We really like the corner room with city view that we got. It was clean, smell good, the windows are clean, able to see the city. The only thing that bothered us a little is the fact that the rooms are not soundproofed. We could literally hear anything coming out of other rooms lol. The staff at the reception were nice and welcoming. The rooftop bar was cool and beautiful, the price is super reasonable - seemed to be short staffed though. The organization of the place wasn't great at all and the guy at the entrance checking ID wasn't nice, he looks like he doesn't want to be there. But overall, the hotel, the bar and most of the staff were really nice and welcoming :)))

Are staying was very nice. The room was nice and clean and the bed was really comfortable. So when we got to the Ramada the only problem that we had was is that they didn't bother to tell us and it wasn't posted in the website that they charged a $75 deposit fee that is refundable that time that you leave. And then the other problem was more so a bigger deal so to say because me and my husband were only 10 minutes late cute breakfast they said and at that time it was 9:10 a.m. whenever their hours are posted breakfast hours are from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30am . So the lady working told us that we were too late for breakfast and toast that we missed it and there's nothing that she could do about it to help us. Keep in mind that she was cleaning up all the leftover breakfasts like the sausage and bagels and everything she put it all on the plate and then she acted like she took it to the kitchen just to watch her take the whole plate of leftover breakfast food and she threw it in the damn trash can. Now I don't understand why we can have had at least a leftover food because their hours for the breakfast were marked wrong and we were not late for breakfast as posted yet they still did not give us any thing.. now I'm pretty sure that you know there was no reason for her to be rude like that to guess who paid $80.00 for 1 night and then not even get any breakfast at all. When I saw her put the foods in the trash can after telling us we couldn't have any breakfast made me feel like I never want to stay there again because I paid $80 for one night and I didn't even get the breakfast I paid for it in my hotel stay.

Un hôtel magnifique, idéalement situé en plein centre-ville. De nombreuses attractions sont accessibles à pied. L'hôtel dispose d'un bon restaurant.

I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call.

Nous avons séjourné pour notre anniversaire mais nous ne reviendrons plus. Le personnel était très gentil et la chambre était bien en elle-même mais le lit était horrible et la chambre était incroyablement bruyante !! Mon mari est un homme très patient, presque trop patient parfois je pense et cette marche constante à l'étage pendant des heures l'a rendu tellement fou que ça m'a fait rire. Nous ne pouvions pas croire à quel point c'était bruyant avec les gens à l'étage qui marchaient d'avant en arrière jusqu'à au moins 2 heures du matin, «sans même plaisanter», lorsque nous avons finalement réussi à nous évanouir de pur épuisement. Nous nous sommes réveillés à 4 heures avec des douleurs lombaires dues au lit dur et tous les deux ont décidé de partir car cela ne valait pas la peine d'essayer de se rendormir sur ce matelas et d'avoir ensuite à écouter les gens à l'étage qui allaient et venaient encore nous compris bientôt. Ce qui nous rendait fou, c'est qu'est-ce qu'ils auraient pu faire pendant des heures en se promenant dans cette petite pièce ?? C'était si fort à chaque pas et nous pouvions les entendre parler et marcher et de l'eau puis marcher. pour le manque de sommeil, mais nous ne ferons pas de retour. Personnel adorable et bel emplacement cependant. ;)

空港無料送迎は、空港のシャトルバスインフォメーションで頼むか自分で電話連絡をするというのが最初分からなかったですが、頼めば数十分で来てくれます。 また、空港だけでなく最寄りの駅までの送迎も行っていただけたので助かりました。 部屋のアメニティは充実していましたが、ハンドソープとスリッパがあればより良かったです。

Solid base right next to Lloyd Center mall, Regal cinemas and a nice park. This is an older Hilton, but very clean and professionally run. A few streaming options on the TV: Netflix, Pluto TV, Apple, Disney, Tubi and YouTube. No Amazon Prime for some reason. You can also change inputs from remote which is key, some chains don’t let you. Small gym on second floor, bar, coffee kiosk and even a pretty decent room service menu. Staff seemed exhausted but still polite and super professional. With some of the best rates in town I give it 5/5 and will definitely be back. Balcony rooms worth the extra $ for sure.

L'hôtel est dans le centre-ville, sans son propre parking, mais le parking public est situé au sous-sol de la station-service près de la station-service de la neige, environ 35 coups par nuit. Cinq minutes à pied de l'hôtel, une croisière est passée dans un coin. La chambre est plus petite, un lit est équipé de deux couvercles, avec un bain, très compact. Le liquide de lavage est très fragrant. Le service de la réception est bon, parce que le sommeil est plus doux, la consultation peut-elle changer la chambre à l'arrière de la route, et elle est également utile. Il y a un plats mexicain à 10 minutes à pied de l'hôtel, Lechon, il est recommandé. Il est recommandé de faire des champignons, des Ribes grillés aussi.

La première fois, il est 6 à mi-noit, 12 heures de séjour, de bonne qualité et propre. Nous avons deux personnes qu'il nous a donné quatre chambres. Je serai sûre de choisir 6 la prochaine fois. Et il y a un espace public qui peut utiliser des micro-jouets, des machines à glace. Je suis sûr que le lavage de cheveux est un peu désastreux. Puis, parce que j'ai pris un toilet à la base, j'ai trouvé que le toilet avait des poudres, une partie noire était pleine de toiles, et je suggère également de changer régulièrement.

People were nice and my room was clean. Breakfast was better than most buffets but it did cost $10. Bring singles for a tip so you don’t have to stiff a nice waiter
