Nous avons séjourné à l'hôtel Weilai de la place Xinhua avec ma famille pendant les vacances d'été à Hohhot. Le service de l'hôtel était très attentionné, l'emplacement et l'environnement étaient excellents. La réception nous a indiqué où nous garer et a pu changer notre chambre selon nos préférences. La femme de ménage, voyant que nous étions quatre, a même ajouté des bouteilles d'eau supplémentaires dans notre chambre. Globalement, une bonne expérience. Le seul bémol est l'isolation phonique de l'hôtel, qui n'est pas très bonne ; le son de la télévision du voisin, la toux et les conversations sont perceptibles la nuit. Sinon, tout était parfait. Très satisfait, je choisirai de nouveau Weilai la prochaine fois !

This resort feels like an oasis in the middle of the desert. Beautiful, spacious, impeccably clean, and every bit deserving of its 5-star reputation. Our room was comfortable, spotless, and thankfully free from any cigarette smell. The laundry room was another pleasant surprise, equipped with new and well-maintained washers and dryers, with detergent provided for guests' convenience. All meals are included and served in the dining hall, making the stay truly hassle-free. The food was consistently good, with hotpot available for dinner. Drinks, snacks, and refreshments were also available throughout the day. It would be difficult to leave this place without gaining a little weight! 😜 Given the size of the resort, guests may occasionally need to use the resort's transportation to get around. Fortunately, the waiting time was minimal, and we were able to travel between locations quickly and efficiently. One minor drawback of the resort's impressive size is the walking distance to some rooms. The accommodation blocks are built in a circular layout, and our room happened to be located on the opposite side from the escalator landing. This meant walking past nearly 50 rooms every time we returned to our room. While this could be inconvenient, we did notice that the rooms closer to the escalator often had a noticeable cigarette smell in the corridor. By contrast, our section at the far end was completely free of smoke odours, which made the extra walk worthwhile. Whether these were designated non-smoking rooms, I'm not entirely sure. What truly sets this resort apart is the range of activities and entertainment on offer. Guests can enjoy camel rides, ATV adventures, flying fox rides, guided stargazing walks, and nightly concerts and performances complete with spectacular fireworks displays. 🌌🐪🏍️🎆 For those looking for a Club Med-style, all-inclusive holiday with a unique desert setting, I would highly recommend this resort. It offers a memorable experience that combines comfort, adventure, entertainment, and excellent food in one remarkable destination.

Cet hôtel de longue date est impeccable en termes d'environnement, de propreté et de service. Il dispose d'une grande cour intérieure, véritable petit jardin, et d'une salle de sport, ce qui le rend idéal pour les sportifs. Les chambres sont entièrement équipées, avec étendoir à linge, porte-bagages et de nombreuses tables pour un rangement pratique. Bien que la salle de bain soit dotée d'une baignoire, elle comprend également une douche, que j'ai personnellement trouvée plus hygiénique qu'une cabine de douche. Je n'avais pas vérifié attentivement lors de la réservation, mais le service de préparation de la chambre pour la nuit était inclus, une agréable surprise à mon retour dans la chambre ce soir-là. Dans l'ensemble, cet hôtel a dépassé mes attentes pour un établissement de cette envergure, et je reviendrai sans hésiter.

As expected from Wanda, the hotel was great! However, we didn't have a good experience at the receptionist. The staff was talking about us in Mandarin thinking that we do not understand Mandarin. She even help their own local to check-in while she is still holding on to our passports and doing the administrative work, which we feel that it was rather unprofessional. She was already processing our IDs and then she went to assist another person to check-in and then complete our check-in process. This has resulted us to check-in rather late. She was sighing throughout the whole process. This service is definitely not what we expected from Wanda. After giving us our rooms, the worst thing is there is only ONE bed when we travel up to check in. We have to come back all the way down for the same lady to change our rooms once again. Breakfast buffet, i think it could be better! There are quite a number of local food which is rather tasty. It wasnt something i will go a second time. Location was quite far from the main attractions.

