiet room and got one on a high floor. But there was constant noise from the machine closet or elevator. Lobby feels crowded and there’s sometimes a line for the elevator. That said, location is awesome and I love the Nespresso machine in each room.

IInvitéJe n'aime pas que vous ne puissiez rester que 21 jours l'hôtel devrait permettre aux gens de rester plus longtemps certaines personnes cherchent des maisons ou appartements et doivent continuer à se déplacer de place à place jusqu'à ce qu'ils obtiennent un endroit pour rester qui est mon problème Je veux rester dans un endroit cuz Je aime cet hôtel beaucoup mais je dois aller tous les 21 jours pour 7 jours Je ne vois pas comment vous pouvez y penser et squatting quand les gens essaient de trouver un logement que c'est le seul regret que j'ai autre que que l'hôtel est bien Les gens sont merveilleux, c'est tout ce que je dois dire

JJianruClaridge house is located close to Chicago History Museum and couple blocks to shoreline of Lake Michigan, many nice restaurants in walking distance and easy to Uber around. The building is old fashioned and very nice, front desk staff is very professional and friendly. I reserved a room with two queen beds, which is nice and clean with a very spacious bathroom. There is valet parking next door, expensive but kind of reasonable with the location. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Two blocks away from Michigan Avenue and located in the MM area. Public transportation is accessible in all forms.

Nnabiki2The location near the airport and affordability were the pluses. On the surface the room appeared mostly clean but there are cockroaches running around in the evening. To stay for the one night when I had an early flight it was okay, but maybe I’d check out other locations nearby next time.

Surprised but the roof top bar great food and DJ Shout out to Tony mixologist and food recommendations! i should give it more stars but alas its a little dated and the coffee vouchers suck only drip or tea! and the girl at the coffee bar needs a schooling in happiness what a grouchy

IInvitéL'hôtel est plein d'une rangée d'ascenseurs dorés, comme on le voit dans le film. Il a de très bonnes caractéristiques Est-Est. Le service est très bon. Je m'enverrai un texto tous les jours pour demander s'il y a une demande. C'est difficile de partir À l'époque, j'avais initialement convenu avec moi de partir tard, mais j'ai dit plus tard que j'étais venu appeler IHG sans rien confirmer. Le problème a été résolu. Il y a un restaurant argentin au dernier étage de l'hôtel pour essayer le grill. Line et McDonald's
