我在伊寧市住過的最最豪華最最舒服的酒店。前台阿麗亞、阿卜杜塔衣爾，管家米婭服務非常到位。熱情周到的服務態度讓我們感受到賓至如歸的幸福和温暖。房間按照我的需求安排到高樓層，直接升級到行政房，床上用品、洗漱用品、mini bar都配備了高品質的用品和特色飲品食品。禮賓部的帥哥們服務真的很好。幫忙開車門拿行李、送行李。早餐菜品很多，品種齊全和品質一流。中西結合，還有當地民族特色小吃和奶茶，剛出爐的烤包子被廚師拿到餐桌前來品嚐，感覺不要太好。鮮榨果蔬汁兒強烈推薦。麪包、甜品都非常好吃。現包現煮餛飩吃了很暖胃。雙人晚餐夠四個人享用，色香味俱全，環境優美，服務周到。16樓露台餐吧，雞尾酒調得還不錯，法式炸薯條是我吃過的最好吃的薯條。現場演出也非常精彩，尤其是男歌手唱得太好聽了，給他點贊👍。健身房設備齊全，游泳池水質優良，環境優雅，體驗感極好。前台服務員熱情接待，總而言之，這次伊寧洲際酒店入住體驗超級好。旅拍拍得也很滿意。以後來伊寧首選洲際酒店，也給身邊的人強烈推薦。

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was very satisfied with the overall experience. The hotel’s environment, facilities, service, and cleanliness were all excellent. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. Complimentary beverages were provided in the fridge, along with plenty of bottled water. The room and the bathroom were very well equipped, including a high-quality Dyson hairdryer. I had requested a room on a high floor, and the hotel made sure to accommodate my request, which I really appreciated. The check-in and check-out processes were both excellent, smooth, and efficient. The staff throughout the hotel were very helpful, considerate, and professional. I would especially like to thank the Guest Relationship Manager, Refat, who provided excellent service during my stay. He was very considerate and made sure everything went well. Thank you, Refat, for your kindness and excellent service. I would also like to mention Cathy, who left a very good impression on me. Her service was attentive and thoughtful, and she patiently answered all of my questions. She was extremely helpful and reliable throughout my stay. The location of the hotel is great, especially as it was close to the places I wanted to visit. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and felt very well taken care of. I would happily choose this hotel again for my next stay and would definitely recommend it.

Nous avons eu un très agréable séjour à l'hôtel Radisson à Kashi. C'est particulièrement agréable de rester sur un étage supérieur, ce qui nous a donné un grand avantage sur la ville et fait de l'expérience sentir encore plus spécial. Il a été très bienvenu dans le centre de la ville, et il a été très utile dans toute notre séjour. Il a été très difficile de se rendre sur la route Taklamakan, mais Henry a fait de la professionnalisme, de la patience et de la connaissance locale une bonne chose. Le petit-déjeuner buffet était également très agréable, avec une bonne gamme de nourriture chinoise et occidentale, y compris quelques plats locaux Xinjiang, que nous apprécions vraiment. En général, ce séjour a été plus agréable encore par la vue de la ville, le petit déjeuner et l'hospitalité exceptionnelle de Henry.

給水雲杉寫點評的時候，整個人都是回憶旅程的開心。雖然距離賽里木湖挺遠的，預訂時沒發現，當地很難有交通工具到達，自己不會開車，致電前台，給我們很圓滿解決了，前台的新疆小帥哥伊拉木開車把我們接到酒店，還帶了酒店的歡迎水果和點心，非常貼心。 對新疆各民族兄弟的好感迅速提升。 到了酒店，有哈達迎賓的環節，當天的管家葉燃小哥哥為我們耐心介紹了酒店的所有公共環節，並把房間的所有使用指南都貼心告訴了我們，這些細節就非常用心。 酒店的景色是真的絕頂壯美，在山丘之間遺世獨立，服務員們都很整潔熱情，隨手一拍都是絕美的風光。 房間贈送了下午茶，早餐，和一頓晚餐，晚餐的火鍋非常爽口，牛肉口感很贊，野生菌菇也很鮮，下午茶也非常豐盛，坐在窗前喝着咖啡，看着遠山和草原，還有馬和羊在吃草，非常有意境。 早餐雖然簡單，但餐廳的服務人員都很熱情，整個入住過程中，所有服務員都展現了非常好的服務素質，跟在江浙滬的奢華酒店沒有差別，這麼看來酒店很有性價比，比伊犁周邊攜程自己搞的度假農莊強太多了。

A True Hidden Gem – The Best Stay of My Xinjiang Trip! Out of my entire journey across Xinjiang, this homestay was by far the most memorable and heartwarming experience. The moment I stepped into the beautifully decorated home, with its stunning blue hues, traditional Uyghur details, and peaceful courtyard covered by a canopy of vines, I instantly felt at ease. It truly felt like home. What made it even more special was the incredible hospitality. The owner was exceptionally friendly, always ready with a warm smile and willing to help with anything I needed—whether it was sharing local tips, helping with transportation, or simply chatting over tea. Their kindness made me feel not just like a guest, but like part of the family. The attention to detail in every corner, the peaceful swing in the courtyard, and the cozy atmosphere created the perfect setting to relax after a day of exploring. I can’t recommend this place enough—if you’re traveling through Xinjiang and want to experience genuine warmth and culture, this is the place to be.

La chambre est très récente, spacieuse et très bien aménagée. Objectivement, c'est probablement le meilleur hôtel d'Urumqi, et la qualité de service est sans doute la meilleure. Le même hôtel à Hong Kong ne peut absolument pas rivaliser avec celui d'Urumqi.

Absolutely loved the stay. The location is perfect - its quiet but near to some really good restaraunts - the view from the rooftop of the grasslands and the mountains were really stunning. Cleanliness and housekeeping was really up to our standard which was a huge relief considering weve been travelling around China and didnt get much of this . We wish we could stay there longer, it was absolutely a dream. The food from the restaraunt was also really really yummy and super hearty. Especially the la zi ji Finally, the cherry on top of the cake, the warmth and hospitality that we received from the staff. They were always ready to help, went above and beyond what was expected and that truly made the stay memorable. Honestly...kudos to the team and owner. This hotel was well built and the programme very well thought of...great hospitality and service. Please please keep this up. 🍃 Viennes nocturnes dans la vallée, feuilles bruyantes, eau veineuse. Je pense que le plus précieux du voyage est un moment de tranquillité si inquiétant. Le style unique et l'environnement sont super bons pour le peuple, mon voyage à la vigne est super agréable! Je souhaite au chef un établissement en pleine expansion, la source d'invités roule ～ La reception de la dame est super belle, passionnée et amicale ~ J'espère qu'il y aura encore une chance de revenir 🤗