Un hôtel cinq étoiles de longue date. Le matériel est un peu daté, et le mode de service reste assez traditionnel, par exemple, il faut laisser une caution lors du check-in (la caution ne m'a été rendue qu'une heure et demie après mon départ, l'efficacité du contrôle de la chambre est un peu lente !). Mais dans l'ensemble, le service est bon. Par exemple, après la réservation, ils ont recommandé une chambre qui correspondait à mes préférences (très calme, pas de bruit d'ouverture/fermeture de porte des voisins le matin ou le soir), et après le check-in, ils sont même venus au salon exécutif pour s'enquérir de mon expérience. Après tout, c'est un hôtel cinq étoiles établi de longue date, et les détails du service sont vraiment soignés et touchants. Cependant, j'ajouterais que le summum du service est de ne pas déranger. Lorsque j'ai laissé la lumière ”Ne pas déranger” allumée en continu, me téléphoner pour me demander ceci ou cela n'est-ce pas dérangeant ? Bien sûr, je comprends que le personnel de service avait de bonnes intentions, se demandant pourquoi ma chambre n'était pas nettoyée, ou s'ils avaient oublié, ou si j'avais besoin de ce service, n'est-ce pas ? Mais vous savez, un adulte qui a besoin de service le demandera activement. Le meilleur service est en fait de ne pas déranger, c'est le plus approprié. Et un service encore meilleur serait de se souvenir des besoins individualisés du client, et l'un de ces besoins est de ne pas être dérangé. En passant, bien que la sélection au salon exécutif soit simple, elle est suffisante. Le personnel est très attentif et prévenant, et la vue depuis le salon est magnifique, on ne s'en lasse pas. J'ai découvert par hasard qu'il y a actuellement une offre ”réservez deux nuits, obtenez une nuit gratuite”, ce qui est encore plus avantageux que le forfait de deux nuits consécutives sur Ctrip…

We had such a great experience during our stay! The hosts went above and beyond from start to finish — they even picked us up and dropped us off at the railway station, which made everything so convenient. 🚗🚝 Before our trip, they added us on WeChat and were incredibly helpful in providing suggestions and answering all our questions.🤳 Since we didn’t have our own car, they kindly took us to nearby attractions so we could explore the area. The staff was super friendly and attentive throughout our stay. ❤️ When our room was a bit cold as the main heater was still warming up, they immediately brought over an extra heater to make us more comfortable. ☺️ They also prepared a delicious dinner and even brought it directly to our villa — then came back later to collect the dishes, which was such thoughtful service. 🍽️ The surrounding area is absolutely beautiful, with peaceful mountain trails to hike and adorable animals nearby. ⛰️🐑 Overall, it was a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience — we would definitely love to come back again! 🇲🇳

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. During this trip, I stayed here for one night, spent one night elsewhere, and then returned for another two nights before flying back to Thailand. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. After my first night, I accidentally left my power bank in the room. The reception team took the initiative to look for it, called me to let me know they had found it, and safely kept it until I returned. On the day of my departure, I had to check out at 5:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the driver I had booked did not show up. The reception staff immediately stepped in and helped me call taxis until they successfully found one for me, making sure I could get to the airport on time. I truly appreciate their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. The excellent service made my stay stress-free and memorable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hohhot.

I spent a week at the hotel with my family and friends on the 8th and 14th floors. The 8th floor is furnished more modernly. I really liked the pool. While other hotels charge a fee for the pool, this one is free. The children were very happy and didn't want to leave. The breakfast was delicious and varied. Thank you for the souvenir and gift, it was very nice. I will definitely come back.

It appears to be the premier hotel in this city, it is close to the Hohhot train station, but is is away from all the major attractions of this town. I love their breakfast . And the service is first rate. I remember one of the front desk managers named 冀俊成who went out of his way to help me to manage a tricky check in and out and check in process, that made my stay even more pleasant.
